Best place to stay in Srinagar... excellent location, interiors and food. Reception head Mr. Altaf is super supportive person and so does all other staff including restaurant and chef himself. Highly recommending it. Super deluxe room is grt and so does he suite. Very rich feeling and my kids and family enjoyed it at its best.

Excellent location and well maintained resort , no need to go in crowded area for shikara ride as opposite to hotel Shikara point is available, adjoining Nishat bagh . Peace full environment, staff is cooperative, back side rooms are not airy so before booking we should check which rooms they will allots .

I visited Kashmir with my family in start of June month.My stay in Kashmir Mahal Resort was wonderful. Apart from the good location of hotel being walkable distance from Nishat bagh and Dal lake, the property is very beautiful in itself too. Kashmir Mahal Resort has its own park with beautiful view of mountains. The Manager Mr. Yaseen ***** with the staff ( Mr. Altaf and Mr. Touphic) is very supportive and kind. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed with my family in this beautiful hotel in the month of October. It was one of the best experiences of a hotel stay. The staff is so helpful and courteous that you feel at home from the moment we checked in. The rooms are so beautiful, wood carved and an amazing view from the balcony. Hotel is located on the famous dal lake side and walking distance from Mughal gardens. On top of this , they have a showroom from where you can buy authentic pashmina shawls and Kashmiri artisan work. Overall I experienced a five star stay. I will definitely visit again.

Beautiful resort Beautiful resort Delicious meals Helping team always at disposal showing lovely kashmiri spirit. Needs improvement in power backup for hot water in the bathroom tap/bathtub. The staff was very helpful. Food was served at the table that made it more worthy.
