Lemon Tree Hotel Srinagar

Just close your eyes and check into Lemon Tree Hotel at Srinagar !! It is one of the friendly, safe and warm hospitable places that I have stayed in so far. The team there led by Mr.Shafdar Imam made our stay an exciting and memorable one. Safdar is very warm and a knowledgable person. He connects with his guests very well. He gave us the much needed confidence and assurance to move around and see the beautiful places without any worry. In fact, he shared his number and was constantly in touch with us through the week to check if we were comfortable & feeling fine, even tough we were in other locations. I loved the way he took extra efforts to make us and others feel at home. Thanks a ton Safdar. Each of the staff members that we met were friendly, helpful and encouraging. We were really delighted and will treasure those moments forever. We were impressed by the care and customised offerings of Chef Ali, Rajesh Thakur, Satish, Vishal Kashish and Kumar. Their spread of fare was good and suited all kinds of tastes. Asif, Ayan and Aqib ensured that we were fed up (pun intended) well with huge proportions and variants of delcacies - both listed and unlisted. The staff at the front desk comprising of Fathima, Suhail and Owais were courteous and perceptive. They offered us many tips that made our tour quite an eventful one. Thanks to Owais I could complete an important exam on line in a quiet manner and passed with good scores. I understand that Lemon Tree at Srinagar is a chosen place for celebrities and we were lucky enough to meet some of the stars of Bollywood and the cricketers of Punjab. We hope to do more in our next visit. I wish I had more than 5 stars to offer here. They have won our hearts and love in a big way. Thank you all !!! Dil Se.

I really wish I could write a nicer review, but the hotel disappointed me on more than one level. It lacked enough hygiene and maintenance. Stains were found on carpets, bed sheets, sofas, and other upholstery. The furnishings and fixtures have aged poorly, and there is no upkeep. The restaurant area stank. Food is just about okay. The staff is courteous, which is the one positive aspect of an otherwise very low ranked hotel.

Lemon tree hotel is one of the finest property of srinagar located near inox cinema, right from the reception whole staff is very courteous, hotel has a beautiful lawn, food is amazing and service are excellent, specially I want to mention Mr Showkat for helping us out in chilled winter ❄⛄

Amazing experience. The food quality, service and all staff of hotel specially of food court are so co-operating. variety of buffet is very nice and having many variety of food. Specially restaurant staff Asif, Aqib, Mudsir, Danish all are very co-operating and very nice in service.

All the staff members (Mr Asif, Mr Aqiab , Mr Muzmial, Miss Kulsma )are very good, cooperative and provided us a good service during our stay in the hotel.The restaurant was also very good and provided us with healthy and delicious food items.

Services are excellent..Good food and cooperative staff..In restaurant named citrus, we got what we ordered.. They customised dishes as per our taste and likes..Nice and clean rooms with good ambiance. They allowed 2 devices to be connected with one room but in request, they gave us access to our laptop ***** with 2 phones..I will choose lemon tree hotel in future as well..

Excellent rooms and ambience. Very good service. Amazing food. The interiors are beautiful with lovely paintings around the hotel. The rooms are very nicely maintained and kept clean. This is very close to downtown and other markets and still very quiet Mr Asif, Aquib, Danish , Mudassir were very nice. Mr Sajjad and Owais prepared excellent food

We stayed for 3 days. Food is excellent and staff is very caring. Aaquib and Asif took care of each and every request made by us. We were served food after restaurant’s official hours. Overall we were very happy with restaurant. Location of hotel is not great and next door party plot made it very noisy.
