Hotel Abuta District dengan Spa

Muwa is a stylish and professional young hotel with an edgy yet luxurious design. Hito’s food is amazing from breakfast to dinner. It was one of the most delicious meals we’ve ever had in Japan. The flavours are perfectly balanced and the pork is tender and not oily at all. What really stood out was the attentive service. The lady and manager who served us dinner were incredibly thoughtful and genuinely cared about our experience. We especially wanted to thank Ran and Dylan for their warm hospitality. They made us feel right at home and prepared a birthday fruit platter and wine for my special day. The room was very new and spotlessly clean. We had a great night’s sleep and thoroughly enjoyed the onsen. The body wash and shampoo were from Aesop, which added to the luxurious feel. We’ll definitely be returning to this high-quality and customer-centric hotel in the future.

This is one of the best you can get in Niseko, Hirafu area. It has a ski in ski out gondola very near to it, and another Ace Gondola which is about 2-3mins walk from the main entrance of Sansui. Besides location, the service provided is exceptional. The staffs were great, driver service provided on a first come first serve basis, there is Onsen facilities and the buffet breakfast was amazing too. There's also a good omakase restaurant in it. Room was definitely very well sized and properly furnished with amazing views during winter and not to mention the cleanliness is amazing. Overall, 5 star experience stay there. Definitely going back again

Wonderful ski in/ski out location. Lovely family accommodation with everything you need. Close to convenience store and restaurants. Sunday was extremely helpful and transported us to the local train station at the end of our stay. Gustav was very helpful via email but the resort was uncontactable on arrival to arrange hotel transfer from the bus drop-off (reception phone switched to after hours message). Also could not get a taxi (none available on the app) so had to walk up the hill dragging luggage. That was our only complaint.

Our group of four occupied a single room to facilitate conversation. While the room was somewhat compact for four beds, the breakfast offered was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The counter staff were proficient in English, and the hotel provided English television programming, unlike other establishments. The staff consistently demonstrated courtesy and friendliness, and were highly capable of addressing our inquiries.

The service was exceptional from start to finish — every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. The Reserve Story Dinner was outstanding, which was a highlight of the trip. The view was simply unbeatable. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery each day made the experience even more special. The onsen facilities were excellent as well — clean, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind while taking in the beautiful surroundings. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we have had.

It’s was a wonderful time visiting Rusutsu. The Westin Hotel was a great accommodation for short, medium, and long vacations. Fortunately, staffs were professional and they always had service mind. I got helped from one staff changed a wrong ski-pass to a new correct one. I stayed only for 3 days and felt so comfy. Thank you.

首次在二世谷的旅行超棒，在The Vale酒店的三天頗為難忘。辦理入住非常順利，完全沒有糟心的等待，套房的房間佈局、設施設備與預期相符，適合家庭長住。性價比在同區域酒店裡相當能打。不過酒店房間窗簾的遮光效果不太好，早上容易被光線叫醒，希望酒店可以改進一下。 酒店位置絕佳，滑完雪能直接從雪道回到酒店。出行方面，酒店shuttle隨叫隨到，超貼心。前台的Jessica Tan是中國人，不僅温柔漂亮，服務還特別熱情。幫我順利退房，住店的時候也積極幫我爭取各種權益，回程的車也是她幫忙訂的，每個環節都考慮的細緻入微，讓人倍感安心。 總體來説，瑕不掩瑜，下次來二世谷滑雪，大概率還是會選這裏 。
