GGuest UserThe hotel includes breakfast and dinner. The service and ceremony are the best in the hotel I have stayed in for so many years. I have prepared a lot of activities, including the meal link. The ceremony is also full. The only pity is that there is no shuttle bus between multiple venues.

MM440722****This is a fairly traditional Japanese hotel with very attentive service; my girlfriend even felt a little uncomfortable.
The tatami rooms were quite comfortable. This time, we stayed in an east-facing room with a distant view of the sea, and we could see the sunrise over the ocean every morning.
The deluxe dinner was excellent value for money; it was the best meal we had during our trip to Japan. The variety of dishes was abundant and the taste was delicious. Although each dish didn't look like much, it was enough to fill us up.
The onsen (hot spring) was standard. The two styles of baths are switched daily between men's and women's baths. Having not been to many onsen, I can't really comment on it. The private bath was indoors, which wasn't quite as impressive as the open-air private baths I've been to in Hakone. The lounge on the third floor was quite nice, with massage services and manga. Overall, it was a good experience.
If you're planning a trip to Izu, you might consider this place. There are buses from Ito Station to various attractions in Ito Kogen, which is quite convenient. You could even stay an extra day to relax in the onsen.

CCaobaogangThe hotel is not located near any public transportation. It is less than 10 minutes by taxi from Izu Kogen Station. We arrived at Izu Kogen Station around 11 am and called the hotel. The hotel replied that they could not pick us up and would send a car after 3 pm. We could only take a taxi to the hotel and then store our luggage. We would check in after 3 pm. We planned to go to Omuro Mountain first. The hotel staff said that they could not send a car to Omuro Mountain and asked us to walk to the nearest bus stop, which was said to be about 800 meters and about 10 minutes. However, we walked all the way uphill and it took us almost half an hour. We almost got heatstroke. Then we took the bus and arrived at Omuro Mountain in one stop. We returned to the hotel and took a taxi. We went back to the hotel to discuss check-out the next day because we had to catch a train at around 7 o'clock the next day. We asked if the hotel could send a car to take us at 6:30, but the answer was no. We asked the hotel to help book a taxi. At first, they said that they might not have one because it was too early and that they couldn't contact us... Later, the taxi company replied that they could have a car, which made us feel relieved. In summary, the hotel's shuttle bus only operates around 3 p.m., so if you need to catch an early or late bus, it's best to book a bus in advance. Also, the hotel staff's English proficiency is relatively low.

NNuonuokafeiFirst of all, I like Ctrip’s efficient service. The hotel does not have pick-up and drop-off service from Ito Station. If you have a suitcase, it is recommended to take a taxi for about 50 yuan. There are no scenic spots nearby and no sea view in the residential area. There is only a garden view that is generally neglected. Arrive at 2 o’clock. There was no reception at the door. Check-in started at 2:30. This hotel said check-in was at 3:00 and one person would check in. I was given a room first. I was shocked. I have stayed in ten rooms and never had a view. This one has no view at all, only the entire living room and bedroom. The window was half closed because there was no view. I immediately went downstairs and asked the hotel to change rooms. It was inconsistent with the order. The hotel said that there was no way. I immediately contacted Ctrip. I hope that the Ctrip guy can change it to a room with a large window. The view is still average, but I am very satisfied. The room is large and has an average size. There is also a strange Japanese-style sliding door that cannot be opened, which makes people think of bad service. And the food and beverage included in the restaurant is a bit lower than the average in the world. There are only two bottles of bulk water in the refrigerator for free. Other charges are not as good as the last time I stayed in Hoshino Kai Enshu Ito Kai. It is family-friendly and has a swimming pool with a cypress bubble. The other experience of the pool is very average. There are about a dozen rooms with half-windows and no view at all. It is completely meaningless to stay in such a room. There are very few rooms with a view shown on Ctrip. It is difficult to arrange for Hoshino World in Ito. The hotel is called Anzhen Express Hotel, which is the same but has a sea view. In short, the two areas in Ito are average. I used to make reservations frequently and was very disappointed last time. I only booked one this time and the experience was average.
