I love staying at Hilton properties, it seems that they really go above and beyond to please their hotel guest. The quality of service was superb, the accommodations were superb, the staff were superb and super detail in how they treat the guest. This was my first stay at this location, but it did not disappoint. I loved every minute of my stay.

I’ve stayed in a number of Microtels…I’ve always found them to be well kept. The one in Springfield was a disappointment. We arrived nearly two hours after check-in time. Our room wasn’t ready so we were asked to wait in the lobby for several minutes. The lobby decor was nice but the fabric chairs were obviously worn. Our room seemed tired as well. There was a nice window seat but the upholstery was worn and dirty. There was a dirty/wet bath towel hanging on the hook behind the bathroom door. No hand towels. The tv remote was unbearably sticky. The room smelled clean and the beds and pillows were comfy. It was quiet. The hotel has great potential but housekeeping is lacking and maintenance seems to be as well.

Good location with a nice, private road in the middle for big trucks to park in. A little confusing finding the main entry in the freezing cold, but overall a great place to stay. Beds could be a little more comfortable.
