Hotel ini terletak dengan baik, 20 minit memandu dari pusat bandar, dengan kemudahan dalaman yang lengkap dan padang golf, sesuai untuk keluarga dan pasangan. Sarapan pagi mempunyai perisa antarabangsa dan beberapa perisa Indonesia, tetapi ia adalah biasa-biasa saja.

Stayed at Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment during my family trip to Batam, and overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. This place is suitable for travelers who prefer a quieter and more relaxing environment instead of staying right in the busy city center. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff service. The team was very friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever needed. I would especially like to mention a staff member named Berkat, who truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and ensure that our stay was comfortable. His helpful attitude and dedication made a very positive impression on us and added warmth to the overall experience. The environment of the residence is peaceful and relaxing. Unlike hotels located in crowded tourist areas, this property offers a calmer atmosphere that feels more suitable for families or travelers who simply want to rest and unwind. The surroundings are quiet, and the overall ambiance is comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room tidy, and the facilities provided were sufficient for a family stay. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment-style setup gave a more homely feeling compared to a standard hotel room. One thing to take note of is the location. The residence is located quite far from Batam’s main city or town area, roughly around 20 minutes away depending on traffic. This means you may need extra planning if you intend to travel frequently into town for shopping or dining. Fortunately, the property provides a scheduled shuttle bus service, which is very helpful. However, guests will need to follow the shuttle timing strictly, as it operates based on a fixed schedule. Overall, Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent hospitality from the staff. While the location may not be the most convenient for those wanting quick access to the city, it is still a good choice for families or travelers looking for a peaceful accommodation experience in Batam.

Mereka sebenarnya kelihatan benar-benar gembira berada di sana dan mengalu-alukan anda. Sehingga Jun 2026, MAXONE Batam menawarkan bilik-bilik yang paling bersih dan terjaga dengan baik di seluruh Kepulauan Riau. Tidak syak lagi. Satu-satunya hotel yang mampu menandingi kebersihan yang obsesif ialah jiran mereka yang bertaraf 4 bintang di sebelahnya! Terdapat hotel 5 bintang baharu di pulau itu di mana tahap penyelenggaraannya tidak memenuhi piawaian yang ditetapkan oleh MAXONE Batam. Amat disyorkan untuk pelancong percutian yang TIDAK memerlukan kolam renang, gim atau sarapan pagi termasuk dalam harga. Apa yang anda akan dapat ialah rasa kemewahan dan komitmen terhadap kualiti dan kecemerlangan perkhidmatan. Tidak disyorkan untuk penginapan yang lebih lama dan pelancong perniagaan kerana kestabilan WiFi yang lemah dan kekurangan ruang kerja / permukaan kerja di dalam bilik, yang kecil dan sempit mengikut piawaian Indonesia.

Kakitangan sangat mesra. Mereka memberi kami bilik bersambung walaupun kami hanya menempah bilik biasa. Hotel ini agak lama, dan beberapa kemudahan sudah usang. Tetapi secara keseluruhan masih bagus untuk titik harga ini. Lokasi juga bagus. Berjalan terus keluar dan anda boleh menemui banyak restoran.

Hotel ni memang yang paling saya suka, sangat murah dan berbaloi, siap ada sarapan sekali. Sarapan pun sedap dan lazat, persekitaran pun cantik. Bilik ada tab mandi tapi agak lama dan agak berumur, tapi masih bersih. Katil pun selesa. Sesuai untuk kanak-kanak dan dewasa. Datang ke Batam ni memang perjalanan yang sangat sempurna.

This is a pleasant hotel located near Harbour Bay, although it is not within comfortable walking distance. The food and service were both very good. A special mention goes to the chef preparing the fried noodles—they were outstanding, and I would happily return just to enjoy that dish again. The guest room was comfortable, but the furniture showed noticeable signs of wear and would benefit from refurbishment or replacement. The swimming pool access felt a little unusual, as the entrance is located next to the restaurant, while the changing rooms are quite a distance away, making it less convenient for guests. The gym is spacious, which is a great feature. However, many of the machines were out of order, so maintaining or replacing the equipment would significantly improve the fitness facilities.

WOW!!! Stayed as a solo traveller for 3 nights in a superior room and it was amazing!!! Room was fine, amenities were okay, view was great and it was sooo peaceful. The beach was quiet and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Grab/Gojek were also easily accessible, although a little far and abit dark to drive in when it’s at night, trust your driver and the security there. Definitely recommended to the solo girlies who just need some alone time, this is the place! beach vibes all the way☀️❤️⛱️

Sarapan boleh menjadi lebih baik dengan lebih banyak jenis. Makanan yang baik walaupun. Kakitangan boleh dilatih dengan lebih baik. Saya mempunyai beberapa masalah untuk menyewa pelampung kanak-kanak. Tetapi, kakitangan yang ramah. Ia boleh berjalan kaki ke kedai dan kafe berdekatan. Berhati-hati pada waktu malam kerana jalannya agak gelap. Menyediakan tuala kolam boleh membantu. Sila kekalkan perabot dan fasad kerana kita dapat melihat bahawa ia semakin tua dan berkarat. Ia akan menjadi lebih teruk pada masa hadapan jika tidak dikekalkan. Nikmati kedamaian n ketenangan. Tetapi kelab berdekatan boleh menjadi terlalu bising pada waktu malam sehingga 2 pagi. Saya melihat seekor ular kecil di bawah salah satu vila. Jadi berhati-hati sahaja. Ia adalah tempat alam semula jadi.

Is very best hotel for stay But the security guard is not friendly he treat me like **** because I use motorcycle go there whit my husband actually I'm borrowing my friend motorbike coz I want to have fun use motorcycle at Indonesia there I feel bored using car please tell to the security to treat everyone thank you

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Batam from check-in until check-out. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. The generous living space made our stay even more comfortable. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a sink and a microwave to the unit, which would make it even more convenient for longer stays. 😅 The facilities are truly superb. The swimming pools are large and perfect for both adults and children. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a great place to unwind and recharge. Families will especially appreciate the kids’ game area and leisure room, which provide plenty of entertainment options. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious accommodation, and outstanding facilities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return in the future.
