GGuest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations! The location was easy to find and very close to shopping areas and attractions. As soon as I entered the room, there were no strange odors, and the floors and bathroom were spotless. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and I slept soundly until morning. The front desk staff were very friendly and handled check-in quickly, responding promptly to any requests I had. The hotel's common areas were clean and quiet, with excellent facilities, all at a great price. It's my top choice for travel accommodations, I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely book here again for my next trip!

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location right next to Tianfu Square, making transportation incredibly convenient and putting it close to all the major attractions. It offers fantastic value for money. When checking in, the front desk agent, Xiao Zou, provided excellent service. The hotel also has a self-service laundry with a dryer, which is such a thoughtful touch, and there's even a robot that can deliver meals to your room! I absolutely love this place and will definitely be back.

JJinshuiWe stayed in Meishan for a week for a sporting event. The hotel has clearly seen better days—especially compared to many newer properties in the area (aging lifts, worn carpets, etc.). We chose it mainly for three reasons: breakfast, gym/pool, and laundry facilities. 1. Breakfast The daily buffet was solid and met expectations. It featured a typical Chinese spread: hot stir-fried dishes, vegetables, meats, buns, dumplings, fried rice/noodles, porridge, plus a live station for dan dan noodles, eggs, and simple meats like sausage or ham. There was also a rotating Chinese dessert (e.g., red date with longan, green bean soup), along with some Western options like salad greens, yogurt, bread, cake, and fresh fruit. Since we stayed a full week, we appreciated the small variations. That said, we were surprised by the limited fruit selection—mainly oranges and watermelon—especially given the abundance of fresh fruit available locally. Breakfast vouchers are issued daily and must be presented before dining. 2. Gym & Pool This was the biggest disappointment. Both the gym and pool were completely closed, and the entire floor was gutted with no visible renovation activity. It looks like these facilities have been—and will be—out of service for quite some time. This was a major letdown, as it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. 3. Laundry There is only one washer and one dryer for the entire building. We were concerned about availability, but only had to wait once. The 15-minute wash cycle helps with turnover. However, the dryer takes a long time and unfortunately shrunk all my cotton clothing. I’d recommend partially drying cotton items and then air-drying them in your room. Package Perks We booked through Trip.com, which included a small daily package: a plate with two oranges and some snacks, complimentary coffee or tea in the lobby, and a free transfer to the high-speed rail station (must be booked at the front desk one day in advance). There were also canned sodas included, which we didn’t use. Room & Noise We were initially assigned a room facing the plaza, which was very noisy. After requesting a change, we were first told the hotel was sold out—but after some persistence, a park-facing room was “found.” This room was significantly better: quiet, bright, and pleasant, with birdsong in the morning. We were told these were actually an upgrade, and that road-facing rooms are even worse due to constant traffic noise. 4. Smart Room Features (“Xiao Du”) We did enjoy the smart room system—“Xiao Du,” which works similarly to Alexa. It can control the curtains, TV, room temperature, and lighting, which is a nice modern touch. However, it was also a bit frustrating at times—for example, it would automatically turn off the lights in the bathroom sink area. The lighting there is already quite dim and not ideal for doing makeup. It would be helpful if the hotel could improve lighting around the mirror (brighter bulbs would make a big difference), or even better, install a mirror by the writing desk near the window where there is natural light. Smoking Smoking is allowed in the hotel, and we did notice it in the lobby, elevators, and corridors. Thankfully, our room itself was fine. Housekeeping turns off the AC and opens windows when cleaning, which seems to help ventilate lingering smoke. Location & Surroundings The hotel is in a convenient area. A nearby park is lovely, with traditional structures and inscriptions related to the Su family. Within a short walk is a lively commercial plaza with restaurants, bubble tea shops, salons (I tried a newly opened nail salon), and more. Getting around via Didi is easy. Overall For the price, the hotel offers decent value. However, the closed fitness facilities were a major downside. If we return, we’d likely try a newer hotel—but this one works if you prioritize cost and location over amenities.

The public areas' design continues the mainstream aesthetic of urban resort hotels in recent years, with many design techniques and elements feeling quite familiar – a common high-quality expression used in current high-end hotels. Thanks to the hotel being relatively new, the in-room facilities are clean and pristine. The suite itself is spacious and open, with refined details, making for a very comfortable stay.

