Room 203 smelt like saturated urine on the bed. Room was renovated but smelt very bad. Went to desk and let manager know that it smelt at first she wanted to give me powder for smell. Manager changed Rm to 213 which bed had springs coming out the bed was not able to sleep, had kids running all thru the room upstairs at all times ofthe night Back door slamming. Hallway smelt really bad piss smell of the fragrance pulg in hallway and the dirty odor of piss. I have stayed there plenty of times In the last month and half and this was the worst experience I have had. They stated they would change Room and stated that she had no more when I did pay for a king size room. I like the place it self but this time was the worst of the worst. I understand that it's a hotel but it should at least got a halfway decent stay this time got no rest and more irritated. I'll have to look for something else now.

We had a queen bed with a sofa pullout. The queen bed was uncomfortable & more like a full. The sofa bed appeared to be broken & we could not sleep on it. 2 of us got no sleep due to the sofa bed. Our phone in the room was also not working when we tried to contact the front desk. Very nice staff, but room was horrible.

My wife and I were attending a wedding in the area stayed at this hotel. When we arrived, there was only one person at the front desk so we had to wait in a long line to check in. Just as we got to the front of the line, another person (the front end supervisor) popped out of a backroom and started to help with the check in process. We were given keys to our room (which didn't work) went back down to the desk, waited in line again and were given replacement keys (which didn't work). When we returned to the front desk for the third time, we were given a different room. When we got into the room, we wanted to wash our hands and discovered that there was no soap. Again we went to the front desk and were told that they had no bar soap and that we would have to use the soap from the dispenser in the shower - not an easy thing to do when the shower floor is wet and there are mobility issues. We complained but were told that if we stayed at this hotel again, they would try to take better care of us, As a loyal Marriott customer, I am very disappointed in this hotel. A very bad job by the management.
