쾌적한 룸 컨디션과 넓은 공간이 가족 여행에 있어서 최적의 장소였습니다. 특히 가족 개인 캐리어 4개와 각종 짐을 펼쳐두어도 이동에 전혀 지장이 없을 정도로 공간이 넓어서 좋았습니다.

Overall, excellent place to stay if traveling thru Spokane. Located at the airport - can walk to and from terminals. Free parking if you have a rental car. Clean comfortable, larger rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast included. Gym. Pool - very small, and being cleaned when we were there so didn’t use. If I stayed again I wouldn’t plan on using the pool with the kids.

I made a reservation for the hotel and advised them I would not arrive until midnight. When I arrived, I was told they were oversold. I will NEVER make reservations again.

Right across the drive from the airport with airport parking on the other side of the fence. We were leaving our car for a week, but the hotel validation counted as one night so we parked the night before and we didn’t have to move it when we got up for our early flight.

Clean, newer hotel near the airport. Quiet despite being quite busy. Comfy bed, warm shower, drinkable coffee at 5AM before my flight.

We booked a room months ago. But we arrived last night and there were no rooms available. We have young kids and a 5:00am flight. It was a big inconvenience to have to find another hotel.

We stayed Springhill suites as we were flying out on an early flight with our kids and it was great. It was so close to the airport. We moved our car over to the economy parking lot the night before so all we had to do was just walk over to the airport in the morning. We stayed there again on our way back as we had a late incoming flight so once again, we were able to just walk right to the hotel not worry about our vehicle and just get the kids to bed. The rooms were very nice. The beds were very comfy and the continental breakfast was amazing, so much variety, definitely the best I have ever had. Will stay there again

Whatever you reserved, forget about it! It probably went to the guest that made no reservation, paid a little more and arrived right before you. Whatever basics you'd expect for $185 nt. before taxes, forget about those too! We got a room with no shower door (one entire side of the 4 sides). The Springhill counter rep was not shy or at all bothered in telling us this would be our room. In fact, he robotically and without pause would not look up from his keyboard as he rushed to make the final steps to assign this room to us. I asked for another room with a basic functioning shower, but he said he only had 2 other rooms (with intact showers and exactly to our reserv. specifications), BUT his supervisor told him not to substitute an intact/operable room for the broken one because they needed to have some rooms in reserve. I simply can't imagine operating like this... telling a customer that "we're deviating from your reservation/agreement with us and we're not giving you a room that if you want to take a shower, you'll have to line the floor with towels and then mop up our dirty floor with the towels after you finish your shower." ... This is what a booming economy PLUS a powerful hotel corporation PLUS No in-place consumer protection regulations results in. They'll take your money up front under 'bait & hook' agreed terms, but upon arrival they dishonor their responsibility to honor the terms. They couldn't even honor the king bed; I got 2 dbl beds!

Nice property with great staff. We were not able to get the king room that we reserved and were placed in a double queen instead.

Arrived at the property and was very rudely told they did not have a room for me, even though my reservation was made and prepaid months in advance. A very smug front desk clerk stated he was not responsible for the overbooking. The staff was not empathetic or reasonable. WILL NEVER BOOK THERE AGAIN!!

Convenient location for late- night or early- morning itineraries through GEG, just a short walk across the street.

Great staff, convenient location, mattress is comfortable but probably ready to be replaced as it's beginning to sag in the middle. Bathroom fan is noisy and water isn't hot enough.

Wonderful continental breakfast. Check-out time allowed us time to enjoy the morning before our event. Very clean.
