Hotel Dengan Gym di Sichuan, China

Extremely breathtaking views from the hotel and the loveliest service from the hotel team. Met multiple obstacles throughout the trip and they managed to help come up with problems quickly and patiently. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing and did not live up to the expectations created by the photos and description. One of the main reasons we booked this place was the pool shown in the main pictures. However, this is quite misleading, as the pool is not actually available for guests to use. The small pool in the common area was also dirty and poorly maintained, making it completely unappealing. The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful during our stay. We did not feel looked after as guests, and interactions often felt unfriendly and dismissive. We were also surprised to be charged an additional fee after using the washing machine. We accidentally ran a wash without fully understanding the procedure and ended up being charged €10, which felt excessive and unnecessary for such a minor issue. The room itself was very cold and uncomfortable. On top of that, the windows were extremely dirty, which gave the entire space a neglected feeling and spoiled what could have been a nice view. Overall, the property feels poorly maintained and does not match the impression presented online. Between the misleading pool photos, the lack of hospitality, the extra charges, and the uncomfortable room conditions, we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this hotel. We left feeling disappointed and feeling that the experience was not worth the money we paid.

Saya sangat menikmati penginapan saya di Sungold Designer Hotel di Chengdu. Hotel ini mempunyai reka bentuk moden yang ber***a, dan biliknya selesa, bersih, dan disusun dengan teliti. Saya menghargai perincian kecil yang menjadikan penginapan terasa lebih santai dan dijaga dengan baik. Kakitangannya ramah dan membantu sepanjang penginapan saya, yang menjadikan daftar masuk dan sebarang permintaan sangat mudah. ​​Salah satu tarikan utama ialah lokasinya — ia terletak berhampiran kawasan membeli-belah dan tempat makan utama, menjadikannya mudah untuk bersiar-siar dan menerokai bandar. Secara keseluruhan, Sungold Designer Hotel menawarkan nilai hebat untuk penginapan yang selesa dan direka bentuk dengan baik.

Malam kedua kami di Chengdu, kami tidak sengaja menempah hotel Lynn International, wahh~ Hotelnya sangat besar dan mewah, lokasinya pun super strategik, sangat dekat dengan Chunxi Road dan Taikoo Li, hanya berjalan kaki sekitar sepuluh minit. Kemudahan hotel lengkap, siap ada hi-tea percuma dan perkhidmatan dobi yang sangat baik. Sarapan pagi hotel pun beraneka ragam, anak-anak dan orang dewasa semua makan sampai kenyang. Bilik luas, tenang, dan sangat selesa untuk didiami. Semasa check-out, kami juga menerima hadiah kecil daripada pengurus lobi, sungguh bertimbang rasa! Sangat disyorkan untuk menginap di sini!

Betul-betul di dalam lapangan terbang, hanya beberapa ratus meter dari pintu ketibaan mengikut papan tanda. Biliknya sangat luas, dan bunyi pesawat berlepas pun tidak kedengaran. Nilai untuk wang yang sangat berbaloi. Ketiga-tiga bilik yang kami tempah bersama rakan-rakan mendapat pujian sebulat suara! Pemandangan malam sangat cantik, dan kami juga diberikan kad laluan pantas untuk pemeriksaan keselamatan. Di hadapan hotel terdapat juga mesin daftar masuk bagasi sendiri, tetapi awas, jangan melebihi had berat, kalau tidak anda perlu pergi ke kaunter manual. Lapangan Terbang Tianfu memang sangat-sangat-sangat-sangat besar...

Stayed here for the second time during our trip in Chengdu. Mainly because of the location and also the friendly staff. They were helpful to allow early check-in when we first arrive since there were rooms available. They also extended our checkout time to 2 pm for free. The front desk stuff also helped me with my Taobao refund issue. The hotel also helps to receive parcels from Taobao and when I needed to refund some of the parcels, the hotel staff helped to pass to the courier for pickup since i was out exploring the city. Definitely recommend!

Truly an amazing stay. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. He met me downstairs when I arrived and showed me up to my room and spoke great English. The room was absolutely spotless, like truly spotless. They changed my towels daily and provided me with more water and cleaning if you requested it. I couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was so central and walkable to Chunxi road. I could easily come back to the hotel and rest for a little before going back out. I would highly reccomend this hotel to any foreigners and will absolutely stay here again when I’m in Chengdu again. The hotel also helped me book an airport ride to TFU when I had a very early flight. Truly a 10/10 stay and view! I felt very taken care of by the hotel owners 😊

很喜歡雅安這座城市，入住的與蘭集酒店整體硬件配置很在線，裝修、設施、房型條件都很達標，住着整體舒適度不錯。不過在軟性服務上還有幾處小細節可以優化提升： 1. 泳池水温建議保持維持恆温，體驗感會更好； 2. 可配套準備游泳圈等基礎玩水裝備，方便住客使用； 3. 客房內多配備備用充電線，優化USB接口使用便利性； 4.浴室內安裝掛衣架 ，使得洗浴時候，衣物/毛巾可以掛起來。 硬件完善，軟件細節上配置好了，整體服務質感會再上一個台階，本來硬件底子很好，稍加完善軟件條件一定會更出彩。最後祝願 【Mist Commune與嵐集】生意興隆

This is a fantastic hotel located north of the city centre. If you are willing to walk 30 to 60 minutes, there are a lot of places like parks, museums, food market and a temple that are within range. A nearby metro station is about 5 minutes away as well. My room was large and modern. My only complaint is the mattress being very soft for my taste and I ended up sleeping on the couch as I would wake up in the middle of the night with a sore back due to the soft mattress. AC works very well in my room and I prefer colder climate than hot. Bathroom was very spacious with standalone shower and bath tub. There is a loundry room as well if you need to freshing your cloths after going out on a hot day. I ran into the housekeeper a couple of times while waiting for the elevator and she was very sweet and greet me each time. She even asked if I was coming back early one day and if so, she would clean my room first. The included buffet breakfast was amazing. A ton of choices each morning and I really liked their spicy cold grass noodles. When I visit Chengdu again, I would consider booking this hotel again.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is unbeatable, right in the middle of Chunxi Road, everything is just downstairs, which made life so much easier after traveling. Breakfast was a nice surprise. There were plenty of healthy options like quinoa, cereals, eggs, etc., which actually matched my usual diet quite well — not something I always find when traveling in China. Service was smooth and reliable. I had a courier delivery arranged during my stay, and the hotel handled receiving and storing everything safely and on time, which I really appreciated. Personally, I don’t mind paying a bit more for international hotel brands, because the service level and overall experience are usually much more reliable compared to many local hotels. Very convenient and comfortable overall, I’d definitely stay here again.
