"We absolutely loved our stay! The room was amazing, and the bathroom with the panoramic view made it feel truly special. The rooftop pool was великолепent, and the hotel had everything we needed.
The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They helped us rent a scooter and even taught us how to ride it. They also kindly cut up fruit for us whenever we asked and gave us a lot of useful help with getting around the city.
The hotel also provides an iron, washing machine, and dryer, which was a huge advantage during our long trip. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained.
Special thanks to the receptionist who checked us in — the chubby guy with glasses working the evening shift — and also to the girl with glasses who works in the mornings. Both of them provided outstanding service and made our stay even more memorable!"

"If you want private entry and a good place to take photo. Yes this is the place to go.
However there are couple of things that we encountered that we felt could have been much better for the price.
1. The lobby and reception was chaotic. Nobody attended to anyone and it just seems like a free for all. But eventually we checked in not too long later, just a bit chaotic.
2. For travelling family we went for one of their best rooms. Despite more than 4 adults they only offered 1 afternoon tea set to share. Seems a little weird because we could have just gotten two rooms instead.
3. Breakfast voucher : a weird implementation that doesn’t justify the sense of luxury you would expect from here. You just get asked for voucher again and again after handing it over. Daily voucher mind you.
4. The room is slightly underwhelming. Take away the view and it has nothing but a big compound for other activities. That’s all. It’s also more dated than expected. Wear and tear are very obvious.
5. The AI works in some smaller boutique better than this. Only one room has the AI control. Other rooms and living room has none.
Few great things about this place
1. Laundry.
2. The staffs actually put in effort to attend to everyone. Very responsive to chats.
3. We requested for slightly late checkout as the kids are not feeling well and they granted it out of courtesy considering there are no occupants checking in on the same day."

VVoyauraThe hotel was absolutely stunning. The room was big and super clean with amazing river and mountains views! Hotel is situated in a quiet area which makes it nice spot for long walks with beautiful views. The service at the hotel was excellent. Very polite and they helped us with all the requests. We’ve been welcome with some fruits and in the morning we enjoyed delicious breakfast.
The only downside was the gym as it states in the description the gym is available but the hotel doesn’t have one as it was converted to the tea house. it didn’t affected our stay however it’s a little misleading.
I would definitely recommend to stay and I will surly be back. Thank you for such a pleasant stay 😍☺️
这家酒店简直太惊艳了！房间宽敞又超级干净，还能欣赏到绝美的河流与山景。酒店坐落在一个安静的区域，非常适合悠闲散步，沿途风景如画。服务也非常出色，员工礼貌周到，满足了我们的所有需求。入住时还收到了欢迎水果，早餐也十分美味。
唯一美中不足的是健身房——虽然描述中提到有健身房，但实际上酒店并没有，因为它被改造成了茶室。虽然这并未影响我们的入住体验，但确实有些误导。
我绝对推荐大家入住，而且我一定会再来。感谢你们让我度过如此愉快的假期！

First and foremost, the host, Rachel, who is super friendly, attentive and helpful. She speaks perfect English, can recommend good places to visit and good restaurant and prepare excellent coffee in the morning.
Then, the hotel.
Beautifully decorated with lots of amenities. Spacious, beautiful and super comfy rooms. Nothing is missing.
We were also super lucky and got a room upgrade with view over one of the mountains and a big bathtub.
They also rent electric bicycle and scooters at a very good price.
Finally, location is perfect. Just a few meters from the busy West Street, the river and the main road to visit around.
Special mention, to the enormous cat!
No doubt where we will be staying next time we are in Yangshuo.
Thank you so much for everything, we felt like at home.

