The hotel is very new, and modern facility. The 65inch TV can be connected to mobile phone Youtube, and you can enjoy it when back to hotel. The service was excellent, and in particular to Hoque, who provided a home welcoming feeling after 18 hour long flight from Asia. On Christmas Day, the hotel restaurant was fully booked. Hoque helped us arrange a seat in the bar. And we had a wonderful Christmas dinner there. This hotel is highly recommended. Regarding the transportation, if you are willing to call Uber, this location definitely is not an issue.

Ok but DARK. I stayed here as part of a Gate 1 trip. Pros: Clean room and nice lobby. Bring a reusable water bottle and fill up daily from their source. It’s very good water. The location is very good. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. There are grocery stores that are close as well. Rooftop pool ok. Staff very nice. The daily breakfast is fine. Something for everyone. Cons: I found my room to be very dark even with the curtains open and all the lights on. The elevator is dark too. If your eyesight isn’t what it used to be, you may not like it here. My mattress has seen better days. I was quite shocked when I got in bed the first night and fell into a gully, but I did sleep well after 2 nights when I started taking Advil PM. If I could do it over, I would stay at the Hilton.

We checked in on the 4th July for a week and were thoroughly impressed with their exceptional customer service from the get go. Paul, who checked us in was friendly and welcoming. He even went to the lengths of helping my partner choose a spot to propose at. Vanessa and Sergio both provided us with detailed recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. They were just genuinely nice staff. Hotel: Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably, we didn’t have to ask for anything extra. Levantes pool is small. However, you can access Mistral with the larger pool and rooftop bar and Scirocco which has the gym. All are equally clean and enjoyable. Our room was great, however we found there wasn’t much storage. There was a rail and a drawer which we found wasn’t ideal for a week’s stay if you want to unpack. A chair would be appreciated in the room in order to sit at the desk. Breakfast: The breakfast is manned by Sergio, who is fantastic. The presentation and variety each morning was more than enough. There were always fresh fruit, pastries, meats and cheeses, cereal etc. There are also hot options, such as bacon, sausage, eggs and beans that you can request. Location: Levante is located directly opposite a newly built Mercury shopping district. There is a large supermarket called Welbee’s 2 minute walk away. This is also where the majority of buses stop. We aren’t party people, but to say we were next door to Paceville we didn’t experience any noise issues and could easily avoid it when out. There is something for everyone in St Julian’s. We didn’t have any issues trying to find a restaurant or somewhere for lunch. Although, I would recommend booking in peak seasons. The airport is around 20 minute drive away and inexpensive in a Bolt taxi. A massive thank you to Sergio, Luis and Vanessa for the cake and message in our room to celebrate our engagement. We recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back in the future.

This is a decent mid range small hotel just off the madness of the St Julians *****. Staff were friendly on arrival but be advised they ask for your credit card to take a refundable 100 Euro room deposit. Room was decent sized, clean (new towels etc every day), plenty of sockets, bed not all bad and critically for me really quiet. Bathroom decent sized with a bath although water pressure was low. There is a swimming pool on the roof which we didn't use as it shuts at 7pm. Breakfast was decent with friendly staff and a good veggie selection. Meat looked decent quality. All in all a very good mid range hotel experience.

Decent size rooms but if you have to stay there get a room at the back. Rooms near the street are noisy as there are loads of bars in the area and music and screaming youngsters until 3-4 am. Breakfast is modest but fine for most travelers. Location is very close to town center.

Staff was willing to help, but did not fullfill their promises. The location is good, very close to the centre of Paceville. However, the gym and indoor pool are closed, which was not reported on their site, so it was a bummer that those were not available. We had counted on it.

I had a wonderful stay at the Fitch Hotel and can confidently say it was one of the if not the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel is brand new, and everything—from the rooms to the gym—is in top condition. The design is modern and stylish, and the rooms are exceptionally spacious, which made the stay very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable, too. Breakfast was great, with a delicious à la carte option every morning. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Another big plus was the included airport transfer. The location is excellent—very central, making it easy to get around. For around €60 per night (out of season), the value for money is outstanding. I've never had a better value for money anywhere. If I will return to Malta, I will come back Fitch Hotel for sure.
