"The hotel room and bed are smaller than advertised, accommodating fewer guests than stated. The pool is stagnant and frequently dirty, and there are significant damage areas and safety hazards. The pool water lacks circulation, and rats have been spotted on the staircases. Overall, it is an average hotel. If you require assistance from staff, it may be suitable, but it is not the best or a 3-star hotel. It is also quite old.
The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the breakfast option is not worth the cost. I recommend dining outside in the front to enjoy food and coffee.
The staff is very friendly and easy to speak with. However, if you need to call them, you must use a mobile phone or Viber. It can take some time for them to serve you.
Wifi is bad and signal as well."

"The hotel is directly on the beach, (in the middle of shops, restaurants, bars). It has three amazing swimming pools (two 50-meters ”twin” in the middle of the hotel and one with bar ”isle” on the rooftop.
Good breakfast with wide choices of sweet and salty; not only western or local but also generally Asian food.
The service was spot on, also thanks to the great number of people and their high kindness.
Our room (booked long ago) has a swimming pool view and a nice balcony.
I strongly suggest Crystal Sand!!!"

"Our stay at Feliz Hotel Boracay was generally pleasant. The hotel itself is nice, and the front desk and overall service were good and accommodating.
However, I was deeply disappointed with how our concern was handled by the housekeeping management.
We checked out of Room 318 on January 7, 2026 around 11:30 AM. Unfortunately, I accidentally left an ampao wallet with cash on the table, medication in the bathroom, and some personal face essentials on top of the TV.
We returned to the hotel around 6:30–7:00 PM for a room transfer and were assigned to Room 308. At around 2:00 AM, I remembered what I had left behind and immediately reported it to the front desk.
The following morning, I was informed that nothing at all was found — not even the medication.
I could understand if the items were mistakenly thrown away, but being told that absolutely nothing was seen is extremely frustrating. What made this even more disappointing was the feeling that our concern was not being taken seriously, as if our integrity as guests was being questioned.
The hotel and its services are good, but the way this situation was handled by housekeeping management needs serious improvement. Lost-and-found cases should be treated with more accountability, sensitivity, and respect for guests.
I truly hope management reviews this incident so that no other guest has to experience the same frustration and disappointment."

From the lovely welcome drink to the thoughtful gesture of giving kitchen-made cookies in the afternoon, we appreciated every detail. The staff are always smiling and helpful. The hot shower works perfectly, and the mattress and pillows are the best!This villa is located in Station 3, making it peaceful yet close enough to walk to the lively Station 2. The beach is literally right in front of the villa, it’s heavenly. The breakfast is delicious too. I truly hope this villa continues to thrive for another 100 years, because I’ll definitely return if I visit Boracay again. The staffs deserve some bonus!

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — every staff member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, effortless, and memorable.
The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with every meal exceeding our expectations. The private beach and the variety of activities offered made our experience even more enjoyable — everything was convenient, well-organized, and worth every cent spent.
Overall, it was an excellent stay in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning to Crimson Hotel again soon!

My concerns are add more meal options for dinner and lunch, upgrade your television, some channels are not available and no YT and Netflix and also fun activities since the place is far from restaurants and entertainments. PPengguna TetamuThis is unexpected booking but super worth it. They gave us excellent services from the early check in and room service. They checked if the guess are ok & some concern. The room are bigger than we expected. The buffet even just 2-3 options it’s delicious. Lots of option in bread and super yummy.everyone in hotel are friendly but need some training how to address the guess especially it’s obviously im a trans with big boobs and very feminine. Some staff especially the boys called me Sir which are very awkward and unprofessional if my boyfriend with me it’s going to be fight but In total it’s recommended hotel in boracay. It’s worth it our stay❤️

It was a memorable time for the family especially to our daughter who celebrated her birthday there. They made my daughter's birthday extra special with their complimentary cake and greetings set up in our room. It was a good surprise for her. The staff had been very helpful and provide an excellent service. More power to you!!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI am generally pleased and satisfied with my stay at Nigi Nigi Too. The staff and cleaners are friendly and attentive.
When booking at this hotel, here are a few things to keep in consider:
- The standard room doesn’t have a refrigerator. Instead, there’s a large refrigerator available for everyone to use on the first floor.
- Free drinking water is also available on the second floor for everyone to use.
- The hotel only provides mugs inside the room, so it’s a good idea to bring your own water container or thumbler.
- There’s no cabinet to store your clothes, but there’s a designated area where you can lay them out.
- Hangers are included in the room.
- I was provided with two bath towels.
- You can always request to clean your room during the makeup room hours.
- There’s no elevator, so if you’re staying on the third floor, you’ll have to take the stairs.
The room is well-equipped with a functional air conditioning system, a TV, a lampshade with a small table and two chairs, and a clean, unclogged bathroom. The bathroom also features a working water heater, a bidet, and a lavatory with complimentary dental kits. Additionally, they provide body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. The WIFI works perfecty fine too.
You can always request a beach towel daily. However, slippers are not provided during my stay. The breakfast is excellent. As a solo traveler, I booked a room that accommodates two people, but I was still able to receive two breakfast meals per day.
My room is located on the third floor, at the very end of the building in the resort. I highly recommend booking a room on the second floor. You’ll be conveniently close to the water dispenser and the first floor. Additionally, it’s just a minute’s walk to the beautiful white beach.
There’s a bar at the hotel entrance, so it might get quite noisy at night. The walkway to the end building is beautiful; it’s like walking through a garden.
The rates at trip.com is cheaper rather than booking direct at the hotel. Overall I am happy with my stay will sure keep this hotel in mind when i plan to go back to Boracay.

Cleanliness - overall it is 5/5 but there were times when we hung the make up room sign and came back with the room not yet clean, i think it happened like 4 times during our one week stay :(
Amenities - fairways is a really great place to stay because of their amenities, but everytime we go there, not all of the pools are available. Every time there would be pools that are under maintenance. We've been staying at fairways since 2023, and there would always be pools or other places that are under maintenance.

PPengguna TetamuOur stay at the Savoy Hotel was amazing. We had a lot of fun by the pool, at the gym, or playing ping pong. We also got a massage at the Lila spa that we really enjoyed. Our room was comfortable, clean, there was a balcony. Our towels were changed every day, garbage was picked up, sheets were changed every other day.
The staff were great, polite, attentive, helpful. They deserve a lot of praise, especially the shuttle bus driver, Chris, who really made our trip even better providing a lot of information about the island and the Philippine tradition.
The food was tasty. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food. The Newcoast beach is a walking distance from the hotel, and the famous Keyhole is nearby that beach. The dmall and white beach area are just 20 mins away by free shuttle bus.

DDarina Muradyant’s a good hotel but a little bit tired. We had big room with 2 comfortable beds. The view was so-so- on the roof, but one day we saw monkeys there - it was fun ! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful- a lot of plants, trees and flowers. The staff is very polite, friendly and helps with any questions. The breakfast is quite good - eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, fresh juice, coffee- in common we had all what we need. We like swimming pool - it’s big and beautiful. The beach of Movenpick is good too, but it was bad weather, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it as well. And of course we liked chocolate hour - it was so tasty !
