"My stay at Golden Phoenix Boracay was a really pleasant experience. Everything was okay overall, but what stood out was how they handled my special request — they exceeded my expectations by upgrading my room without any hassle. I stayed in the Coral Room, and the balcony was massive (definitely one of my favorite things about the stay).
The staff were genuinely warm, helpful, and extremely accommodating, which made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. Another major highlight is that the property is right on the beachfront, making it super convenient to enjoy the shore anytime.
Their food was okay as well, simple but satisfying.
Overall, everything from the room to the hospitality made my stay smooth and enjoyable. I’d gladly come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel experience."

Amazing
Everything was amazing , The staffs are so kind and welcoming always willing to help. The room was neat , close to white beach , around 8 minutes walk. Their breakfast was amazing , I always chose the Filipino breakfast as the fish was yummy. The American breakfast was amazing as well especially the pancakes and French toast. The swimming is on the roof top and has An amazing view to look at the sunset 🌅. They also have a rooftop bar , they have great food and cocktails. I will definitely be back to Ferra when I travel to Boracay. As a first timer in the Philippines, Thank you for making me feel welcomed. 😘

We love the intimate, pristine white sand beach and the infinity pool with a stunning view of the sunset. Spacious, clean, modern and luxurious suite is impressive. My daughter loves the bath tub. She is also very happy with the complimentary crimson hat, tote bag and slippers. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and yummy pastries. Thank you Crimson for the excellent customer service and professionalism of the staff especially in the Welcome Lounge. Truly welcoming with free refreshments such as coffee and cookies. Minor improvement I think is the shuttle service going to D’mall. Reservation is better than the first come first served basis. Taking care of the guests will make the stay perfect without worrying if we can go back safely at the resort.

This is my first trip to Boracay and Feliz Hotel made my experience more wonderful. Our room was so nice and clean plus the food was great. They also have complimentary drinks during check in plus fire dance show every Friday to Sunday. Would definitely book here again once I come back to Boracay!

Our stay at Henann Lagoon was truly unforgettable! 🏝️✨ For 5 days and 3 nights, we were surrounded by comfort, relaxation, and warm hospitality. Our room was kept spotless every single day thanks to their consistent room service that made sure everything was clean, refreshed, and fully stocked with all the bathroom essentials we needed. And the food… absolutely extravagant! 🍽️ Every meal felt like a feast, with flavors that made each dining experience special. Whether we were lounging by the pool, enjoying the quiet ambiance, or indulging in delicious dishes, everything felt effortlessly luxurious. Grateful for such a wonderful stay Henann Lagoon definitely made our trip memorable. 💙✨ Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at the hotel had many positive aspects, but unfortunately, the overall experience was not satisfactory. Let me start with the good points: the rooms were clean, bright, and beautifully designed. The breakfast was excellent, and the facilities—such as the gym, kids' club, spa, and swimming pools—were impressive. The location is also amazing. However, two major issues overshadowed these positives and would prevent me from returning. Events and Weddings: During our 3-night stay, events disrupted our experience on 2 nights. On the first day, the rooftop infinity pool was closed to all hotel guests due to a private event. It felt unfair—having a beautiful pool but being unable to use it because it was rented out to someone else. On the third day, half of the beach area was occupied by a wedding setup, and loud music could be heard from our room until 10 PM. This made it impossible to relax on the balcony or enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of a 5-star resort. Instead, it felt like being at a nightclub. The noise was particularly frustrating because we were traveling with a 2.5-year-old child who usually goes to bed at 8:30 PM but couldn’t sleep until 10 PM due to the loud music. After the wedding ended at 10 PM, the staff began cleaning and moving equipment back to the building, creating significant noise until 11:45 PM. This happened repeatedly, with loud sounds every 15 minutes (Unfortunately, I cannot upload videos to give an idea of the noise experience due to size limitations, but I’ve included screenshots below). For a hotel charging over $300 per night, this level of disturbance is unacceptable. Service Speed and Quality: The service was consistently slow and inconsistent. Simple requests, like asking for ice to be delivered to our room, took up to an hour. At the beach restaurant, it took 15-20 minutes just to receive a menu, even after asking multiple times. There were also mix-ups, such as being brought a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc instead of the Chardonnay we ordered. While the hotel has many great features, the lack of consideration for guests during events and the poor service quality significantly impacted our experience. For the price paid, we expected much better.

We had a wonderful stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast and truly enjoyed every part of our experience. Our room was very comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The cleanliness of the entire hotel really stood out — everything felt fresh, organized, and cared for. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high quality; it was something we genuinely looked forward to each morning. What made our stay even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Jian, who helped arrange our transportation between the hotel and the mall, was incredibly kind, helpful, and reliable. His assistance made getting around easy and stress-free. At Savoy Café, we were warmly taken care of all staff members especially by Helen, Andrea and Cheky. All were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and they always made us feel comfortable and well looked after. A very special thank you goes to Acy from housekeeping. She was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. We were pleasantly surprised when she decorated our room with heart-shaped blankets, which was such a sweet and personal touch. She also kindly provided us with rubber gloves when we needed them — a small detail that showed great care and attentiveness. Overall, Savoy Hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfort, cleanliness, delicious food, and genuinely kind staff. We felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great Resort. Highly recommended. It is located infront of the beach, right in the middle of Boracay. Manager and staff are very accomodating. Breakfast is great. You also feel sale inside the resort. The pool is also a nice place to hang out with the family. We will definitely come back ♥️🙏🏻
