Hotel Muscat dengan Spa

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Muscat and had a truly fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. A special mention goes to Gowtham from Room Service – he was incredibly courteous, prompt, and attentive to every detail. His professionalism and warm attitude really made a difference during my stay.At the hotel restaurant, I was equally impressed by the service. In breakfast Bhavesh and Kunal stood out with their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. They made every meal feel special with their attentiveness and helpful recommendations. We wanted to try restaurants but we were short of time .  The hotel itself is beautiful in amazing place – with stunning views, clean and spacious rooms, and great amenities. But it’s truly the people like Gowtham, Bhavesh and Kunal and other staff who make Crowne Plaza Muscat such a memorable place to stay. Highly recommended, and I look forward to coming back! I want to start off with that the hospitality at this hotel was the best I have ever received. From the beginning I was greeted by Daniela who recommended the best places for me to visit and ensured I had everything during my stay. The pool is amazing with so much space and again the service was incredible. There is so much to do at this hotel from the bars and the roofop bar/restaurant which offers soo many different options of things to do. I would recommend this 100% and I will be staying here the next time I visit!

Overall, nice place to stay. Loved the quirkiness deco of the hotel. Had a late afternoon flight, so was allowed extended check-out. A good variety for breakfast and helpful/attentive staff. It is not the high end of the Bonvoy experience, one would expect from the likes of JW Marriot and Ritz Carlton, however, I think couple of things could have been better thought. The bathroom layout is rather weird, with the tap knob found opposite to where the shower heads are, under the clothes/towel racks! Would have expected hairdryer in the rooms and face towel to wipe around the sink. Noticed a faint lingering toilet smell, even with constant flushing and hosing, maybe due to no extractor present. For a hotel brand that promotes environmental sustainability, I would not expect take away cups in the rooms! I would still recommend the hotel for short stays.

Very nice place to stay in, located in the center of Muscat and 20 minutes by car from the airport. We stayed in an executive suite, which is more than 70m2, with terrace. It was great. You have also a swimming pool on the last floor where you can swim and enjoy the view of Muscat

I had a truly wonderful experience during our stay. From the moment of arrival, the hospitality was warm, professional, and attentive. The room was impeccably maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, reflecting the high standards expected of a five-star property. The staff were courteous, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring guest comfort at every touchpoint. The dining experience was equally impressive, with a well-curated breakfast spread and excellent service. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing stay, and I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others seeking quality, comfort, and refined hospitality.

Some things in this hotel was good (for example, food and parking), but some things was not comfortable: 1. Shower cabin is not hermetic and bathroom’s floor was always wet 2. Light switches are situated randomly in the room and you can’t understand logic of their work. For example, you can turn off lights in bedroom from antechamber 3. Elevator card system working badly, it is hard to choose floor you need 4. Laundry is very expensive 5. Every time we asked in restaurant “absolutely not spicy food” it was spicy

From the moment I arrived at the Mandarin Oriental, Muscat, I knew I was in for something special. The level of service was absolutely exceptional — warm, attentive, and always professional. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and memorable. The hotel itself is spotless, with immaculate attention to detail in every corner. My room was beautifully designed, blending elegance with comfort, and the views were nothing short of breathtaking — overlooking the serene mountains and the city’s picturesque skyline. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with a rich variety of delicious options that catered to every palate. From fresh local delicacies to international favorites, everything was prepared to perfection. The facilities at the hotel were everything one could ask for in a luxury stay: a world-class spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, stunning pools, and several dining options that offered an exquisite culinary journey. Overall, it was a flawless experience that exceeded all expectations. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already looking forward to my next visit. I would absolutely love to return and stay for a few more nights — one visit simply isn’t enough.

Hotel location was great in the middle of everywhere. Furniture was well maintained beds were comfy. Swimming pool was small but my kids enjoyed it. The only disadvantage was staff. We only sow the lady for check in honestly she was polite but no welcoming no one to help with baggage no one in the reception most of the time. House keeping was horrible they don’t change linens even it was dirty and torn. I had to call them to change it. The carpet was wet and they didn’t do anything even they don’t clean tables. Price was reasonable for the location only and having connected rooms was great for my children.

Это мой второй визит в Маскат и выбор отеля был сделан под впечатлением от бассейна, длиной более 100м. Бассейн действительно шикарный! Поскольку август низкий сезон, гостей в отеле немного и вы можете плавать в бассейне в одиночестве, как будто это ваш личный бассейн! На самом деле, бассейна целых 3. Так что можно выбрать подходящий по своему вкусу. Возможно, плавание в Оманском заливе не произвело на меня особого впечатления. Скажем так, бывает море и получше. Но, с другой стороны, желающих плавать в море всегда такой небольшой процент отдыхающих, что большинству достаточно просто зайти, попрыгать в волнах и выйти. С точки зрения наслаждения от пребывания на пляже, здесь опыт 100% положительный. Сервис на пляже превосходный! Постоянно приносят воду со льдом с добавлением лимона и мяты, предлагают освежающие салфетки, угощают фруктами. Отель выполнен в традиционном арабском стиле и полностью соответствует представлениям о роскошном отдыхе. Тёмная палитра в интерьерах подчёркивает архитектуру и придаёт ощущение изысканности. Для гостей, которые бронируют виллы, предлагается банная линия Amouage. В номерах попроще - Асqua di Parma, что тоже неплохо! Что касается еды, то как по мне, - она обыкновенная, без затей. Я получила несомненное эстетическое удовольствие от пребывания в этом прекрасном месте, но никаких гастрономических впечатлений отель на меня не произвёл. При этом к сервису нареканий нет никаких. Все с кем я имела дело - сотрудники ресепшен, служащие на пляже, официанты исключительно приветливы и отзывчивы!

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection in Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the reception team provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome. During our stay, we visited Qureshi restaurant, where both the food and service were amazing. A special thanks to Ashwani, who gave us excellent recommendations that made the experience even better. We also dined at Omny restaurant, where the chefs did a fantastic job preparing seafood exactly as per our request. The staff, especially Sonia and Amir, were warm, attentive, and looked after us throughout the meal. We also appreciated the hospitality from the manager, Shiva, which made the experience even more memorable. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast service. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem very engaged or friendly, even though the restaurant was not busy at the time. Aside from breakfast, everything else about our stay—from the reception to the restaurants—was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our time at the Radisson Collection and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you once again ..
