Luar Biasa
JJjgardinerThis is a really fine homestay hotel. It’s very new and well-designed. There’s a small pool on the roof that offers a great view of the beach while you cool off. There’s an elevator for those of us who can’t handle stairs as well as we once could. The owner and staff are super friendly. Complimentary breakfast was eaten with other guests and usually the owner. A very family-like atmosphere.

PPengguna TetamuLocation was nice and the view is great. But all the amenities are run down. We opted for a massage which was done in a room with mosquitoes and asked for a mousquito repelent and bever came until massage finished. Wouldnt recommend the massage at all as the massage was not great either. Would say it was overpriced for a property withbare minimum amenities.

PPengguna TetamuI had a great experience at the hotel. The interior of the rooms are quite intriguing with antique design and comfortable bed and enough space to play around with kids. Most suitable for family stay. The architecture of the whole place is impressive and all the detailing on the decorations, even the bookshelf, bed, lamps, vase. All of them are so good that i wanted to ask them where they bought all the decoratives from. The pool was pretty clean. But wished there were swim rings for kids as well. And also there isn't any parking space inside the compound but the vehicles can be parked outside where they've made space. Well behaved and friendly staffs there wasn't anything to complain about.

PPengguna TetamuMy stay at my trip house boat was average only. There are three drawbacks. 1. Package was expensive but they turned on the ac only from 9pm to 6am. 2. Food was not good(bf, lunch and dinner)
3. The door lock was not working well both in main door as well as bathroom.
6.4/10
PPengguna TetamuFirst off, the booking was done for alleppey ride but they sent us kumarakkom location for boarding where there is not a lot of sites to visit. Ride time mentioned by them is 4 hours in the day and 1 hour the next morning but they took us 3 hours and 30 minutes in total. The food served is not the same as what is mentioned in the menu for evening snacks, dinner and breakfast. The on-call service was good. Service boys were polite.
