Beautiful antique stone building. Huge, quiet room with kitchenette. Well decorated and very clean.

Highly recommend having a romantic weekend getaway at this amazing hotel you will not regret it! It’s a beautiful city and minutes away from Niagara on the lake as well!

Love the rooms, large and beautifully decorated. Bed were very comfortable. Staff was very nice, great stay, will be returning.

When we arrived, we were given the wrong room. Upon check-in we were mixed up with another guest. Had to take all our stuff downstairs and then back up to the correct room.
Bed was comfortable but did make quite a bit of noise when getting in and out.
There were shutters between the bathroom and the bed. This made for a major lack of privacy when someone was using the washroom. (Not romantic, at all)
The television did not swivel very easily, and when we tried to move it, it felt as if it was going to fall off of mount. Also, the tv was stuck in a mode that the aspect ratio was off and we could only see part of the screen, despite going through all of the settings.
The room was mostly quiet, however it does face a main street, so noisy when the window is open.
Although there were these things to detract from our stay, we still enjoyed the space for the short time we were here, especially being close to many amenities.

Nice place to stay, very comfortable. My only issue would be I could not adjust the temperature. It was really cold this past weekend.
