Hotel Zurich dengan Spa

酒店真的很爽，完美開啟我的瑞士solo。很適合品質出遊對酒店有要求的盆友，酒店基礎房型不是很大，三十多平但是裏面的硬件設施很過硬，服務也沒的説。第二天有去感受下gym正好還碰着上課 ，蹭了一節，泳池室內室外温泉桑拿一應俱全，非常適合度假，早餐每道菜擺盤都像米其林哈哈哈，餐廳經理還過來跟我聊天。酒店也有自己的高爾夫球場。半山腰。很快樂的入住體驗，值得沖！

موقع استراتيجي والخدمه جدا ممتازه وهاي ثالث مره اسكن فيه واول مره كانت سنة 2018 وكررتها في 2019 والمره الاخيره حجز عن طريق Trip 2025 وفي تغيرات في الفندق من ناحية التجديدات في اثاث المطعم والفطور والقعدات الخارجيه 👌🏻طبعا لا ننسى التكييف ايضاً ممتاز في الصيف والموظفين ودودين ☺️

Pleasantly surprised with the friendly service received at the reception. Breakfast was good, especially the mini croissants and the fresh butter and cheese. Would advise you make it clear to the staff on your eggs order as one would offer you plain scrambled egg while the other would ask if you prefer to add on ingredients. Location is good, there is a shortcut to the train station from the back of the hotel. Room design could be improved but no complaints. All in all, I am thankful the service was warm and that really matters to me.

這個價格在瑞士已經算很合理的了，房間還可以，衞生間也不小，毛巾浴巾拖鞋都有，床很舒服。枕頭被子很軟很舒服，很喜歡，還送了一杯歡迎橙汁，公共區域有免費咖啡和熱水，早餐也可以，正宗的西式早餐

We were hoping to visit the Lindt Chocolate Factory, only to find it completely sold out. The concierge team, however, worked their magic and managed to secure us tickets! That alone would have been enough to earn a glowing review. But they took it even further by upgrading us to a suite so enormous that we literally made a ”Cribs”-style video about it! We were absolutely blown away by the size and luxury. Beyond the impressive suite and the chocolate factory miracle, the hotel itself is stunning and perfectly located. But it's the dedication and attentiveness of the staff that truly sets this place apart. They anticipate your needs before you even express them. 市中心的邊陲位置，但13號電車大約10-15分鐘巳經可以出到蘇黎世火車站或者乘搭5號電車10分鐘左右前往遊覽蘇黎世湖的渡輪碼頭，如果不是趕時間也可以用大約半小時出去，沿路都有不同商店食肆 酒店隔離也是一個中型商場，裏面也有一間大型的COOP超市，所以需要補給日用品或買手信（例如瑞士朱古力）可以考慮這裏😌

I had a genuinely pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, attentive, and very easy to communicate with. Any requests I had were handled quickly and efficiently, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything I needed was available, and the facilities were in good condition and easy to use. I especially appreciated the comfortable atmosphere — it felt like a place where you could truly relax after a long day. The environment was also quiet, which made it easy to get good rest. In terms of overall experience, the hotel offers great value for money. Both the service and the facilities met (and in some aspects exceeded) my expectations. It’s clear that attention has been paid to the details that matter for a comfortable stay. If I visit again in the future, I would definitely consider staying here again. I’d also be happy to recommend it to friends or anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

Top rooms, very friendly front desk and concierge. Unfortunately chaotic lobby restaurant with unprofessional staff, forgotten orders, cold food. Not appropriate for such a hotel, needs to be fixed.

absence of hot water in shower...and rooms in east wing are a definite no-go, we should have known. overall - an utterly disappointing experience
