"This was my second stay in the hotel. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, David treated us fantastically and gave us two great rooms in a high floor facing the sea and Montjuic mount, where luckily that same night there were fireworks. The rooms were big and very original, the same unique feeling as the whole building that you cannot find in too many hotels.
The roof top bar and swimming pool are excellent to chill and admire the beauty of the city. The gym is a bit compact but enough for a workout, and it has a small indoor pool to relax.
But the breakfast was for me the highlight. The service was impeccable, preparing coffee for you on demand, and the variety of fruits, cold cuts and different dishes was so good that our breakfast lasted close to one hour.
I will go again for sure!"

The room is clean and comfortable . They have tea, coffee capsule, and water, but the mini bar in the fridge need to be paid. The room was not very species after opening the silver bat, but it’s pretty enough for three people. They’re not much window view for our room. The handle of shower head was worn out and the metal wrapping just sticks out and can cut your hand. 
When we checked in our room, they prepared a little surprise for my parents, a bottle of champagne, snacks, and a thank you card. The staff locked on our door and give us the surprise which was very sweet and lovely.  this memory will make me to book the same hotel again.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the lobby deserves special attention for its elegance and atmosphere. The staff were highly professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The restaurant at the hotel was simply outstanding, with every dish prepared to perfection. Special compliments to the chef for such an amazing culinary experience. We will definitely return again.

Joe the world citizenThe hotel is next door to Razzmatazz. It is normally quiet, but quite a crazy place during Friday and Saturday nights. It is about 30 min walking from the port, La Sagrada Família, and La Rambla. There are many restaurants in the walking distance. The hotel gives good services like free spa, it is quite old. My shower was not completely sealed and there was leaking to the outside. Overall, it is a pleasant stay.

YakiTurtleGreat location (close to cruise port and restaurants) and service. Clean room and nice shower except for some peeling on the ceiling. Wifi is good in the lobby but inconsistent in the room. Comfortable bed and quiet room.

The check in experience was so horrible. After I presented my passport to the receptionists (3 guys) in hotel front desk, they kept requesting me to show the boarding pass of my cancelled flight. If i could not show it, they don’t allow me to check in. I argued with them why I have to show my boarding pass and how can I have boarding pass if my flight is cancelled. They insisted I have to show, otherwise I could not check in. Their attitudes were so rude and I spent almost 40 min to show all documents I have on-hand, then they gave me my room key. The room assigned to me is not so comfortable because it is on ground floor without window facing outside streets. I don’t think it is tourist friendly at all.

Recently stayed at this hotel and i can gladly say i have loved it and it is a very aesthetically pleasing hotel. Staff are very nice and welcoming. Location is not city centre but it is about 15-20 min out depending on where you go, i used uber to go everywhere and this cost about 10€ - 20€. I was disappointed because two days before my trip i was made aware that i had to pay a 400€ deposit or a 800€ deposit which was also made unclear on their website. I wish they had made this more clear. To make this clear for everyone else , it is 100€ per night with a credit card and 200€ per night with debit card. At the end of the stay we still had to pay for a 40€ city tax. Considering we already payed alot for this hotel, having to pay a high amount of deposit is ridiculous.
They do have a spa, but not included with the hotel so you have to pay an extra 40€ which i also thought it was quite upsetting. Everything else was great and very nicely equipped with everything we needed.

Guy DZI recently stayed here from May 29 to June 1 and had a deeply disappointing experience.
First and foremost, there was ceaseless, disruptive noise inside our room due to construction work taking place right outside. When we brought this to the front desk's attention, the receptionist's response was completely unacceptable. We were dismissively told, ”That’s just how it is in Barcelona.” This kind of excuse is entirely unreasonable and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the hotel's amenities and services were subpar:
Poor Breakfast: The breakfast selection was extremely poor and lacked variety. Definitively not worth it.
Pool Restrictions: We were shocked to find out that guests are restricted to only two hours on the pool sunbeds! Limiting relaxation time like this is ridiculous.
No Pool Service: Furthermore, absolutely nothing is served at the pool bar until 13:00, leaving you without any service during the morning hours.
We expected a high standard of hospitality, but instead, our stay was severely disrupted. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a relaxing vacation.

The hotel is in a great area close to the city centre and shopping Square and also close to the Metro and bus lines. The staff are very nice and amenities are good. As a female solo traveller I felt very safe in this hotel especially because it’s a LGBTQ+ but hetero friendly hotel. The beds are comfortable just be aware that the shower is see-through so if you’re sharing you will likely see the person taking a shower. The pool was also very nice for chilling in after a very long day of exploring. Just be careful of removing anything in the minibar. I removed some of the things and placed them on the table because I wanted to use the fridge to put my food and drinks that I bought myself . I unfortunately almost got charged for the things that I removed from the mini bar fridge even though I hadn’t consumed them. I did however explain to the receptionist that I returned all the drinks in the mini bar as I hadn’t consumed them.Overall I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
