The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the staff were professional and very welcoming. "I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The room I stayed in was excellent and even included both a washing machine and dryer, which was extremely convenient. There was also a kitchen in the room, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"This hotel is brand new! It had a very specific design and felt almost like a kitschy spa. I enjoyed the service, all of the staff were very helpful and kind. The room is spacious and clean with comfortable bedding. I especially liked the filter water feature on each floor. I would say the vibe is very “aesthetic” and therefore the hotel attracts a lot of influencer types who were taking pictures in the lobby. We saw this on multiple occasions. Location is good as it is also above a supermarket which is super convenient and fun for late night snacks. However, the entrance of the hotel is not very convenient for cars to stop. So you would have to be very efficient and precise when calling Ubers etc."

Wow, what can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing from the service from the Geo with a warm welcome and our luggage taken away from us at the door to the personalised service that we received at check-in. Walking in the rooms are simply amazing being so elegantly furnished and so clean and spacious. The bathroom had all the amenities you could even imagine and you could easily get stuff and order through the iPad. Their indoor pool and Jim is simply amazing and includes a spa with massage function and there’s also a specialty shower room and sauna room. The breakfast buffet was also a very high standard and you can order à la carte items which were very delicious. There was also a lounge room which is similar to an executive lounge open to all hotel gas and (Office) complimentary tea and alcohol drinks too. I’m definitely return to stay at this hotel and it is absolutely amazing. Thank you very much, Capella Sydney.

This was my first stay at Meriton Suites Mascot Central. The location is excellent, and the room was clean and spacious. My only concern was that I had requested a room away from the elevator, but I was assigned Room 1034 directly next to it. The noise from guests using the elevator and passing by the room affected my stay. Overall, a good stay, but I hope room requests can be better accommodated in the future.

The hotel is in a great location. Central to circular quay and darling harbour. Very close to wynards train station. Although on a steep road it’s not too far to walk from York street. Everything about the hotel was spotless from having the doors open everytime you entered or left the hotel. The only disappointment for us was the breakfast. We felt for what you are paying for the food wasn’t value for money. All in all a very nice hotel and would reccommend.

After a long flight, all I wanted was a hot bath and sleep. I had to make 3 calls and wait a total of one hour for the duty manager on 16 August 2026 night to change rooms for me as the bath tub was disgustingly stained with what seemed like brown and red spots that can’t be washed off. And then the sink in the new room had some stains that can’t be washed off with a running tap- see photos. To be fair, the housekeeping staffs were really lovely. I was annoyed why it took the duty manager so long to change rooms for me. Most of the restaurant staffs were lovely too, except for one front of house. Buffet breakfast spread was great, with complimentary and excellent barista made coffees.

I had a very pleasant stay at Mantra 2 Bond Street Sydney. The hotel is located in a prime spot in the heart of Sydney CBD, making it easy to walk to Circular Quay, the Opera House, and The Rocks. Public transport is also readily accessible, which made getting around the city very convenient. The apartment-style room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities — perfect for both short and long stays. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One small detail to note is that slippers were not provided in the room, so I had to request them from the front desk. It wasn’t a big issue, but it would be more convenient if they were placed in the room by default. The staff were friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. I also appreciated the on-site restaurant and rooftop pool, which added extra convenience and enjoyment to my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for travelers who want comfort, space, and a central location in Sydney.

Staying in W hotel was one of the thing that I always wanted to do when I was working around the Darling Harbour area. Everything about the location was great, especially during the night where the vivid event was on. Walking to the new Sydney fish market take only 20 minutes or so. Walking to QV market takes about 15 minutes, and seafood in Sydney is much better than Melbourne. Some great restaurants along the esplanade, and the cost of meal is actually very reasonable, and you would expect to pay as much in Thailand Bangkok. The view from the hotel room into the harbour is breathtaking 24 hours. I would wanted to just sit in the room and look at the view from my office desk in the hotel room. However, the service was subpar. Long wait for check in and people in the hotel front desk are not friendly at all. I have had better service at LV boutique and Rolex stores.

This is not my first time staying at One Global Resorts Green Square, and it still meets my expectations perfectly. The location is unbeatable, only a short walk to Green Square station with easy transport to CBD and airport. The room is well maintained, clean and fully furnished with kitchen and laundry amenities. Staff are efficient and friendly, shared facilities including pool and gym are kept in great condition. With convenient shops and restaurants nearby, this will always be my top choice when visiting Sydney as a solo traveller

Like: location is perfect, lots of good restaurants around within walking distance. Dislike: be aware of what street the room facing. It’s loud at night, ppl talk and laugh can hear very clearly. Services: overall are good, I’ve been staying meriton many times in many locations, but this one Meriton on Kent was disappointing. I’ve asked baby amenities before my trip start but never got any as they promised they’ve been noted and prepared. Special note: at the checked in they gave us a small room facing loud street and construction site( we booked a higher price of room and staying 5 nights)。 They had originally agreed to change our room. However, due to a communication gap among the staff the next day, it took quite a long time to resolve the misunderstanding before the room change was finally completed. *the cafe next to Meriton has the best fresh squeeze juice ever, we bought it every morning! And the muffins are my babies favorite!

Really enjoyed our stay at Meriton Suites Campbell Street. The location was a major highlight — close to everything we needed and offering some great views from the apartment. The space itself was comfortable and well laid out, making it feel more like a home away from home than a typical hotel room. Just a few minor things kept it from a perfect 5, but nothing that took away from an overall excellent stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
