Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable.
Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Century Wuhan. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade. The service was excellent staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable.
The location is perfect, right in the city center, within walking distance to shopping malls, plenty of food options, and close to the MRT. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious.
The facilities inside the room were impressive—everything looked new, with an automatic toilet and a bathtub that made the stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, one of the best hotel experiences in Wuhan. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel lobby was absolutely stunning—grand and beautifully designed, creating a luxurious first impression. It truly set the tone for a high-end experience.
However, the dining options at both the lunch and dinner restaurants felt somewhat limited. While the food quality was good, the menus could benefit from more variety to cater to different tastes and preferences.
Overall, the stay was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was top-notch. With a few more dining options, this hotel would be perfect! Highly recommend for a luxurious getaway.

The prime location offers convenient access to Wuhan Tianhe Airport and major train stations (approx. 30-40 minutes by car) Houkou less than 15. Early check-in at 10 AM was seamlessly accommodated, a huge + . Leisure facilities like the indoor pool and fully equipped gym are top-notch, perfect for relaxation or workouts. Bearded WandererWhat can I say? What an amazing stay again. I’ve stayed for work events in which we used the ballroom for our work celebration. I then came here for peace when my father passed away. This was the one place I knew I could come that brought me peace and happiness. This trip was for my anniversary and it was beyond amazing. We decided to to go with a suite and the reservation came with a free photo shoot. Our photographer, Xiao Liu, was kind and the photo shoot was an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the dinner buffet has live entertainment and amazing chefs as well. We also wanted to get massages too but ran out of time. We will get them next time. Overall, I’m grateful for Optic Valley Hilton and the true peace our experiences bring each time. Exactly what we need on vacation.

This was an amazing hotel for me as a solo traveller. The modern furnishings in my high rise room made for a relaxing atmosphere. I loved watching cars right outside the window in the evenings. The front desk workers were very welcoming and efficient with the checkin process. I would definitely stay here again.
The only down side is that I found hair stands in my bed on the first night. My sheets were changed upon request. The mirrors in the room had dust and water spatters on them. The room is gorgeous, clean mirrors would elevate the appearance even more.
