"I had originally planned to stay for two nights, but I needed to cancel my second night. The staff were very understanding and accommodating, which I really appreciated. The room was simple and functional. There was nothing particularly luxurious, but it had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious considering the size of the room. I also enjoyed the view from the room. Breakfast was good, and the hotel itself was very clean and well organized. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. Even when there was a language barrier, they made a genuine effort to communicate and help in any way they could. Their friendliness and professionalism made a very positive impression. Overall, this is a clean, practical hotel with excellent service, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable stay in Yangon."

He completely organized our sightseeing tour of the city and the trip to the Golden Rock! The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, including at reception, created a feeling of homey comfort and genuine hospitality. The service was top-notch: from the quick check-in to the smallest details, everything was thought out and organized with great professionalism. This stay opened up a special light to the city, and we know for sure that on our next trip to Yangon, we will definitely stay here."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When we arrived, the room was not clean at all. There was dust everywhere, and the bedsheet even had lipstick stains on it, which was unacceptable. Another issue was the pricing. Even though we are locals, we were still charged in USD, which made everything much more expensive. The hotel services are also overpriced. For example, the laundry service cost over 30 USD for only 12 clothes, which is unreasonable. Overall, the cleanliness, service quality, and pricing did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience."

Its hard to find some restaurants nearby - be prepared for taxi for any case. But they have 24h convenient store on first floor. And - its very strange for the hotel of this level - there was a situation with exec lounge. It was in my booking but they refuse to give me access: "It was an error in room description". Guys, its really not my trouble, right? I wasnt in the mood for hard negotiations, so... let carma decide ))) And they have no local shuttle bus (yes, there is an error on hotel site). Heh )))"

"Arrived at 2am in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't realise how big the hotel was when booked but didn't make a difference. Room was clean and spacious. Liked the fact that if you needed a taxi they used an uber type service which told them the price which they told you and then they told the driver. Always cheaper than the return trip. We were having trouble booking tables at restaurants and internal flights to Bagan, Mandlay and Isle Inlay. Concierge sorted it all out for us. Excellent service for us. So would definitely recommend. Ps the pool is great two !!!"
