Hotel Kos dengan Spa

My rating is 10 out of 10. Food was very very delicious and fresh, room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities were really great, several pools one next to the beach was very long along the shore. Two simultaneous activities every evening one at the bar, one at the amphitheater. We definitely recommend to stay.

Отличный отель в городе Кос. Вкусные завтраки меню + шведский стол (фрукты, красная рыба, шампанское, апельсиновый фреш). На пляже всегда есть свободные лежаки. Персонал отеля приветливый. Если хочется вечером погулять в городе, то до кафе ресторанов около 20 мин пешком. Пляж по пояс примерно 100 метров от берега, поэтому если хочется поплавать на глубине придется пройти в воде.

Great room only advice would be is please don’t upgrade the room if the person is not able to keep it at an extra cost as we had to move with 1 day left.

he best hotel in Kos; although there are many old buildings on the island, this hotel opened this year, so it is very new. I would like to thank all the staff, and especially the hotel manager, very much; they truly made me feel safe, clean, and at peace. I will visit again.

Booked a standard graden room, turned out to be a catastrophe: fridge in the mini bar humming so loud one could barely sleep, road directly in front of the room with loud vehicles passing and uncomfortable bed) - slept less than 4hours first night. Then were given the option to move to another standard room which did not have a loud road but for whatever reason had same issue with the fridge. After complaining again were upgraded to better room which was nice (bed nevertheless not comfortable). Lost 2 out of 4 nights to terrible rooms. Overall cannot recommend hotel. If you want to stay make sure only to book higher categories - standard room is absolutely not acceptable - a shame for a supposedly 5* hotel. Other negative aspects: breakfast only okish, food and the restaurant very very mediocre at truly elevated prices & outrageous wine pricing (60€ retail wine sold for 370€..) with no decent drinkable cheaper wines On the positive sides: very nice beach, good service at the beach, nice/cool interior design.

Loved everything about the Akti Palace (room, staff, food, cleanliness), except the sunbeds. They were far too low and difficult to get on and off and very uncomfortable (no cushions and metal framed made it extremely hard, to lie on, for any length of time).

The location is walkable to KOS town (15 mins walk). The room was so clean. Staff were friendly and very supportive. We enjoyed staying here.

Everything was perfect  If i will go back to Kos Island again, i would choose this hotel agin for sure. Strongly recommended

Reception and foyer is lovely and welcoming but the rooms are outdated and definitely not 4/5 star.  The bathrooms are poorly designed where the water just seeps onto the floor flooding it making it. Food is okay not good choices for vegetarians.

Struttura accogliente gestita da uno staff nuovo e giovane. La responsabile è una persona molto gentile ed accogliente, ci siamo trovati veramente bene, consiglio!
