Breakfast is decent. Location is very Good because the hotel is close to bank and restaurants. AC heat mode smelled funny… Remember to turn off the AC because it will keep blowing. Not good for sleep.

Great place to stay for a weekend. Very friendly staff.

Rusty nail on the carpet when we checked it. Went to the counter and asked for extra pillows, I was given two extra pillows and made it almost back to the room and realized that the pillows I was handed were disgusting. Took them back to the counter the woman apologized and walked away. No extra pillows were obtained. The walls in the room had stuff splashed on it. The hotel served as a place to sleep in a pinch but certainly wouldn’t pick it again.

The property was exactly what you'd expect for a hotel at this price point. It was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool. The beds were all doubles (including in the one bed room) which wasn't great but definitely fine. Biggest complaint was that WIFI never really worked.

My stay was wonderful. I came because my daughter was having her baby. It was so convienent to stay at the Sleep Inn, it was by many restaurants, stores, hospital. I slept like a baby both nights. The people were friendly, my room was very clean. Im very picky about the bathrooms, it was so clean and the room smelled so fresh, i really enjoyed my stay, and i thank the staff for being so friendly.

This hotel was very clean and updated. The staff were friendly and quick. It was very quiet, no door slamming, that doesn't happen very often! The price was fantastic too!

Rude front desk. over charging. No hot water wifi and hot tub out of order I booked two rooms and they separated mine 10 rooms away from my children. Extremely unhappy with our stay It ruined our family trip. ******* and choice hotels lost us to ever feel safe to book through them.

The ladies in the breakfast area were friendly and kept on top of everything.

The breakfast was adequate but no one was keeping the food resupplied. I saw one guest take a large amount of food back to his room with not much left for guests waiting to get a plate of food.

First floor room smelled like smoke. Got moved to 2nd floor. It wasn’t as bad. But it was NOISY. The sound of traffic woke me up multiple times. I would not go back based on how loud the traffic was.

The lady who checked us in didn’t speak very good English. She was very hard to understand. The facilities are a little dated and the pictures online are misleading but overall our stay was good

Decent hotel, unfortunately the pool was closed so we had to make changes to our evening.

We came to Springfield to take our kids to the aquarium and this was a nice hotel pretty close to it. We loved the pool/hot tub. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. There weren’t any USB chargers in the room which we’ve never encountered in a hotel so that was a bit of an issue getting our devices charged. Our room was about as far as you could get from the elevator (2 long hallways and 2 short hallways) so with 2 little ones that wasn’t super fun to deal with while packing our luggage. Overall though it was a clean hotel and convenient for our trip.

A MIXED BAG: PROS: - The whole property was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at (which is a lot). Everything was shiny and no odd smells or mysterious “spots” anywhere. - The furniture and appliances all looked to be in good shape and clean as well. - Continental breakfast was actually FRESH! The food was constantly being refreshed. I’m not usually a fan of small DIY breakfasts, but the food was actually good! - The indoor pool was heated and the area was clean and inviting. I can’t say the same for the hot tub. Pieces of the floor covering had come loose and they were swirling around the water. It wasn’t toxic or unsanitary, but the sight of floating debris in the tub is kind of a turn off CONS - THE BATHROOM!! Whoever designed these rooms must have forgotten to put a bathroom in the original design. It heavily looks like it was an afterthought! The ceiling is very short, the room itself is hardly bigger than a closet (it even has a sliding closet door), and the shower is barely big enough for an average sized person. The sink is outside the main bathroom as well. - The beds. I know everyone has a preference on mattresses. These had no indentations, they were just flat with very little support - Room size. It was overall small, mostly thanks to the oddly placed bathroom. The hotel itself was nice enough, but for the price we paid, we expected better. This seemed on par with a Super 8, just cleaner. We’ll be looking for somewhere a bit roomier on our next trip.
