Pros: service is definitely top notch and very attentive to each family and consistently asking for feedback… Housekeeping is everyday and the WhatsApp communicate is a 👍 idea especially for tourist. Food is wonderful as they are served hot and minimise wastage, coffee definitely hit the spot! No crowds at all and the place is really pretty sight with a lot of swans and fishes and bicycles to rent ( probably have some baby seats too) Places are a little far away but buggy service was available. Cons: being a tropical hotel definitely will be expecting some insects but definitely not expecting so much mosquitoes from level 1. Daughter was bitten 4 times for a 2 hours nap and at least in total 5 bites from mosquitoes for each members.. we have feedback several times to the staff and they really do something which we appreciate a lot 🙏 but honestly we hope more can be done on the maintaining the hotel given it is a 5 stars hotel We were given a private pool but it is full of bird ****s which we didn’t really expect. Since we r not using the pool and outdoor area, we didn’t feedback. In the end we didn’t use the pool and outdoor area due to the bird ****s and mosquitoes. Location is a little far away from some of the known attractions places.. which I missed out during planning Probably need to be prepared with what nature will bring us..

Overall, our stay at the Mövenpick Resort was one of the highlights of our trip to Khao Yai. It was quite an adventure to drive there, but such a delight when we arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. It felt like we were staying at a castle. While the pool is not huge, it has outdoor and sheltered parts.

Hotel is set in a large resort with plenty of amenities including its own vegetable plantation. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options. Our two bedroom suite is large but the furniture and furnishing shows signs of ageing and several surfaces were a little dusty. Easy to call for the golf buggy to get around the resort.

Overall, a Good Stay with One Issue The hotel overall is quite good, but the only downside to our stay was the heater issue in our room. The water temperature was inconsistent—sometimes hot, sometimes cold—which was quite inconvenient, especially given the cold weather during our visit. Fortunately, the hotel management addressed the issue by upgrading one of our rooms to a different one, which made our stay more comfortable. We appreciate their effort to resolve the problem. The breakfast of the hotel is good too.

Nice beautiful hotel although it’s quite old, good location and peaceful. Aircon & shower all in almost perfect condition.

Thame Valley Khao Yai: I had a truly wonderful stay at Thame Valley Khao Yai! The property is stunning, with beautiful surroundings and luxurious amenities that made my trip unforgettable. What stood out the most was the exceptional service, especially from our butler, Boat. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. From personalized assistance to friendly conversations, Boat’s professionalism and attentiveness made us feel incredibly well cared for.

Location is perfect cause it is near all the acttactions.. but a pity there is no gym and the infiniti pool is actually a 8 shape pool and very narrow and shallow, at one glance I thot it is just a water features behind the restaurant ( which make it no privacy for people who would want to take a dip..in fact, I did not see anyone go into the so call infiniti pool during my 4 days of stays.. However, the service is excellent... we have this lady called Wiew who not just speak English ( and a little bit Chinese) who assisted us with all we need. Especially when my husband is down with food poisioning ( cant tell if it is from hotel buffet cause it is one day after we arrived) , she got the kitchen to prepare plain porridge for him and gave us some drink for dehydration...and when we feed back that the aircon is very noisy in our room, she quickly make a check for another room and help us make the switch to a better room.

ประทับใจมาก บรรยากาศคือที่สุด ถึงแม้จะเดินทางไกลหน่อย รวมถึงการเดินจาก lobby ไปที่พักหรือไปสระน้ำขนาดใหญ่อาจจะเดินเท้าเหนื่อย แต่คุ้มค่ามาก ส่วนห้องพักคือสวยสุด facilities ครบ ร้านอาหารก็ดี

The water tap heating system is very bad or very old system. Is totally impossible to adjust optimum water temperature for bathing. Is either too hot or too cold. Have made a complaint on my 2nd day stay but it seems to me nothing can be done unless they either overhaul or change the water heating system..