GGuest UserI planned a short solo getaway to clear my head, and I was quite anxious before leaving, worried about running into trouble traveling alone. To my surprise, staying at this hotel completely cured all my anxieties. It was late when I arrived, and as I stood at the entrance with my luggage, the front desk staff was incredibly attentive. Seeing I was traveling alone, they proactively slowed their speech to explain nearby routes and even thoughtfully offered me warm water, reminding me to be careful if I walked around at night. The room exceeded my expectations. It was spacious and didn't feel cramped, with soft lighting and cozy, skin-friendly bedding. After a long day of travel, I instantly felt all my fatigue melt away the moment I lay down. The toiletries were high-quality, and the hot water came out quickly and consistently. There was even a small table and chairs by the window. At night, I brewed some tea I brought with me and gazed at the street scene outside, fully enjoying the relaxed feeling of solitude. Every time the cleaning staff passed by, they would softly greet me. Their cleaning was meticulous and thorough, and they replenished drinking water and tissues without me having to ask. The hotel's location is very convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the shopping district and attractions, so I didn't need to bother with taxis, which made traveling alone very hassle-free. I traveled without a companion on this trip, and I initially thought it would be lonely and dull. However, the meticulous and thoughtful service at this hotel added so much warmth. There was no overly commercialized attempt to please; it was all just the right amount of genuine care, making me feel incredibly safe. If I ever go on another solo trip to relax, I will definitely choose this place again. I sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling alone who wants a quiet and comfortable place to stay.

LLaoxie～This time, our family stayed at the Vienna International Hotel, and the front desk service was truly excellent. They called us in advance before we arrived, informing us about the hotel's location and offering helpful tips, so we didn't have to worry about finding it. They also upgraded our room beforehand because we were traveling with a child, and the upgraded room was much more spacious. The hotel has its own restaurant, and the breakfast was abundant with a good variety of options, making for a great experience. In the mornings, they even provide a shuttle service to the scenic spots, which was incredibly convenient. If we ever get the chance to visit Jiuzhaigou again, we'll definitely choose this hotel.

GGuest UserWe had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cosy, and surprisingly spacious, offering excellent value for money. The staff were friendly, helpful, and highly responsive via WeChat, which made communication very convenient throughout our stay. Special thanks to Xiao Liu and Xiao Zhao! There are a couple of areas for improvement. The hotel is not actually within the Kuanzhai Alley area as we had expected, and there is not much to explore within the immediate surroundings. In addition, the soundproofing could be better, as some noise from outside and neighboring rooms could occasionally be heard. That said, the cleanliness, comfort, and generous room size more than made up for these minor drawbacks. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would gladly consider staying here again.

The room was surprisingly spotless, and the mattress was so soft and comfortable – I slept like a baby. GGuest UserMy stay at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi was absolutely fantastic! The concierge service was incredibly thoughtful and polite; they helped with my luggage and gave great recommendations for local attractions. It was such a nice touch. The ice cream at the lobby bar was deliciously creamy, and the afternoon tea was both elegant and tasty – perfect for a relaxing break after a long day of sightseeing. The 30th-floor restaurant offers an amazing breakfast spread with a huge variety of choices. The Sichuan-style dandan noodles and Zhong dumplings tasted authentic, and there were plenty of Western dishes, cereals, and desserts too. Dining with that high-altitude view was a wonderful experience. The laundry room attendant was also incredibly warm and helpful; she patiently showed me how to use the equipment and even folded my clothes before returning them, which was so kind. The overall environment is elegant and clean, and the service truly shines in the details. Plus, its location near Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road makes it super convenient for getting around and shopping. My stay was thoroughly comfortable and enjoyable – I highly recommend it!

There are tons of great food options and shops nearby, which I loved! 😋 I really liked the design of the Orange Hotel; the color scheme is quite charming. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were beautiful and kind, offering warm and attentive service with smiles that brightened my whole day. The room and bathroom designs were very tasteful, with a lovely vintage vibe. The amenities were excellent – a rain shower, smart toilet, and convenient sink. The room itself was clean and tidy, with plenty of natural light. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was fresh and quiet, allowing me to get a fantastic night's sleep and shake off travel fatigue. I have to give a special shout-out to the large TV in the room. It has smart screen mirroring, and the sound quality of the speakers was outstanding – listening to music felt layered and立体 (three-dimensional) 👍👍👍. Finally, I really appreciated the thoughtful souvenir gift from the hotel 🎁. Thank you 🙏. I'll definitely choose the Orange Hotel brand again next time!
