Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Zimmer war sehr sauber, großzügig geschnitten und nicht verwohnt. Frühstück war umfangreich und lecker. Auch hier war das Personal sehr aufmerksam, es wurde umgehend, ohne Hinweis der Gäste, alles nachgefüllt. Wir kommen wieder. Danke!

This hotel has a great location, serves delicious food, and has very nice service minded staff. We only stayed 1 night, and had a nice stay. We could sit outside, and were well served all the time. All in all, a very nice experience and we would recommend this hotel anytime.

Jjpavlo997224The hotel was awesome. They had a dog bed set up in the room with a water and food dish, plus a doggie bag with food and treats from Terra Canis. Our dog loved it and she is a very picky eater. We thought this was very nice for the hotel to do. Made us feel at home. The view was awesome, We were on the 11th floor and you could look out over the city. At night with the lights was also pretty cool. The food was awesome, We ate dinner in the hotel and food was So Good, I would recommend it if you stay here. Breakfast had bacon and eggs and meats, cheeses, rolls and so much more. The service was also great. We also thought the location was great because they had a nice park right next to the hotel to walk with the dog. We also got lucky with free street parking right in front of the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuLeider war nicht bei der Buchung zu erkennen, dass die Unterkunft nicht gehbehindert ausgerichtet war. In der Remise gab es keinen Fahrstuhl , sodass wir die frühzeitig abreisen mussten. Für ältere Menschen mit Gehbehinderung ist dieses Hotel nicht geeignet. Der Speisesaal wäre auch zu eng. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Sie sagten auf Ihrer Hotelseite wird es ausdrücklich darauf hinweisen. Bitte machen sie es auch. Es ist sehr schade, dass ich meiner Mutter keinen schönen Aufenthalt geben könnte. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

PPengguna Tanpa NamaDie Unterkunft befindet sich im Stadtzentrum, daher ist mit einer gewissen Geräuschkulisse zu rechnen. Wenn etwas fehlt, z.B. Geschirrtücher, Handtücher oder auch Toilettenpapier, kann man diese selbstständig im Waschraum abholen. Alle Türen werden über die Hotel App bedient, weshalb eine Freischaltung manchmal etwas dauern kann. Zimmerausstattung und Sauberkeit waren in Ordnung und die Möglichkeiten der kleinen Einbauküche (Geschirr, Mikrowelle, Kochfeld, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine) ausreichend.

PPengguna TetamuHousekeeping For the entire duration of our stay housekeeping failed to complete the task of making our bed, as the decorative pillows were carelessly left on the floor. The bins were only emptied once, on the second day, by the receptionist. The same goes for the cups - we only had clean ones after the first day when the receptionist provided fresh ones. The two cups left on the tray were not washed on the second day, and none of the four cups were properly cleaned on the third day. They had visible rings and the tea spoons were sticky. The replenishment of tea, sugar, etc., was also done solely by the receptionist. Bar The bartender appeared more focused on lounging on the sofa, facing away from potential customers, watching movies on the large screen television with the volume turned up high, rather than being positioned behind the bar ready to assist patrons. During our initial visit, we had to signal for his attention by moving a barstool. The following night, he was once again seated on the sofa engrossed in the loud television. We decided not to attempt to get his attention and simply departed. On the third evening, there was no bar staff present, so we retrieved bottled drinks from the secured fridge near the reception area. After leaving the empty bottles on a coffee table in the lounge, we proceeded upstairs to freshen up. Upon returning 1½ hours later and then again 4 hours later, the bottles remained untouched on the table. Beware: a bottle of water is €5.50! A total rip off! They refused to give me tap water. Summary To be honest, this level of service falls below my expectations for a one or two star hotel, so it is definitely not something I would anticipate from a hotel that boasts a four star rating.

PPengguna TetamuWe visited Kassel as part of a two week Bavarian road trip. The hotel was reasonably priced and in a fair location around 10-15 mins walk from the closest bars and restaurants. It’s also within easy walking distance of Grimm Welt but you’ll want a tram to the Schloss if you’re site seeing. The hotel itself is older than others we stayed in during our trip and the lobby and reception area have real classic charm about them. The rooms are well sized and clean, although could use updating as the decor and fixtures are a little tired in places. Overall the room was spacious and comfortable and the shower was great. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, speak superb English and were very patient with our limited German. Parking is available immediately outside the hotel for just €3 and under cover for €6.50 a night. A decent breakfast can also be booked for €12.50pp. The hotel has a great vibe and is a solid and good value choice if staying in Kassel. We would stay again if returning to the area.

IIslam SWe were extremely surprised by how the hotel and room were comfortable . The receptionist welcomed us at 1:00 am with a big smile . The rooms were spacious , two queen beds and a cot, all what we needed as a family. The beds were comfortable and everything was immaculately clean . The bathroom again very clean . The best part was the breakfast . A wide variety of cheese , cereal and amazing pancakes. Everything in breakfast was well presented and again very clean . The waitress during the breakfast was just lovely and very reassuring since we were overwhelmed by our kids making a big mess . I give this hotel a 5 as it has all what we needed and more than we expected. As my oldest son said “ This hotel is amazing” . Parking is for a fee if 8 euros which is acceptable . Maybe during off seasons it could be for free unless it’s owned by a private company then it’s understandable. We will come again 100%

NNatascha SDas Hotel ist in 5 min zu Fuss Vom Bahnhof aus zu erreichen. Check in war schnell erledigt, jedoch hatte der Mitarbeiter irgendwie keine Lust auf Gäste, und ließ daran auch keinen Zweifel. Das hätte auch jeder unaufmerksamere Gast gespürt. Wir nehmen an, daß wir diesen ”richtig wichtigen Menschen” arg gestört haben. Kleiner Tipp: beim Herablassend sein leiser sprechen, so daß die Gäste es nicht auch noch hören müssen und erst umdrehen und dann den Mund verziehen- nicht andersherum. Das Hotel ist, wie schon viele Leute geschrieben haben, arg renovierungsbedürftig und schon bissi düster und auch muffig. Im Bad gab's leider auch Schimmel und orangene Kalkablagerungen rund um die Armaturen an der Wanne , und Wollmäuse hinter den Vorhängen( was uns nur auffiel,weil wir die Steckdose dahinter benutzen wollten, die leider kaputt war. Seufz. Aber: das Bett war sehr gross und glatt und weiß und sauber und schön kühl! So wünscht man sich das Mitte Juli! Es war superleise im Haus! Man konnte Prima schlafen. Auch das Frühstück war klasse- es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Also wenn man es herunterbricht -was will man im Hotel? Gut essen und gut schlafen. Fertig. Das gab es ja auch. Aber wenn sich irgendwann demnächst trotz der schweren Zeiten eine Möglichkeit bietet zu renovieren oder auch mehr Personal einzustellen , sollte das getan werden. Ich fahre nur 1x im Jahr auf eine solche Städtereise und daher ist mir eine gute Qualität wichtig. Ich werde deshalb beim nächsten Mal woanders absteigen. Danke schön noch an die nette Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption, die uns mit einem top- Freizeit-tip mit Anweisung zu bus und Tramverbindungen auf Papier einen tollen Tag beschert hat! Super war auch das Hotel-ticket das zur Mitfahrt in allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln berechtigt, daß macht vieles einfacher!
