"Tuvimos una estancia realmente maravillosa en el Gran Meliá Hotel Torre Melina. El personal fue increíblemente amable, atento y muy profesional, justo lo que se espera de un hotel de primera categoría. Su servicio marcó la diferencia y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos desde el primer momento.
El hotel en sí es impresionante: elegante, con un diseño precioso y equipado con comodidades excepcionales. Cada detalle fue impecable, desde las habitaciones hasta las zonas comunes y el ambiente general de lujo refinado.
Sin embargo, a pesar de la gran variedad de opciones, el desayuno no nos impresionó. Muchos platos estaban demasiado salados — el chef debería prestar más atención a este aspecto. Es un detalle pequeño, pero perceptible, en una experiencia por lo demás excelente.
Ya estamos deseando volver y recomendamos este hotel sin dudar a cualquiera que visite Barcelona. ¡Estarán en excelentes manos!"

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the environment is great, and the service was outstanding. A special thanks to a handsome Spanish staff member at the front desk who has visited Guangzhou, Kunming, Shanghai, and Beijing before. He was very patient and friendly, communication was smooth, and he kindly recommended many great places to visit in Barcelona. His help made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

TT/RThe Monument Hotel in Barcelona is an exceptional accommodation that seamlessly blends historic architecture with modern amenities. This was our second stay at this beautiful property, and I was once again blown away by the level of hospitality and attention to detail.
The hotel's location is perfect, allowing you to easily walk to all the top attractions, restaurants, and wine bars in the city. The concierge, Xavi, is a true gem. He listened intently to our personal preferences and provided fantastic recommendations, including a wonderful nail salon when I was in need of a manicure. Xavi's restaurant and wine bar suggestions were spot on - we enjoyed some of the best local cuisine and wine during our stay, and have saved those recommendations for future visits. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful historic facade complemented by modern, well-appointed guest rooms and common areas. The amenities are top-notch, ensuring a safe, comfortable and convenient stay. From the luxurious bedding to the high-end toiletries, every aspect of the guest experience is carefully considered.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona, whether it's your first or fifth time in the city. We look forward to returning again soon.

PPengguna TetamuAs a designer of hotel interiors who spends most of my life staying in hotels, I’ve experienced my fair share of accommodations, and this one certainly had room for improvement.
It’s hard to believe that, in this day and age, getting a simple cup of coffee for breakfast can be so difficult. I was told I could only enter the restaurant if I was having breakfast, but when I explained that I don’t eat breakfast and just wanted to sit, catch up on emails, and have a coffee, I was told no and offered a takeaway paper cup instead, like some sort of sub par citzen, not worthy of a seat at the table unless I was willing to eat there. I was told I could have gone to the empty hotel bar and sat in an armchair, hunched over my laptop, waiting until the bar opened at 9 am.
I complained to the front desk staff, who listened attentively to my experience, but mid-sentence, they walked off to assist a guest with a faulty key card. So, not only was I desperate for coffee, but I also felt completely invisible.
On top of that, the hairdryer stopped working almost immediately, and the gym was small and poorly lit.
That said, there were some positives. The wardrobe had plenty of hangers (which is a personal pet peeve of mine, so I’m grateful for that).
However, the window cutout was a real disappointment. Instead of a beautiful, wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling window that would have made the most of the view, we got a strange, aggressive-looking cut-out that blocked the view and didn’t align with the room’s style at all. Choose a room away from the lifts as they are noisy and busy.
Overall, there’s potential here, but improvements are definitely needed. Certainly not what I expected from a 4 star Marriot brand.

PPengguna TetamuThis villa was just awesome to chill and relax at for a couple of days. Bali is so convenient now with GOJEK. We had a breakfast plan. While the villa is catered more for locals and the breakfast spread was just ok, the price we paid for this villa was so worth it. We lounged by the pool, napped, went for spas (which were super affordable!) and GOJEK food in for dinner. It was also pretty near the airport, and anywhere else, you could just access via booking a car.

Все остальное,а особенно расположение-прекрасно! Очень симпатичный испанский ресторан, который дружелюбно встретил и в 22.00😇

AArthur C W TsangThe hotel is located in the Business Ceter and next to the Shopping Mall. This district is quite safe. It is convenient to take bus to go to City Center just for 15-20 minutes.
Room has just City view. The size is not small and we can open 2 pieces of large luggages (29”). Breakfast is highly recommended in respect of the provision of many food varieties even though it is a continental breakfast.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaVery nice hotel. All the staff are very attentive. Best buffet breakfast around. They have personalised egg station which seems to be rarer these days, and have lots of cold and hot food options. Also lots of gluten free options. They also serve curry chicken on the breakfast menu and it was AMAZING. Very good refreshing additional varied option to go with salads etc compared to typical eggs and bacon.
This is the second time we came back to this hotel, and the experience is consistently good.
On our second stay the only issue we had was with the AC. Everything was working fine but on our third and last day, the AC had switched over to become a heater (no change in the room controls), so ended up in a sweat and had to open the windows. Noticed that they have switched the rooms to all run on heater for the autumn as the city transition to the colder conditions. Would be great if the ac / heater option can be personalised in rooms.

GGhosty 666I had a really good stay at the SB Diagonal. The hotel’s location made the trip – it’s in a great area with easy access to the city centre, so getting around Barcelona was simple. The room and overall feel of the place were spot on, clean and comfortable throughout.
The food and bar weren’t the strongest part of the stay, but everything else more than made up for it. The staff were friendly, the hotel was well kept, and it was a great base for exploring the city. I’d happily stay here again!

PPengguna TetamuRecently stayed at this hotel and i can gladly say i have loved it and it is a very aesthetically pleasing hotel. Staff are very nice and welcoming. Location is not city centre but it is about 15-20 min out depending on where you go, i used uber to go everywhere and this cost about 10€ - 20€. I was disappointed because two days before my trip i was made aware that i had to pay a 400€ deposit or a 800€ deposit which was also made unclear on their website. I wish they had made this more clear. To make this clear for everyone else , it is 100€ per night with a credit card and 200€ per night with debit card. At the end of the stay we still had to pay for a 40€ city tax. Considering we already payed alot for this hotel, having to pay a high amount of deposit is ridiculous.
They do have a spa, but not included with the hotel so you have to pay an extra 40€ which i also thought it was quite upsetting. Everything else was great and very nicely equipped with everything we needed.

However, compared to other 5-star hotels, this hotel has a very small lobby and crude elevators that don’t match a 5-star rating. Hardware-wise, it’s probably 4-star at best.
Service - Concierge staff was polite upon check in, but the display of hospitality stopped there. Thereafter, door men at the gate didn’t greet or even acknowledge guests upon leaving or returning to the hotel. Considering the hotel lobby was so small that guests literally passed by in front of them, it came across as quite indifferent and awkward.
Amenities - There were intermittent sounds of water dripping onto a metal surface in my room during my stay. My guess is the air con system had some flaws. I asked the concierge to send people to check when I was outside (which they did), but there was no follow up afterwards and the dripping sound remained the second night. Besides, the staff who entered my room for checking took away my room card from the electricity holder, which should have never been allowed for safety considerations because the room card was registered under my name and no other person should have it during my stay.
