"Really enjoyed the contemporary, minimalist design of this room. The highlight was definitely the large projector screen opposite the twin beds-perfect for an immersive evening movie. The bathroom was spotless, featuring a cool industrial grid-tile look and a massive vanity counter with endless space for toiletries. The room layout is slightly tight around the walkways and the seating corner is best suited for one person rather than two, but for a clean, stylish, tech-friendly stay, it's excellent value."

This hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Century Wuhan. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade. The service was excellent staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city center, within walking distance to shopping malls, plenty of food options, and close to the MRT. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The facilities inside the room were impressive—everything looked new, with an automatic toilet and a bathtub that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences in Wuhan. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. 我在 武汉新世纪大酒店 的入住体验非常棒。酒店免费为我 升级了房间，让我非常惊喜。服务态度一流，工作人员都很热情、细心。房间非常干净、现代又舒适。 酒店位置优越，就在市中心，步行就能到商场，周边有很多餐饮选择，而且离地铁站也很近。早餐种类丰富，味道也很好。 房间里的设施非常新颖，尤其是 智能马桶和浴缸，让住宿体验更上一层楼。 总的来说，这是我在武汉住过的 最好的酒店之一。无论商务还是旅游，都非常值得推荐。

除了三亞麗思之外，打卡的第二家。行前禮賓主動添加微信，詳細介紹了酒店及周邊。下車主動幫拿行李，還要幫送至房間。辦理入住時主動詢問是否需要延遲退房，幫忙延至下午三點，絕對好評👍高空大堂景觀絕佳，城市天際線和江景一覽無餘。雖然是新開業酒店，但房間沒有異味。進屋正對房門的擺件和燈具，讓人眼前一亮。床品很舒適，備品是蒂普提克，品質在線。送了歡迎水果。還給開了夜床，貼心的贈送了當地文旅冰箱貼。客房送餐點了漢堡和牛肉麪，味道不錯。早餐給人印象最深的是冰釀，夏天來一口是真的舒服。退房還大方贈送了房卡留念，下次有機會帶家人來武漢，還會再次入住。

Love it! Hyatt Regency Wuhan Optics Valley is always my first choice for visits to Wuhan. Convenient location near Guanggu for great shopping, dining and student vibe given its proximity to Hua Ke, a Top Ten university in China. Also brilliant for business trips as it’s right on the doorstep of Optics Valley Hi Tech Development Zone not to mention sporting events and concerts at Wuhan International Tennis Centre. Easy transport to all other locations across Wuhan. Delicious global and Chinese food in the hotel restaurants including Wuhan’s keynote dish, Reganmian, hot dry noodles . Last but by no means least, the staff are attentive, professional and welcoming but the serving team in the international Market Cafe need to improve their English and maybe other foreign language skills.

Room was clean and spacious enough for 2 persons. Breakfast buffet was okay and if you sit by the window, you can view the bridge from outside. Lots of restaurants, street food, grocery stores and pharmacies in around 5 minutes walk. Overall, it was a good stay. I just think that some of the staff can be more friendly and warm.

What can I say? What an amazing stay again. I’ve stayed for work events in which we used the ballroom for our work celebration. I then came here for peace when my father passed away. This was the one place I knew I could come that brought me peace and happiness. This trip was for my anniversary and it was beyond amazing. We decided to to go with a suite and the reservation came with a free photo shoot. Our photographer, Xiao Liu, was kind and the photo shoot was an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the dinner buffet has live entertainment and amazing chefs as well. We also wanted to get massages too but ran out of time. We will get them next time. Overall, I’m grateful for Optic Valley Hilton and the true peace our experiences bring each time. Exactly what we need on vacation.
