Incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! From the moment we checked in the service was impecable. Lena made us feel at home and took care of every detail to make our stay pleasant. Our children enjoyed the pool and play area. The suite was very comfortable and the staff left some sweets, toiletries and slippers for the kids. Lena helped us with our dinner options and even helped us with translation at the restaurant. She was there for our checkout as well and even accompanied us to our taxi. We were very impressed with the customer service and will certainly be back. Thank you!

Everyone at front desk were very helpful and accommodating. Room was new, clean and spacious. Hotel is of modern design and tastefully appointed. Landscape and surrounding areas are clean and pleasing to the eye. Highly recommended.

It was an amazing hotel with high level of luxury. Friendly staff. Location is excellent next to the most luxurious mall in Shenyang, Mixc, which can be accessible from the hotel through underground. Youth park is across the street from the hotel and it's a good place for a walk. Hotel is located in a very nice and safe area.

The hotel is very pleasant, the apartment style makes it comfortable with children. Kitchen is equipped with the most necessary items, which is ideal when you have picky eaters so you can cook quick and easy meals. The hotel also have a restaurant that serves western food. The location is next to a lot of shopping centres, and underground malls. The train station is around 10 minutes walk, also it’s between two metro stops which both around 8-10 minutes walk. The gym is great, a lot of good quality equipment. The playgym for the kids also nice, maybe a few more toys would be good but overall it’s a good place to burn some energy for them. I highly recommend this hotel. My children enjoyed the Cinema too.

5 STAR Hualian Hotel, Yingkou Due to work commitments, we had to extend our stay, and we were more than happy to continue staying at Hualian Hotel. This was an easy decision, as we truly value the professionalism and warm hospitality consistently provided by the team. Once again, the hotel did not disappoint. I would especially like to extend my sincere thanks to the night shift team for their prompt and reliable assistance during a late-night situation. Their 24-hour support gave us great reassurance and reflected a high level of responsibility and care. My appreciation also goes to the entire service team, including housekeeping, restaurant staff, and the front desk, for maintaining such a high standard throughout our extended stay. It has been another excellent experience, and we truly appreciate the dedication of the team. Well done to everyone at Hualian Hotel.

Incredible hotel. Breakfast is incredible, all personnel is extremely helpful and English speaking (which is rare for most hotels in China). Housekeeping was extremely careful and did an excellent job. Also, the shower was great: spacious, shower stream was strong and shower head large.

Great location. Service is excellent! I recommend New world Dalian. Perfect place for comfort and leisure.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff (Sylvia) were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which made a great first impression after a long day of travel. 酒店距離古城約6公里、距海邊約3公里，周邊沒有商業配套，處於開發階段，有一些工地。 酒店主體位於一棟公寓樓的7層以上，大堂設在7樓，而下方則是洗浴場所，這種商住混合的結構比較混亂，進入一樓完全沒有酒店的感覺，有免費停車場，但由於與洗浴中心共用，車位在高峯期會比較緊張，對於自駕遊客來説需要提前做好心理準備。 作為一家較新的酒店，其硬件設施有其亮點。8樓的洗衣房和健身房為長住客人提供了便利。客房採用公寓式設計，配備了微波爐等簡易烹飪設備，帶有觀景陽台，營造出居家旅行的氛圍。不過，從細節來看，房間的裝修做工略顯粗糙，許多明顯的工程遺留問題尚未妥善處理，淋浴噴頭堵塞水流小，影響了整體的居住質感和體驗，陽台外的景觀沒什麼亮點，應該可以看到日出。這家酒店在管理和服務細節上仍有較大的提升空間。它具備便利的地理位置和公寓式酒店的硬件基礎，但若想真正匹配希爾頓的品牌標準，需要在工程精裝細部和服務品質上投入更多精力，讓客人的入住體驗更加完善。