PPengguna Tetamu今回の陽朔・桂林の旅の締めくくりに、最後の贅沢な滞在をしたいと思い、こちらを選びました。旅の中でいくつかのホテルに泊まりましたが、圧倒的なリゾート感に驚かされました。
入口からホテル本館まで3キロほどあり、車で送っていただくのですが、その道中からすでに高揚感が広がっていく感覚がありました。今回は宿泊に加えて、お食事、バリ風のスパ、写真撮影も体験しましたが、どれも素晴らしいものでした。他のホテルではなかなか味わえない、質の高い滞在だったと感じています。
【お食事について】
・お料理はとても美味しく、その割にメニューの価格設定も控えめです。滞在中はぜひホテル内で食事をされることをおすすめします。
・アフタヌーンティーも見た目が可愛らしく、優雅な気分で楽しむことができました。
・食事の選択肢が充実しているので、ホテルにこもって過ごすには最高の環境です。
何より素晴らしかったのは、ホテルの広大な敷地でした。お部屋の中からはもちろん、敷地内を散策していても、常に絵のような景色が広がっています。水墨画のような世界を楽しむ今回の旅の締めくくりとしてこちらを選びましたが、期待を超える満足度でした。
スタッフの皆さんのサービスも非常に質が高く、印象に残っています。マニュアル通りに対応するのではなく、こちらのことを親身に考えてくださっているのが伝わってきて、一つ一つの心配りに温かさを感じました。
本当に楽しく、思い出に残る滞在となりました。ありがとうございました。

PPengguna TetamuWe had a wonderful stay at Alila Yangshuo (formerly known as Yangshuo Sugar House Hotel). It is a very nice hotel with beautiful surroundings and a unique atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and always helpful throughout our stay. The location was great — convenient yet still scenic and relaxing.
The food was also excellent, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the welcome drink and the tea break arrangement in the room. The hotel offers many complimentary and chargeable activities, which gave us plenty of things to enjoy during our stay. We were especially impressed by the photographer — very professional and did a great job capturing memorable moments for us.
A special mention to the hotel team for being very considerate with checkout arrangements. They automatically offered us a late checkout to better match our train schedule, which made our departure much more comfortable and stress-free.
Two areas for improvement: the coffee with milk didn’t seem to be heated properly (we experienced a similar issue at other hotels too, so it may be related to the type of coffee machines commonly used here). Also, the hotel is next to a busy road — while the room’s sound insulation is fairly good, traffic noise could still be disturbing for light sleepers like my wife.
Overall, it was still a great experience, and we would gladly return.

PPengguna TetamuWe had an amazing stay at Yangshuo LISA's Hotel! The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, the lady who was on the service desk during the day was very generous with her time. We enjoyed a free afternoon tea when we arrived and then rented some bikes from the hotel. The receptionist made us a personalised tour route for the bike ride and sent us the location points via WeChat. She also gave us water bottles and adjusted the bike seats to make sure we had the best experience. The room itself was gorgeous, it had an amazing view and a great vibe overall. The location was great, it was quiet but very close walking distance to a lot of the busy nightlife and attractions. We wished we had stayed longer because we had such a lovely experience at this hotel!

The lady at reception tried her best to find us a transport however either there was really a shortage on cars or all occupied. PPengguna Tanpa NamaThis is kind of disappointed experience. First of all, one of the toilet couldn't flush and needed two nights to repair, which I only stay there for three nights. It took so long to repair was because the staff made the mistake on the room (there are two rooms in this suite).
Second, one of the air-conditioner was not cool at all and only half of it functioned. It didn't repair during our stay. You can imagine how uncomfortable and hot at the room when everyday is above 30 degree Celsius.
Lastly, the room cleaning service really confused me. The staff will only clean your room only when you tell the reception you need the cleaning service every morning. This is not a big problem but the problem is NONE of the staff, including the staff during my check in or the staff on duty in the morning, told me that I have to do so to get the room cleaning service.
Except the unsatisfying service, tbh, the view of the room is great and balcony is really spacious. It was a little bit sad that we could't enjoy it too much due to hot weather. It does deserve to have a stay if you want to enjoy the view.
