"The housekeeping team was excellent—very attentive and professional. The location is great, close to the beach and all major attractions, which made getting around very convenient.
The room was spacious and very clean. However, the pillows were old and uncomfortable, and while the bed was acceptable, it wasn’t particularly comfortable.
Breakfast was satisfactory overall. The mango vinegar dressing was delicious, and the omelets and scrambled eggs were well prepared. Unfortunately, the cheese was of poor quality. Service throughout the hotel was good."

We later stayed at one of the fancier resorts in Boracay; and despite costing 5x more than Villa Caemilla, we found ourselves missing Villa Caemilla. The cherry on top was that you could avail of your complimentary breakfast until 1pm.

XXY.JPOur stay at Feliz Hotel Boracay was generally pleasant. The hotel itself is nice, and the front desk and overall service were good and accommodating.
However, I was deeply disappointed with how our concern was handled by the housekeeping management.
We checked out of Room 318 on January 7, 2026 around 11:30 AM. Unfortunately, I accidentally left an ampao wallet with cash on the table, medication in the bathroom, and some personal face essentials on top of the TV.
We returned to the hotel around 6:30–7:00 PM for a room transfer and were assigned to Room 308. At around 2:00 AM, I remembered what I had left behind and immediately reported it to the front desk.
The following morning, I was informed that nothing at all was found — not even the medication.
I could understand if the items were mistakenly thrown away, but being told that absolutely nothing was seen is extremely frustrating. What made this even more disappointing was the feeling that our concern was not being taken seriously, as if our integrity as guests was being questioned.
The hotel and its services are good, but the way this situation was handled by housekeeping management needs serious improvement. Lost-and-found cases should be treated with more accountability, sensitivity, and respect for guests.
I truly hope management reviews this incident so that no other guest has to experience the same frustration and disappointment.

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — every staff member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, effortless, and memorable.
The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with every meal exceeding our expectations. The private beach and the variety of activities offered made our experience even more enjoyable — everything was convenient, well-organized, and worth every cent spent.
Overall, it was an excellent stay in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning to Crimson Hotel again soon!

NNamazov’sWe had an overall wonderful experience at Henann Crystal Sands Resort. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always smiling. Everyone was genuinely helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The airport transfer was very smooth, and the team helped us with our luggage from start to finish. Early check-in was kindly permitted, which was extremely helpful as we were traveling with our 11-month-old baby. The baby cot provided was the cleanest we have ever seen, which gave us great peace of mind.
Breakfast was decent with a good variety, and the seafood buffet dinner was absolutely amazing—we enjoyed it twice during our one-week stay. The pool bar had a great atmosphere, and the food there was also very good. The sky pool offered a beautiful view, especially at sunset, and was one of the highlights of the resort.
The massage service was excellent. We tried both the poolside massage and the in-room massage, and both were very relaxing and professionally done. The beach in front of the hotel was the cleanest and whitest we saw on the island, making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea.
We would definitely stay at Henann Crystal Sands again on our next trip to Boracay and highly recommend it, especially for families with young children.

DDarina Muradyant’s a good hotel but a little bit tired. We had big room with 2 comfortable beds. The view was so-so- on the roof, but one day we saw monkeys there - it was fun ! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful- a lot of plants, trees and flowers. The staff is very polite, friendly and helps with any questions. The breakfast is quite good - eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, fresh juice, coffee- in common we had all what we need. We like swimming pool - it’s big and beautiful. The beach of Movenpick is good too, but it was bad weather, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it as well. And of course we liked chocolate hour - it was so tasty !

JJJSunfunA wonderful location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby (we suggest TGH for excellent salpicao), and beachfront was beautiful. Family connecting room was spacious with good sized bathroom (shower & tub), two large screen tvs, and a small balcony with area to hang swimsuits to dry + a safe.
Cons were the breakfast (quality quite low and many options nearby with better value), construction going on (although all staff and workers were courteous and polite), rainshower not working and only luke warm water available for showers/bathing, lots of algae in the ocean waterfront for swimming (especially compared to station 1).
