1、酒店所有遇到的員工都是微笑服務，很親切，前台小姐姐們都非常漂亮，温柔，小哥哥帥氣親切，阿姨和門崗大叔都藹可親，整個人文氣息非常舒適。
2、酒店服務，
商務車免費接送機，乾淨舒適，駕駛平穩。
院內免費停車。
早餐八點到十點半，留了充足時間，菜品也比較豐富。
所有的問題酒店員工都能温柔耐心解答，入住退房都非常快。
還有免費延時服務，很不錯。
酒店房間乾淨無異味，寬敞明亮。
入住酒店大堂門口有安檢，旁邊緊鄰派出所崗亭，安全性也是沒得説。
交通和餐飲方便。
出酒店往右走一百米就有餐廳，驛樓蘭特色新疆菜，味道很好。桃園中餐廳，價格實惠味道很好。
加油站離酒店直線幾百米，開車就2.5公里。
離哈密站很近，大概五六百米。

車友酒店離高速路很近，酒店衞生很好，服務也不錯，一家四口訂的套房，衞生間洗浴乾濕分離，洗漱很方便。尤其新疆地暖那是沒話説，超級給力，睡覺很安逸！
我們是自己開車回老家過年的，進出新疆都在車友酒店住的，酒店旁邊就有飯店，很方便，早餐，晚餐都有，路也好走，值得推薦給大家👍👍👍

AAaronDecent Atour hotel, amenities are excellent, the room was clean and having stayed at numerous Atour hotels this one was good. The laundry room is useful for travelers and I didn’t need to wait to use the facilities. The local restaurant on the first floor (outside the hotel) is excellent. Just follow the music and you’ll find it. Car parking is OK, we parked at the back but if does get busy because of the restaurant. Can they improve? Yes, of course, the check in receptionist looked as though she’d never seen a foreigner before and was cold and abrupt. I thought she was rude. Come on Atour, train your people properly. Breakfast was good, although the staff should have replenished all the items towards the end of service - there was virtually no fruit left. The differences between Atour hotels are largely around individual employees, here the reception/check in was below my expectation. No water or tea offered either. Says it all really.

VVSTWe would highly recommend this hotel, Tian ma hotel for those visiting Hami, Xinjiang. Tian Ma hotel is just about 700m / 10 minutes walk from Hami Railway station. The design of the room makes it practical and comfortable to stay in. The bedroom and the bathroom & toilet area is partitioned by a wall with sensor lights. The breakfast is also reasonably good for the price we paid. It was 198 yuan per night when we stayed there in May 2024.
The room is very clean and the water pressure in the shower is strong. There's also washing machines available for self-service laundry on the 2nd floor.

房間比較大，佈局很不錯，色彩燈光很温馨。
每次來都很乾凈，真的是沒有異味，這點比大酒店還要好！如果考小區的這一側邊。晚上睡覺很安靜，尤其是難入睡易失眠的人，非常好👍
酒店今年冬天的暖氣的温度是非常好，27度左右。
前台的服務態度非常好，晚一個小時退房，打電話説一下就可以了！
還有保安大姐，真熱心，有問必答，退房走了的時候，追着出來也要給2瓶水👍

XXteroI enjoyed this hotel so much that i extended my stay another night. The staff helped me move my things to another room. Communication was very good and service was perfect. After 2 nights i was feeling very refreshed. A perfect hotel in Hami.

LLizhouzhou這個酒店的服務體系很不錯👍前台服務熱情，門口還有保安叔叔迎接我們，樓上環境優美舒適，走廊能休閑用，房間乾淨衞生不錯，乾濕分離，獨立包裝。最棒的是設施齊全，健身器材都有，夜宵還是免費的，這該死的暖心服務，真是欲罷不能，以後還要來，推薦啦、推薦啦、強烈推薦啦🌹

PPengguna Tetamu我這個房間空間大小還可以吧，帶窗單人大床房，獨立衞浴，一桌一電視，感覺日常出行夠用。
這個店位置周邊晚間還比較安靜，就是隔音一般，聽樓上、隔壁的走動，放水的聲音還是有一些明顯，走路8分鐘到友誼市場。
以前可能是莫泰168，設施還行，衞生看上去沒什麼問題，也配備了應急消防呼吸器，有一處是不間斷電源，插座是沒有帶USB接口。一晚110的價格也還比較適宜。

PPengguna Tetamu門前停車位少，繞道後院裏能停車，被褥是乾淨的，三人間窗户少，朝向不太好，不通透，窗户朝向走廊，屋裡感覺有點悶，紗窗有破洞，屋裡、被褥有點煙味，這跟店家沒關係，在屋裡抽煙的客人多，誰家攤上都沒招，這個味道很難散去。地點離市中心有6公里吧，在大眾點評上找了一家評價挺不錯的店吃飯，挺好吃，三個人消費300多，涼茶酸酸甜甜特別好喝，推薦。

PPengguna TetamuReally nice and friendly staff. The hotel is a bit outdated. Entrance in the backyard. The room itself was okay. The bed mattresses are quite hard and the bathroom is really outdated and could have been cleaner. It was nice to be able to do my laundry for free.

PPengguna TetamuThe location of the hotel was great and the basic hygiene was good enough. The staff were also very friendly. The rooms however are very dated and had an overpowering smell of cigarette smoke. There is no ventilation in the room and it felt like I was suffocating when the person next door was chain-smoking because there are tiny gaps in the walls that allow the smoke to pass through.
