During my stay at Fushun Friendship Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall service experience. The professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by the staff were evident throughout, all delivered with efficiency and warmth. The dining experience at the Chinese restaurant was particularly commendable. The dishes were authentic in flavor and meticulously prepared, reflecting a clear dedication to quality ingredients and culinary craftsmanship. Each course was a testament to the kitchen’s expertise. While enjoying new coffee blends and refreshments at the lobby bar during my leisure time, the young female staff consistently maintained a polite and courteous demeanor, engaging in friendly and natural conversations that enhanced the relaxed ambiance. Over several days, the hotel demonstrated high standards across all aspects – service, dining, and ambiance – creating a consistently comfortable and reassuring environment. I look forward to the opportunity of staying here again in the future.

It was an amazing hotel with high level of luxury. Friendly staff. Location is excellent next to the most luxurious mall in Shenyang, Mixc, which can be accessible from the hotel through underground. Youth park is across the street from the hotel and it's a good place for a walk. Hotel is located in a very nice and safe area.

新開的酒店，地裏位置很好，訂的山景房，直接就能看到首山的烽火台，日落很美，房間也很乾凈，服務人員也非常的熱情，衹要在酒店看到工作人員，就會主動打招呼問候，很親切，樓下很大的免費停車場，前台在七樓，正好趕上平安夜和聖誕節，佈置的很温馨，特別適合打卡，早餐也很豐富，還有很多外國友人用餐，感覺到了國外一樣， 24h自助DIY花式咖啡:，有打印機，辦公的區域，挺合理的設計，每個沙發下面都會有usb插口，這是萬萬沒想到的，出行很方便，出酒店幾百米就會有公交車，如果坐車來，有直接到葫蘆島北站或者興城西站的公交車，興城消費也還可以，特色美食也很多，酒店對面有個渤海船校，有一條美食街，都很好吃，不願意出酒店，外賣也很方便，一樓有個機器人能給送上去，涼了也沒事，房間裏配備了微波爐，還有小冰箱，專門洗水果的水盆，真的很不錯，最主要的是，能帶寵物入住，總之，入住體驗很好，下次來訂個海景房，聽説能看到美麗的日出

Although my stay in the hotel for two days was for business trip and I did not tell anyone about my birthday, I was quite impressed that the hotel arrange a quite big and tasty birthday cake with candles for me during my stay (free of charge). Also the breakfast is nice, and the female chef making Jianbin / Chinese pancake is quite friendly and enthusiastic.

Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by a bright, welcoming smile. The check-in process was swift, and the staff kindly introduced me to the hotel facilities. They even unfolded a map to provide a detailed guide to Dalian’s highlights and the surroundings of the hotel. Politeness and warmth are truly at the heart of their service here. Guests need not feel uneasy in this unfamiliar city—the care they receive makes all the difference. While the InterContinental brand lives up to its renowned reputation, it is truly the active dedication of the hotel staff that brings it to life. At the front desk, Grace Zhao left a bright and wonderful first impression of the hotel, and her kindness made me forget I was in a new place. The next day, Lily Xia kindly introduced me to the excellent breakfast and local Dalian specialties, offering me the chance to truly savor them—she is one of those who showed me what the ”Dalian smile” and genuine warmth are all about. As I finished breakfast, the cup of warm coffee she offered felt like more than just a drink—it was a gentle gesture, as if to say, ”We won’t let you leave empty-handed or without a fond memory.” Personally, I feel that InterContinental Hotel truly has many wonderful people working here. It is also evident that the hotel invests actively and continuously in staff training. Located in the heart of Dalian, InterContinental Dalian enjoys an excellent geographical advantage, making it convenient and quick to get anywhere. The amenities here leave nothing to be desired—during my visit on a cold day, I enjoyed the spa and fitness facilities, which were thoroughly satisfying. The dining options are also diverse, catering to different tastes and offering delightful culinary experiences. Moreover, the room facilities, cleanliness, and the prompt, kind service from all the staff are advantages not easily found elsewhere in the area. As someone who travels frequently to this region for work, I can say with confidence: if asked about this hotel’s greatest strength, I would not hesitate to say it is the remarkable harmony of its people, location, and facilities. I can genuinely say I have no regrets about leaving this review under my real name. If you wish to fully enjoy Dalian’s scenery, flavors, and people, this hotel is the wisest choice. Especially friends like Grace and Lily will leave you with the most beautiful memories of Dalian. I would also like to take this moment to express my sincere gratitude to all the other hotel staff who helped make my stay comfortable and memorable.

Lovely experience. The staff were helpful, I arrived early and they managed to give me a room. The breakfast spread is amazing! It’s right in front of the subway station and I could walk to the theatre opposite, which worked out really well as I was there to attend a concert. There was even a little rooftop garden at the restaurant level. Didn’t have time to use the amazing fitness facilities. Would love to stay again.

The best hotel i have stay so far in all the places that i have visited in China. All the receptionist are warm, especially the manager Alma, who is very welcoming. Asking if she can help you in any way, even to the extend of quickly help you open the hotel main door. The rooms are beautiful and spotless. There are amenities like gym, movie room , billiard room . Location was also fantastic. Near to one of the walking street and lots of restaurant around it. The breakfast was also nice. Definitely a six thumbs up !!

Incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! From the moment we checked in the service was impecable. Lena made us feel at home and took care of every detail to make our stay pleasant. Our children enjoyed the pool and play area. The suite was very comfortable and the staff left some sweets, toiletries and slippers for the kids. Lena helped us with our dinner options and even helped us with translation at the restaurant. She was there for our checkout as well and even accompanied us to our taxi. We were very impressed with the customer service and will certainly be back. Thank you!

📍 Location, location, location This hotel is in a prime spot, about 3 miles from some of Dalian’s top attractions like Xinghai Square, Venice Water City, and Dalian Castle 🏰. Super convenient whether you’re sightseeing or just exploring the city. 😴 Best sleep I’ve had in ages Honestly, I don’t remember the last time I slept so well. I got almost 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep, the room was quiet, perfectly cool, and the blackout curtains made the room completely dark, which I loved. Also, they offer an a la carte menu and even late-night service, which is super handy if you’re up late or get in hungry. 🧖♂️ Highly recommend the sauna + massage combo One of the highlights of my stay: hit the sauna for about 20 minutes, then followed it up with a relaxing massage right there in the hotel. Total game changer 💯 I left feeling completely recharged. 🏊♂️ as for the pool, I tried to go around three times… but it seems that the hotel rent it to swimming classes for kids?? So it was always full of kids which it’s fine but consider it if as myself this amenity was crucial for me to book the hotel 🍳 Breakfast could be better This is where things fell a bit short. The breakfast area is… kind of random? It’s in a hallway on the second floor, and the setup felt temporary. Not much variety, and there are no small tables, just big shared ones for about 10 people. A little awkward if you’re alone or just want a quiet breakfast. (I’ll include a pic) 📦 Heads-up on delivery If you order food delivery, you’ll need to go downstairs to pick it up yourself — they don’t bring it up to your room. ✅ Final thoughts Aside from those couple of things and the pool, my experience was honestly fantastic. Great location, super restful sleep. Would stay here again if I’m back in Dalian! 👍

Incredible hotel. Breakfast is incredible, all personnel is extremely helpful and English speaking (which is rare for most hotels in China). Housekeeping was extremely careful and did an excellent job. Also, the shower was great: spacious, shower stream was strong and shower head large.
