Hotel Levante St Julian's, Affiliated by Melia

We checked in on the 4th July for a week and were thoroughly impressed with their exceptional customer service from the get go. Paul, who checked us in was friendly and welcoming. He even went to the lengths of helping my partner choose a spot to propose at. Vanessa and Sergio both provided us with detailed recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. They were just genuinely nice staff. Hotel: Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably, we didn’t have to ask for anything extra. Levantes pool is small. However, you can access Mistral with the larger pool and rooftop bar and Scirocco which has the gym. All are equally clean and enjoyable. Our room was great, however we found there wasn’t much storage. There was a rail and a drawer which we found wasn’t ideal for a week’s stay if you want to unpack. A chair would be appreciated in the room in order to sit at the desk. Breakfast: The breakfast is manned by Sergio, who is fantastic. The presentation and variety each morning was more than enough. There were always fresh fruit, pastries, meats and cheeses, cereal etc. There are also hot options, such as bacon, sausage, eggs and beans that you can request. Location: Levante is located directly opposite a newly built Mercury shopping district. There is a large supermarket called Welbee’s 2 minute walk away. This is also where the majority of buses stop. We aren’t party people, but to say we were next door to Paceville we didn’t experience any noise issues and could easily avoid it when out. There is something for everyone in St Julian’s. We didn’t have any issues trying to find a restaurant or somewhere for lunch. Although, I would recommend booking in peak seasons. The airport is around 20 minute drive away and inexpensive in a Bolt taxi. A massive thank you to Sergio, Luis and Vanessa for the cake and message in our room to celebrate our engagement. We recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back in the future.

Stayed at Hotel Levante for 3 nights for my hen do and had the best time! The hotel is clean, contemporary and located right in the heart of everything. Across the road from a mall and walking distance to the clubs and restaurants. There was a lot of choice for breakfast ranging from hot cooked food to yoghurt and granola, pastries and delicious fresh fruit. However, the highlight of the hotel is most definitely the staff! Everybody who we interacted with was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Ho prenotato e prepagato l'albergo il giorno stesso dell'arrivo su una piattaforma di prenotazione. Quando sono arrivato, verso le 20:00, era chiuso (entrata chiusa, luci spente). Ho verificato la mia E-mail e ho constatato che l'hotel mi ha scritto che sarei dovuto andare in un altro hotel, credo della medesima proprietà, a 100 m, che pure viene offerto sulla medesima piattaforma di prenotazione ma ha valutazioni peggiori e un prezzo leggermente inferiore. Ho rifiutato in quanto a mio modo di vedere vendere una struttura chiusa con una valutazione alta per poi dirottare i clienti su un'altra struttura è una pratica commerciale inaccettabile. Dopo aver trascorso diverso tempo via chat e poi per telefono con un rappresentate della piattaforma di prenotazione, che ha constatato che l'albergo prenotato non rispondeva al telefono, mi è stato assegnato un hotel di un'altra catena nelle vicinanze.

Siamo rientrati da poco, struttura nuova, stanza accogliente e rifornita di tutto. Colazione non molto abbondante ma di qualità. Il personale è gentilissimo Vanessa e Louis molto professionali e simpatici. Solo 2 pecche il frigo bar della stanza spento, ma potevi usare il frigo della cucina, assenza di tovaglie da tavola per la colazione. Lo consiglio vivamente
