"The room is very basic. But the location is very good for traveller going to airport. It’s just 3 minutes walk to the train station. Coop supermarket is only 7minutes walk away. So it’s added extra points in my journey. Clean room. Space is good enough for 2 persons. Water heater function well. No AC in the room, but fan is provided."

Pleasantly surprised with the friendly service received at the reception. Breakfast was good, especially the mini croissants and the fresh butter and cheese. Would advise you make it clear to the staff on your eggs order as one would offer you plain scrambled egg while the other would ask if you prefer to add on ingredients. Location is good, there is a shortcut to the train station from the back of the hotel. Room design could be improved but no complaints. All in all, I am thankful the service was warm and that really matters to me.

WWinniekakaThis hotel location is perfect, only 4-5 mins walk from Oerlikon Station, which is 9 mins train to airport and 10 mins to Zurich HB. There are lots of restaurants around and 2 big supermarkets which is next to the hotel. The staff are very helpful and give good advices for sightseeing. The room is spacious and clean. The little kitchen is well equipped.

HHarmonickIf you're looking for a truly exceptional experience in Zurich, look no further than the Hotel Alden. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.
We were hoping to visit the Lindt Chocolate Factory, only to find it completely sold out. The concierge team, however, worked their magic and managed to secure us tickets! That alone would have been enough to earn a glowing review. But they took it even further by upgrading us to a suite so enormous that we literally made a ”Cribs”-style video about it! We were absolutely blown away by the size and luxury.
Beyond the impressive suite and the chocolate factory miracle, the hotel itself is stunning and perfectly located. But it's the dedication and attentiveness of the staff that truly sets this place apart. They anticipate your needs before you even express them. If you want a hotel that will exceed your expectations and create lasting memories, book your stay at the Hotel Alden Splugenschloss Leonardo Edition. You won't regret it!

VVictu地達火車站之後需要再轉電車，如果有很多大件行李箱，會比較不方便。店員服務態度非常好，有迎賓酒、每天有冰淇淋可以吃，咖啡機、茶水也是全天候供應。

PPengguna TetamuTop rooms, very friendly front desk and concierge. Unfortunately chaotic lobby restaurant with unprofessional staff, forgotten orders, cold food. Not appropriate for such a hotel, needs to be fixed.
