"Loved everything about Q station, it is a real. experience not just a hotel, the staff are amazing, nothing was a bother, we were picked up from Manly and driven to reception and then down to our accomodation which is authentic in the heritage buildings overlooking the harbour though the trees, very quite and relaxing. In the evening we had drinks at the Boiler Room again were picked up by minibus and taken back to our room Breakfast at Views was good and it lived up to it's name After checked out we were again. driven down to Manly, great stay, highly recommend it"

TTTWWSWow, what can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing from the service from the Geo with a warm welcome and our luggage taken away from us at the door to the personalised service that we received at check-in. Walking in the rooms are simply amazing being so elegantly furnished and so clean and spacious. The bathroom had all the amenities you could even imagine and you could easily get stuff and order through the iPad. Their indoor pool and Jim is simply amazing and includes a spa with massage function and there’s also a specialty shower room and sauna room. The breakfast buffet was also a very high standard and you can order à la carte items which were very delicious. There was also a lounge room which is similar to an executive lounge open to all hotel gas and (Office) complimentary tea and alcohol drinks too. I’m definitely return to stay at this hotel and it is absolutely amazing. Thank you very much, Capella Sydney.

PPengguna TetamuThis is an excellent hotel. I had a large room on the 31st floor with great views and access to a business lounge with quality coffee, fruit, supper and cocktails each evening. Gym is a little cramped but was never full. Breakfast is excellent with eggs cooked to order, great customer service - nothing was too much for them!

PPengguna TetamuGreat location and overall an amazing stay, but soundproofing could be much better. Take note that there are rooms without the balcony , which I should have asked prior checking in.
The hotel is in a fantastic location — very convenient and accessible, which made exploring the area super easy. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. However the housekeeping service, the blanket’s sheets were removed by us but she just left on the floor instead of cleaning it up and the vanity kit was not restored. (I’m not entirely sure how is housekeeping like in AUS, but it’s not the best)
That said, the walls are extremely thin, and noise was a consistent issue throughout. You can hear people talking and walking in the hallway, the housekeeping trolley rolling by, and even the closing of nearby doors, which is surprisingly loud and jarring. The other rooms are very close to each other, so you can even hear the other rooms alarm(which kept snoozing 3 times from 7am) the doors do not have a soft close to when it closes it keeps banging— it gets disruptive.
If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this might be something to keep in mind. But if you’re okay with a bit of background noise, the hotel still offers great value in a prime location. REMEMBER to ask if there’s any renovation works happening prior to booking (we had ours on the last day and the drilling was so loud)

MManatsuWe booked this room type specifically for access to the 35F Club Millesime lounge — something we discovered only exists for select room categories during a previous stay.
Check-in took around 15 minutes as the room wasn’t ready on time, but the staff made up for it with attentive service, personally escorting us up to the 35th floor. We lucked out with a corner table during afternoon tea and enjoyed a stunning 270° panoramic view — a definite highlight.
The evening session (17:30–19:30) was a letdown. When we arrived around 6pm, we were told the lounge was full and offered in-room delivery instead. We waited over an hour and a half, received very little food, and the champagne we had already ordered upstairs was forgotten — we had to ask again before it was brought to us.
As for breakfast, Level 3 offers a wider spread; the 35F lounge wins on ambience and views but not variety.
Overall, the 35F lounge simply cannot accommodate all eligible guests. If the experience is the main draw of your stay, be prepared for the possibility of being turned away — which is genuinely disappointing given the room premium.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed at Crown Towers Sydney from 8 to 10 May with a group of friends and overall had a very enjoyable stay.
The location is excellent, and one of the highlights was simply being able to sit outside the hotel and enjoy the beautiful sunny weather. The rooms are spacious, and the bed and linen were very comfortable, which made the stay relaxing.
There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. Check-in was quite busy and slower than expected, with a lot of on-site input and registration required. The whole process took around 7–8 minutes, which felt a bit long for a hotel of this standard. The dental kit could also be upgraded to better reflect the hotel’s luxury positioning. In the bathroom, the rain shower was not as effective as it should have been. I also noticed that the water bottles were still plastic, which feels out of step with current sustainability expectations. On the second day, the concierge desk was unattended and I waited about 10 minutes before anyone was available
Overall, it was a good stay. The property has many strengths, especially the room size, comfort, and location, but a few service and detail-related improvements would make the experience feel more aligned with its luxury brand position.

SStarry3skyStayed at Meriton Suites Pitt Street Sydney and had a generally comfortable experience with a few areas that could be improved.
The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around the city, shopping, and dining. The room itself is spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen which had everything needed for a longer stay. I also appreciated the balcony and the bathtub, which added a nice touch of relaxation after a long day out.
However, considering the price, the overall value felt slightly lacking. The rates are on the higher side, and I did notice that the bathtub cleanliness could be improved, which was a bit disappointing.
That said, the facilities and convenience still make it a decent choice for those who prefer apartment-style accommodation in the heart of Sydney. With some improvements in cleanliness and pricing, it would be an even better stay.

228Rahil08We traveled to Sydney over NYE, so choices were limited as I booked quite late. Limited in the sense of price / quality. I think Meriton was a good alternative with also a decent view on the firework. Since I went by boat on 9pm firework I didn’t need to be close for the midnight one (personal choice)
Reception was superb, we got the room already at around 12:30. Very friendly staff. We were in Tower 3, so had to walk quite a bit indoors to get there. But getting out is easy, the tower has a separate entry / exit.
Overall, that was the summary:
• Spacious family-friendly apartments with very large rooms and floor-to-ceiling windows
• Stunning views from the third tower, including a clear view all the way to the Harbour Bridge on New Year’s Eve
• Excellent location with direct metro access, major shopping malls within walking distance, and great breakfast cafés nearby
We stayed here as a family over New Year’s Eve and had a fantastic experience. While it was not cheap, the space, views, and connectivity more than justify the price, making it an excellent base for exploring Sydney comfortably.

PPengguna TetamuOn the plus side: we upgraded ourselves to a village suite and the size was spacious. Breakfast was fabulous and something to look forward to, although 7am start is a bit late for us.. Most of the staff were lovely and well trained. Room was cosy and quiet at night. Fresh towels and clean bathroom. Easy and convenient location outside of CBD. This is the only big hotel in the area and there are some great restaurants nearby - Carmela, Margaret, Bill’s etc. usefully close to Chemist Warehouse for essentials you’ve forgotten.
On the negative: It should be classed as 4* - quite cheaply constructed and maintained. Not what you might consider to be luxury. Rooms are dark, with poorly thought out lighting; the carpet rarely vacuumed (if at all) during our five night stay. Hand held shower head spray nozzles were blocked, bathtub drain was also blocked. Sinks not very clean. Windows in room and dining room very dirty. Big construction site adjacent so we moved rooms to get away from the noise and view of the cranes. Overpriced hotel offering when you consider we could have booked the Capella in CBD at nearly the same rate as our suite, but nice to be away from the city.

PpornphunWe had a brilliant experience at the Langham for our wedding anniversary! I forgot how much I like the Langham brand. From the pink ribbon around the toilet paper to the sleep ammenities (we asked for the sleep pillow mist and the room diffuser) to the suggested third eye massage technique and the chamomile tea before bedtime, we felt totally pampered and taken care of. Reservation was made for our celebratory dinner with fine steak dinner over the fantastic view of the Opera House. In room breakfast was delivered on time and the quantity copious. The Spanish bell boy was helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded to a harbour view room to our delight. Location was convenient to walk either to Barangaroo or the Rocks, for ferry ride or metro. Very pleased to have chosen The Langham, it was absolutely the right decision for us!
