Hotel Hami dengan Sarapan

On my road trip from Shanghai to Urumqi, this was BY FAR the best stay I had. I was originally only going to book one night, but it was so incredible that I stayed once more. HUGE room and everything was sparkling clean. Towels were super high quality and I felt like I was in a 5 star SPA when I got out of the shower. If you're coming to Hami, you MUST stay here.

這個宜必思整體設計感很足，地方也很大，很適合我們這種趕路臨時下來休整一下，離高速口也很近。 早餐很多元化 也很豐盛，如圖2所示。周圍也有一條街的美食，可以對付午飯和晚飯等。 住過很多次宜必思，這家品控整體還算不錯的。房間也很大很衞生。也有免費洗衣機和烘乾機，我們離店之後前台還幫我們取了烘乾的衣服。 💁服務：不錯👍🏻

The hotel is about a ten minute drive from Hami Station. There is a street with a row of barbecue shops in a row nearby, plus other places to eat nearby. I selected this hotel because I saw it had hosted foreign guests before. When I was there (August 2024), the staff were giving out slices of melon at reception in the afternoon. The breakfast selection was good, my room was pretty quiet, and the laundry room had two washing machine but no dryer (but in August, the air is dry anyway). All the staff were friendly.

這次我們從烏魯木齊到哈密來，主要是為了我的訂婚提親😏😏😏來之前家裡人特別交代選個價格適中的，我住過大大小小很多酒店，康萊德、希爾頓、萬達文華等各種連鎖酒店，主題酒店~不是水評論刷好評。在來哈密前精挑細選，與我住過的其他酒店相比，這家的性價比還是很可以的，雖然酒店房間內比較擁擠但是衞生和環境都是沒得説，酒店內的綠植都是真的…… 進酒店大門就是笑口常開的前台小姐姐和青銅鼎，寓意“基業長青，鼎盛千秋”。酒店內的花香從一進店門到床上，我晚上閉眼還能聞到花香，不刺鼻不濃郁，衹是清淡的。 Entering the hotel gate is the smiling young lady at the front desk and the bronze tripod, which means ”the foundation will last forever, and the prosperity will last forever”. From the moment I entered the store door to the bed, I can still smell the flowers when I close my eyes at night. It is not pungent or strong, but light.

This is a very good hotel but the staffs do need some additional training on registering foreigners on their system. We arrived at the hotel after 8pm after 6 hours of long drive and had the unpleasant experience of long check in process at the reception. The staffs were apologetic and obviously struggling to read foreigners' passport, we had to register our details ourselves in the end. Despite all this, the services of the staffs are good in general.

The receptionists were helpful,service is excellent,all staff super friendly, especially the breakfast section manger who take care everyone,and with good manner,thankyou.

We would highly recommend this hotel, Tian ma hotel for those visiting Hami, Xinjiang. Tian Ma hotel is just about 700m / 10 minutes walk from Hami Railway station. The design of the room makes it practical and comfortable to stay in. The bedroom and the bathroom & toilet area is partitioned by a wall with sensor lights. The breakfast is also reasonably good for the price we paid. It was 198 yuan per night when we stayed there in May 2024. The room is very clean and the water pressure in the shower is strong. There's also washing machines available for self-service laundry on the 2nd floor.

房間格局開闊大氣，衞生間採用乾濕分離設計，潔具乾淨光亮，打掃得十分細緻。床鋪整理得乾乾淨淨，床品柔軟親膚，床上擺放的小花增添了温馨感。房間自帶巨幕投影，閑暇可以觀影，寬大書桌辦公也很方便。屋內設施維護良好，地毯乾淨，燈光柔和，入住體驗舒心愜意，性價比很高，強烈推薦。

The hotel room in itself was fine. However, since I lost my European power plug to American-style flat-prong plug adapter in the train, I asked if they would have an adapter for. They said yes, wait a moment. After 40 minutes or so I went sightseeing in the town. Back in the hotel I asked again for the adapter, they said wait 10 minutes, nothing happened. I went for food and back at the hotel I asked again, they said sorry, initially gave me a wrong adapter, then finally a good one, that at first instance shortcut the power outlets. Then it took almost 30 minutes to fix this. It just all took too long! Also, the room has automatic curtains, and I really disliked it that the moment I entered the room, the curtains automatically opened. It didn't remember my prefered settings, quite annoying.

Location excellent. Loved the spacious room with large beds. Very clean with all amenities provided. Beautiful view of the city from the 13th floor. Loved the decor. Bathroom was large.staff was super friendly and efficient. They patiently helped with translatios and queries. Helped book taxis. Also the staff offered and we got a free tax to the train station i ride to the train station. Loved the decor of the entire hotel. Will definitely stay here again.
