這個酒店有褒有貶吧，好的部分： 1/ 地理位置優越，樓下奢牌林立，米拉之家，卡特羅之家近在咫尺。 2/前台，餐廳，行李生服務都熱情有禮，笑容可掬。 3/ 早餐食材OK，出品也可以。 4/ 房間mini bar 軟飲免費。 不足之處： -房間其實是板間簡易空間，隔音一般，樓道的聲音聽得一清二楚。 - 客房部工作不仔細，沖涼液已空瓶，也沒發現，需提醒，一次性拖鞋也衹是第一天提供。 - 房間電話無標識，不知道打什麼號碼聯繫服務員。

Our stay at the Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona was truly a highlight of our time in Spain. While the hotel is stunning, the level of care we received made all the difference. Sofia, the Guest Relations Manager, was not only incredibly friendly but also genuinely helpful and proactive throughout our visit. The outstanding attention and the service we received, largely thanks to Sofia and her team, led us to happily extend our stay in Barcelona. This level of personal care is rare and truly reflects a 5-star standard. Thank you, Majestic, and especially Sofia, for an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is next door to Razzmatazz. It is normally quiet, but quite a crazy place during Friday and Saturday nights. It is about 30 min walking from the port, La Sagrada Família, and La Rambla. There are many restaurants in the walking distance. The hotel gives good services like free spa, it is quite old. My shower was not completely sealed and there was leaking to the outside. Overall, it is a pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a great area close to the city centre and shopping Square and also close to the Metro and bus lines. The staff are very nice and amenities are good. As a female solo traveller I felt very safe in this hotel especially because it’s a LGBTQ+ but hetero friendly hotel. The beds are comfortable just be aware that the shower is see-through so if you’re sharing you will likely see the person taking a shower. The pool was also very nice for chilling in after a very long day of exploring. Just be careful of removing anything in the minibar. I removed some of the things and placed them on the table because I wanted to use the fridge to put my food and drinks that I bought myself . I unfortunately almost got charged for the things that I removed from the mini bar fridge even though I hadn’t consumed them. I did however explain to the receptionist that I returned all the drinks in the mini bar as I hadn’t consumed them.Overall I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and clean hotel with a nice pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is quieter and more local, which we enjoyed. A good base for a family stay.

The check in experience was so horrible. After I presented my passport to the receptionists (3 guys) in hotel front desk, they kept requesting me to show the boarding pass of my cancelled flight. If i could not show it, they don’t allow me to check in. I argued with them why I have to show my boarding pass and how can I have boarding pass if my flight is cancelled. They insisted I have to show, otherwise I could not check in. Their attitudes were so rude and I spent almost 40 min to show all documents I have on-hand, then they gave me my room key. The room assigned to me is not so comfortable because it is on ground floor without window facing outside streets. I don’t think it is tourist friendly at all.

Recently stayed at this hotel and i can gladly say i have loved it and it is a very aesthetically pleasing hotel. Staff are very nice and welcoming. Location is not city centre but it is about 15-20 min out depending on where you go, i used uber to go everywhere and this cost about 10€ - 20€. I was disappointed because two days before my trip i was made aware that i had to pay a 400€ deposit or a 800€ deposit which was also made unclear on their website. I wish they had made this more clear. To make this clear for everyone else , it is 100€ per night with a credit card and 200€ per night with debit card. At the end of the stay we still had to pay for a 40€ city tax. Considering we already payed alot for this hotel, having to pay a high amount of deposit is ridiculous. They do have a spa, but not included with the hotel so you have to pay an extra 40€ which i also thought it was quite upsetting. Everything else was great and very nicely equipped with everything we needed.

Великолепный персонал гостиницы.Очень отзывчивые и дружелюбные работники! Всегда готовы помочь: с такси, с рекомендациями,с бронированием билетов. Очень хорошие завтраки, встречают и провожают. Единственный момент,о котором могу сказать-это кондиционер в номере,я не смогла с ним подружиться и мне было холодно,спас халат😁😅 Все остальное,а особенно расположение-прекрасно! Очень симпатичный испанский ресторан, который дружелюбно встретил и в 22.00😇

Расположение отеля просто потрясающее. До главных достопримечательностей города от 5 до 30 минут ходьбы. Завтраки очень вкусные, свежейшие круассаны. Приятно, что на ресепшене всегда подскажут и помогут. С удовольствием вернусь в этот отель ещё раз!
