Ulasan Rosewood Court Motel

David was very friendly and went the extra mile to help us. Room was comfortable had everything we needed. Shops were nearby. David gave us a map when we got there to show us where everything was.

Very pleasant stay, and highly encouraged to choose this motel! Above my expectation, room comes with small kitchen with adequate kitchen tools, room is spacious, room is clean and neat.

The hotel doesn't have breakfast, so we went early to go to the center to have coffee and buy warm clothes, as it was our first day in NZ and we weren't prepared for the cold. We weren't able to get to checkout in time (which is a very early 10:00 am), and we weren't able to announce the delay, as, again, it was our first day in NZ and we didn't have a local phone or internet access easily. We returned to the hotel at 11:20 am and all the windows in our room were open with all our personal things inside. We were scared, we know Christchurch is a very safe place, but we found it disrespectful. We packed our things quickly to get out of the room as quickly as possible and not delay the checkout any longer, and then came the WORST experience with this hotel: Upon arriving at the reception, we were approached by the receptionist very rudely asking why we didn't notify the late checkout beforehand, asking where we were, and rudely repeating these questions several times. We had to pay 90 dollars for the late checkout, that's okay, because rules are rules, but there was no need for them to enter our room and leave everything open and treat us with disrespect.

旅館是一廳兩房整體很大，環境非常寧靜，店主是韓國人，服務很好，走的時候還幫我們清理汽車的雾氣，值得讚賞

房間空間感十足，浴室花灑水壓強勁，廚房設施齊全，步行距離已可到達餐廳及超市，韓國房東非常好人👍🏻

Very kindly let us check in early. Friendly and informative as to what was available in the area. Very clean and a comfortable bed.

Very helpful check in. He asked without prompting if we needed any dinner recommendations, which we appreciated. Spa room was a welcome addition

Excellent stay. A slight issue with carpet dampness was rectified immediately with prolific apologies. Room was serviced each day, bed made, dishes washed and kitchen tidied. Top rated service. Highly recommended.

The Man on the front desk was very pleasant. Unfortunately that’s where it ended. The room was very sub par and in need of a deep clean. One of the pillows on the bed (black pillowcase) had a white dribbled substance all over it the pillow cases were part of the duvet cover set which really isn’t practical and worried me as to how often they were cleaned. If you use 2 pillows in bed you have no choice but to use them as there were no additional pillows in cupboard. Even the blanket in the cupboard looked dirty. The bed was very soft and back breaking and not much sleep was had.

A very quiet place to stay, and within walking distance to city centre
