The room was comfortable, clean and tidy, the staff were all helpful, polite and friendly, there was ample car parking, the cooked breakfast was top notch on both days, I would happily stay here again, very pleased with the service supplied

The staff made this a wonderful stay. All the staff were professional but friendly and polite and the general service was excellent. Room was clean and very pleasant. Breakfast was very good with the fries eggs cooked beautifully. Asha and Brooke on breakfast duties were a delight. Nothing was too much and all done with a smile. Dishes cleared quickly and the room kept clean. A very welcoming stay of you are in the area. There is no restaurant but they have a list of local restaurants and takeaways for you at reception

The Plus Room was excellent. Modern and well appointed. The service from all of the staff and the quality of the breakfast was first rate. The external entry to reception can look a bit off-putting but this is more than compensated by the positive factors referred to above.

Friendliest Premier inn ever. All the staff are lovely and make not only me and my husband feel welcomed but our 10 year old son as well. Even with out a restaurant attached you will not be lacking when it come to breakfast in there own breakfast room, so cosy and well staffed. Can't wait to go again and don't want to stay anywhere else when we visit the north east.

Hotel was superb. I was sceptical on arrival as the neighbouring restaurant looked abandoned, but was met by lovely staff and a newly refurbished room. The room was immaculate and there was plenty of parking. An overall enjoyable stay, with friendly staff.

Great one night stay. Topped off with a great breakfast by Asha and Brooke, working their socks off on a busy Sunday morning a delivered a great breakfast with a smile :))) Would definitely recommend. It’s a shame the pub has closed next door but to be honest the new breakfast room hits the spot.

Room was immaculate, bed was very comfy (Mrs’s wanted to steal the mattress). Breakfast was really good (restaurant was closed down but a list of takeaways was available). Hotel was very easy to find and good sized carpark. Only annoying thing was the one small radiator that you had to keep manually putting temperature up and didn’t seem to go on in the mornings.

Paid only £49 for room and £10.99 for two adult meal, kids eat free will paid adult meal. For family of 5, price for breakfast was £22 round up . For price wasn't expecting too much. There surprise how size of rooms and cleaniliness. That it had a lot of free parking and location was OK. Close to good size Tesco and petrol station. Staff was willing to give free milk and heat it up for my baby son, much appreciated for this. If visit Newcastle again would 100% consider this Premier inn.

2 planes and 3 trains later we arrived to a friendly welcome a warm and very clean room and possibly the greatest shower in England. The bed is firm but still soft and the room is spacious. The bathroom was clean and again, that shower was glorious. Only stayed one night this time and didn't try the food but it looks very nice and the dining room etc was cute, clean and very pleasant. Will come back here for a few nights in the summer. Lovely. Thanks to the man and women on the check-in for being lovely and helpful.
