Opened in 2022, the Ormoc Sugarland Suites offers travelers a pleasant stay in Ormoc, whether for business or leisure purposes. The hotel is just 9km away from Ormoc Airport. This hotel is located near many of Ormoc's attractions including Ormoc Lighthouse Christian Ministry, Welcome to Ormoc City Signage and Puente De La Reina. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site.

The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided.
Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below.
Overall experience, average.

__oliverh_The room was adequate for a short stay. It had the basic amenities needed, though nothing particularly stood out. The bed was comfortable enough, and the room was clean. However, the overall experience was fairly average, with no major issues but also nothing exceptional to note. It served its purpose.

12PMオープンの#ナイトマーケット があるのでランチやディナーはそこでローカルフードを召し上がるのがお勧め🧡ですね。 後、5分程離れていますが 地元でも有名なピザ🍕屋さんがあります。写真を載せておきますね❗️

This was a good choice for a budget stay for a night. The staff were nice and friendly. The wifi was fast, the room was ok but could have been cleaner. The location is good near the port and sm mall. They have a restaurant and balcony which was handy.

CCal travel tripsNot sure if other hotels have or do not have hot water for shower. GV Hotel does not, please note. Also the shower is spacious but no seperate cubicle. The whole floor gets wet as you shower, may be a common feature in the tropical cities. Nevertheless, the proximity to SM Mall is the best feature, you can get everything in the Hypermarket and most of the popular food outlets under one roof, just a 2 minute walk opposite the same street. If you want to try the BBQ style, please visit first floor with very reasonable price. see photo here showing the menu.

NNokiosIts a good place to stay becos is clean and paecefull place. Its located 500 meters to Ronbinson Mall and there are Mc Donalds and Jolibee very near even is not in downtown. The room is very clean and the workers are very kind with costumers.
