This is quite possibly the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I've ever seen when trying to check into a hotel. There is NO excuse whatsoever to experience what we had to go through today when trying to check in. The Front desk person named Muhammed was INCREDIBLY disrespectful. We were in line to check in, but was dealing with someone that had some issue that seemed to be the cause of the hotel. Muhammed however decided to treat the individual like he was less than human. He treated whom I presume is the gentleman's wife like she was less than human. Muhammed threatened the individual very loudly and obnoxiously, he threatened the individual and his wife in front of everyone in the lobby, seeming not to care at all that he was representing the hotel. I've been staying at Marriott properties my entire life and under no circumstances would I ever imagine or witness something like this take place from an employee. I felt threatened. I felt unsafe and felt that ALL OF OUR LIVES were in danger because of the employee that was manning the front desk. I feel so incredibly sorry for the guest that we're trying to resolve their issue and felt the need to say something. I spoke with Muhammed, and he was EXTRAORDINARILY dismissive and disrespectful to me also. We obviously have chosen to stay elsewhere, and not sure that we will EVER stay at a Marriott property again.

It’s a great hotel. The staff is really helpful and the outdoor pool is really nice in the summers. Really close to downtown dc with 15 mins drive to reach national mall. Overall, it was worth it.

房間很大，設施有點老，但是很乾凈。早餐就是美式早餐，自助式，咖啡，茶，飲料，香腸，雞蛋，麵包，酸奶，水果，麥片，都有。品種不算多但是營養肯定有了。位置就在SORINGFEILD MALL的對麪，很方便，唯一的問題就是泳池沒有開，說是季節原因。入住第二天可能是我們提出了疑問，前台就標了說明。健身房不大，我們每天還都去用用。 一共住了7天，有一天沒有收拾房間，不知道什麼原因。其他這個價格算是性價比很不錯了。 另外，孩子的小天才手錶找不到了，退房后又回去尋找，前台小哥很熱心的帶着回房間去找（已經打掃過）又問了樓層清潔人員，雖然沒有找到，但是也感謝小哥的負責。

Hotel was clean; bed was comfortable. Hotel website advertises bar and lounge which is one of the reasons we chose to stay. We enjoy a nightcap prior to turning in for the night. There is NO bar or lounge. Luckily the Hilton next door had a very nice lounge which is probably where we'll stay next year for this annual visit.

很不錯的一個酒店，早餐比較豐富，非常整潔。衹有前台經理和泳池安全人講英文，房間清潔及其他維修人員都基本是南美認人，不怎麼講英文。但是很勤快。泳池特別棒，可惜在美國勞動節后關閉了。季節原因。前台有時是電腦值班，有個設備，全程有個服務員在線，check out的時候趕上了，挺方便，也覺得挺好玩😸 位置離spingfeild.mall 走路10分鐘吧，去地鐵站要打個車6分鐘，走着可夠嗆。開車去哪還是很方便的。

The staff from reception to restaurant to cleaning were friendly and efficient. Highlights of the breakfast buffet were the fluffy scrambled eggs and olive oil roasted potatoes with fresh parsley - served by Chef Shah! The free shuttle to the shopping mall and metro train was convenient.
