When we first went to the room, the wife wanted to leave because of the room smell, but I talked her into 1 night and find someplace else for 2nd night. They gave us a Handicap Room (not our request but fine). The light in the room was very low wattage. The comforter had a Smokey smell. The bathroom shower head faced sideways and even with the shower curtain it still sprayed water all over the floor. Breakfast was a tight fit in a small area. Only one waffle maker with 8-10 people waiting. No fresh fruit. The coffee is good. I would only stay 1 night if your to tired from driving.

Very nice, clean property. Large room, comfortable bed. Had a couch, ”coffee table” in the room, which is unusual. Good night of sleep. Breakfast was somewhat limited. If the hotel experienced full occupancy I would think that parking would be a problem. Management needs to, somehow, monitor/control smoking of illegal items. Price was a little more than we like to pay, but it was a little nicer than some of the less expensive properties.

We reserved this hotel to host a small seminar. We also booked a couple guest rooms. The event space we reserved was presented as having a capacity of 60 people. We asked to have catering for 55 people. When we arrived to set up, the sales event manager was not onsite. We then discovered this room they had us in had a maximum capacity of 40 (there was a sign on the wall). It was TINY. They had about 50 chairs CRAMMED into this room. There was barely space to turn around (let alone social distance). Next we discovered that while we had paid for them to provide a paper flip chart, they did not provide it and no one was around to address that issue. We worked around it. Then we turn on the projector (because we were going to show a PowerPoint and some videos, etc.) and the projector bulb is not working properly. It colored everything we put on the screen in a bright neon yellow tint. At this point, suffice to say, we were mortified and having our seminar attendees see that state of all of this. Then comes the loud 21st birthday party in the room next door to ours. Our event was scheduled to end at 5:30. The party started at 5:00 sharp and the club music was so loud our guests could barely hear us over the music. Basically everything this venue could have done to screw up our event, they did. If you have something important going on, do not rent space from this place!

My stay was awesome! The front desk clerks were very nice and friendly. Cleanliness, breakfast, and hospitality all in one place. I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay in this area. Jennifer at the front desk helped me every night with finding restaurants and attractions. I am so thankful for her. This was a wonderful hotel.
