"During our stay, we experienced a small issue at check-in, but it was handled very well by K.Mook Fo and K.Nat RSVN. Their professionalism and prompt assistance made a great impression on us.
The hotel is beautiful and truly stands out with its unique design. The room was generally pleasant, although the cleanliness could still be improved further.
There is a buggy service available for guests to tour around the hotel, and bicycles can be used until 6:00 PM. The hotel also has a small zoo, which is a lovely feature, although unfortunately we did not have a chance to visit it.
Breakfast was okay and offered a decent selection.

The overall atmosphere is charming and thoughtfully done, although some rooms may not look as vibrant or polished as the photos shown online. We requested to change rooms once, and the staff handled everything very professionally.
The staff here truly stand out — they are extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help at all times. Their service made the stay feel warm and welcoming.
The food was generally well prepared. Some dishes suited our taste while some not, but the staff were very caring and attentive, even checking in when they noticed we weren’t eating much, concerned that the food might not be to our liking.
Overall, this is a great place for a relaxing getaway. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably spend the whole day enjoying the property without needing to go anywhere else.

The staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly. We got a map of the resort, enjoyed cycling, played badminton, and there are plenty of other things to do. The breakfast was genuinely delicious. It’s also a great place to stay if you’re planning to visit Khao Yai National Park

Everything about this place feels luxurious—from the beautifully designed rooms to the overall atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The swimming pool was also a highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
The location and ambiance really help you slow down and recharge. It has a very peaceful and romantic vibe, which made the stay even more special.
I stayed here with my boyfriend, and it honestly felt like the perfect romantic escape. Everything was just right. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing and intimate stay.

PPengguna Tanpa Namaประสบการณ์สำหรับที่พัก (จากประสบการณ์โดยตรงของเรา) คือ เข้าที่พักเช็คอินเรียบร้อยแล้ว เห็นห้อง สะอาด ที่สำคัญกลิ่นหอมในห้องประทับใจมากๆ ลงมาเล่นสระน้ำของ รร พอกลับขึ้นห้อง กลับพบว่าฝักบัวอาบน้ำ น้ำไหลแบบเบามากกกกๆๆๆๆ มากถึงขั้นหงุดหงิดว่าอาบน้ำจะสะอาดยังไงได้ เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นไม่ทำงานอีก !!! จึงโทรติดต่อให้ พนง เข้ามาดูให้ สรุปแก้ไขเบื้องต้นให้เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นทำงานได้ สามีกับลูกอาบน้ำเรียบร้อย หลังจากนั้นเกิดน้ำม่ายอุ่นอีกจึงเรียก พนง มาอีกรอบ เค้าเข้ามาเช็คแล้วแจ้งว่าขอไปเอาเครื่องมือมาซ่อม ทีนี้เหลือเราที่รออาบน้ำ แล้วตัวเราเปียกจึงไปนั่งรอที่ระเบียง พนง หายไปพักใหญ่มากๆ เกือบชั่วโมงได้นะ ช่วงนั้นฝนตกด้วย เรานั่งรอจนไม่ไหวที่ระเบียงมันหนาวด้วย จึงให้สามีโทรตาม พนง อีกรอบ แจ้งกลับมาว่า พนง ออกไปซื้อฝักบัว สักพัก พนง แจ้งว่าขอทำการเปลี่ยนห้องให้ใหม่ เลยย้ายจากชั้น 5 มาชั้น 4 เราก้อยังเจอปัญหาเดิม น้ำไหลเบามากกกกกก+เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นก้อขัดข้อง เหมือนเดิมเลย

1. เรื่องน้ำไหลเบามาก ไม่เคยไป รร ที่ไหนแล้วเจอแบบนี้มาก่อน
2. เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น (เกิดปัญหาตลอด 3 วันที่พัก)
3. อาหารเช้า จริงๆเราตามดูรีวิวใน ตต รีวิวจุดเด่นของที่นี่คือ แซลมอนเราคาดหวังมากๆที่เลือกมาที่นี่ เพราะอยากมาทานแซลมอนบุฟเฟ่จึงจองมาพัก 3วัน2คืน แต่กลับได้ เช้าวันแรก แค่ Alacarte เช้าวันที่ 2 คาดหวังบุปเฟ่แซลมอนซาชิมิ กลับได้อะรัยที่ปกติทั่วไป ไม่มีแซลมอนเลย
4. เรื่องสระน้ำ ดูตามรีวิวมาว่าสระน้ำอุ่น แต่ความเป็นจริงที่เราได้ไปใช้ ค่อนข้างเย็น ไม่ค่อยอุ่นตามที่ดูรีวิวมา
อยากแจ้งให้ปรับปรุง หลักๆคือเรื่องของน้ำ อยากให้น้ำไหลได้แรงกว่านี้ ตรวจสอบห้องพักเรียบร้อยพร้อมใช้งานหรือไม่ ก่อนให้ลูกค้าเข้าพัก

The staff were truly exceptional! Each person we met was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I especially want to highlight the restaurant team, it was a genuine pleasure meeting them every day.
The restaurant itself was incredible. Every meal was exquisite, and we tried a wide range of dishes and none of them disappointed. Honestly, I would return just for the dining experience alone. The breakfast was amazing too!
The views were breathtaking, and the location is absolutely stunning. The hotel property is also beautifully designed and visually impressive. It's super silent there so if you are looking to unwind and relax this hotel is perfect.
Cons:
I felt the property could benefit from some maintenance and upkeep. The overall design is lovely, but certain areas seemed to need a bit more attention. Cleanliness could be improved as well; there was a noticeable smell in the bathroom and some dust in window corners and on light fixtures. I’m extremely sensitive to dust, so I tend to check these details more closely and clean-up myself everywhere I visit, but the cobwebs and buildup were a bit more than I expected.
There weren’t many activities available within the hotel itself, and the pools were unheated which felt unusual given the cooler climate. However, after visiting multiple places in Khao Yai, it seems heated pools may not be common in the area, so this might just be a regional norm rather than a drawback specific to the hotel.
Neutral Note:
There are quite a few insects around, which is completely understandable considering the natural, forested surroundings. This wasn’t an issue for me, especially since the room had screen doors to help keep insects out, but it may be helpful for future guests to be aware.
