酒店位於市中心的大街上，往返機場及各大景點都非常方便。樓下還有超級市場。房間面積比預期中大，乾淨企理，廁所還有浴缸，玩完一整天後，可以浸浴消除疲勞。不過房間的隔音設施比較差，經常聽到走廊和隔籬房的聲音，睡眠質素會受影響。

The worst stay I have had in a hotel!!!! Booked an accessable bedroom for me and my mum who has mobility issues at the moment, with an accessable shower room, was given a accessable bath with a shower over the bath, which is no good for mys needs, the staffs responded with we have no other rooms sorry, so mum now can't have a shower for 2 days!!! (Attached photo shows the position she would have to be in to use it!) The TV doesn't even have basic free view (ironically it's a smart TV that you can't connect to the internet) and lights the keep flashing, and still the staffs responded with 'yer we don't have many channels, nothing we can do'. Worst stay i have ever had, I know thing can go wrong, but it's the attitude of 'there's nothing we can d" How about at least getting my booking right it's not rocket science!!

Booked a premier plus room. Super comfy bed. Room comes with coffee machine & bottled water. Spotless clean & location is fantastic. Right in centre & easy walk from bus station. Staff were super friendly & very helpful even swapping sparkling water to still for us. We also asked for extra coffee pods & nothing was too much trouble. We were also able to leave our luggage until leaving. Will def return when visiting jersey again.

Booked to stay at the hotel for 3 nights. Due to travel disruption I missed the first night but turned up for the other 2. I had prepaid in full for the 3 nights when I booked. Waking up on tue last day of the stay I noticed £99.30 come out of my account. I went to reception to ask what the charge was for. I was told that even though I’d paid for my room in full because I didn’t tell them I wasn’t arriving on the first night they charged me the full rate of that room if I’d have booked that day. I’d already paid for that room. Also while I was there they run out of coffee and milk for my room. A convenient location but absolutely hideous customer service.

Stayed here for two nights for a surprise birthday for my son who live in jersey.. very disappointed room 208 fort noticed black mould around the bath told reception nothing they could do ? Then woke up during the night and sat on the Engel of the bed window side only for a sharp pain and stabbing in the back of top of my leg a metal spring sticking out went down to reception and seen two males on reception that was around 2 am then went down again at 6am told them I couldn’t sleep in that bed showed them photos and video I did my wife went down for breakfast at 9:30 meeting up with my son and his children staying in another room and seen the young girl on reception told them I couldn’t girl what had happened with the spring and my leg. The receptionist came up to my room and asked could she see the spring to where we pulled the covers back and a big spring sticking out which had obviously been like that for awhile because everything was frayed around the spring she said she would move us, which didn’t happen my wife then went around doing a bit of shopping and came back only to be told nothing had been sorted out yet.at 1:345 pm went down again waiting to move rooms because we had to start getting ready for the party at 4 o’clock still nothing no room move the same girl on reception seemed like she wasn’t bothered I’ve now got scratches all down my left leg due to this spring sticking out of this mattress

The best staff I've ever dealt with in any hotel!!!! Richard is phenomenal!! And his team, specifically Maisy Viella and Cameron, made my stay perfection. I could not have asked for anything more, and they could not have been happier to help. Well done guys!!!! GIVE THEM A GOOD CHRISTMAS BONUS!!!

Good location if you want a quick stay, Wi-Fi was very slow , Lack of storage in the room , ok for 1 night but more would be a challenge . If you would like a view ask this at the time of booking. Lack of attention to detail , showing some signs of ware and tare now the building is a few years old. Breakfast ok good choice but lacking plain fresh orange juice. Have raised this point at the time of visit. Half TV. channels not working at the time.
