We travel through the U.S. frequently and this Best Western is wonderful! Clean, up-to-date rooms, and under $100 per room for two rooms with double queens. The mirror area outside the bathroom had 6 outlets total—pleasant surprise when you are used to sharing a double outlet! We didn't eat breakfast as we were doing brunch at another location, but we stopped to fill our travel mugs—breakfast area was clean and well-stocked.

This was our first staying in this hotel and we were very pleased. My 93 year old mother stayed with us so we booked a two bedroom. She couldn't believe how nice it was. She said she the bed was very comfortable and she loves the waffles in the morning. Staff was friendly and checked on us periodically. We will definitely stay here again.

Arrived ... DJ very professional informative front desk manager checked me in with a smile and delivered all the information I requested in a very fast efficient manner. Rooms clean and sanitized and all the necessities were there with exception of a hairdryer, but one is available at the front desk with other items you may need, Rooms were dated and rug seem needs cleaning but it was a good night outstanding breakfast in the morning and they are very pet friendly

Wife and I showed up at 8;15 checked in and were given a key. We went to our room to find a naked man sleeping who woke up and was very confused. First off disgusting to have to see. We went back down and spoke to staff to find out someone checked him out of the room by mistake. The staff scrambled for another twenty minutes trying to figure out if people were in a room or not. The staff had zero clue what they were doing and the hotel was apparantly fully booked. Keep in mind I was called early that day to confirm I would indeed be staying there. I called back and confirmed and was even charged half of the bill to keep my reservation. Back to the issue at hand. I had to wait another hour for the staff to figure out what to do. They ended up finding a room and cleaned it and got us in the room. I had driven 4 hours to stay at the hotel after already working ten hours at work and had been awake for over 18 hours. This experience was horrible and people shouldn’t have to worry about walking in on a naked man when they go to there hotel Room. Let alone being the man sleeping and having someone walk in on him.
