Hotel 3 Bintang di St. Julian＇s

The location is in the midst of the nightlife in St Julian's, so expect some noise flowing over to the rooms. You can mitigate this by asking for a room that faces away from the hustle and bustle, but just that this will then not have any views. Service wise was good but could be better - I was going to move over to the Intercontinental after my stay here and considering that both hotels are under the IHG group, I had expected them to help with the move. However they asked me to reach out to Intercontinental on my own.

Un' accoglienza impeccabile da parte di tutto lo staff, dall' inizio sino alla fine del nostro soggiorno, in questo delizioso e nuovissimo hotel a 15 minuti a piedi dalla baia di Balluta!!! Al nostro arrivo una (gradita e grande) Bottiglia di acqua minerale ed un adattatore di presa.La nostra camera e bagno erano grandi ,puliti e confortevoli . È previsto il cambio giornaliero di asciugamani ( se si desidera) e,su richiesta , è disponibile il ferro da stiro. La colazione è servita sul terrazzo panoramico al 7 piano , accanto all' hotel una strada con parcheggio libero e ,poco distante, una fermata autobus ed un piccolo supermercato per ogni evenienza.Zorana si è da subito mostrata premurosa e disponibile per ogni chiarimento, fornendoci il suo numero di cellulare ed indicandoci anche un riferimento per il noleggio di uno scooter, indispensabile per poter visitare al meglio l isola .Un ringraziamento particolare alla ragazza incaricata di servire la colazione ed alla elegante Signora che ,il giorno della nostra partenza, ci ha chiamato un taxi per l aeroporto semplificandoci le cose. Ancora Grazie di cuore 💓, sperando di poterci rivedere presto !!!!

Akses Internet wayarles percuma membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung, manakala program satelit disediakan untuk hiburan anda. Bilik mandi dilengkapkan dengan kelengkapan dandanan diri berjenama dan pengering rambut. Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi telefon serta peti besi dan meja.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è super. La posizione è ottima, comodissimo per uscire al centro di Paceville. L'albergo è molto pulito, il personale gentilissimo. La stanza era nuovissima e lo stesso il bagno. Lo risceglierò sicuramente la prossima volta che torno a Malta

We wanted a place to stay near the beach in Malta. We were a bit nervous after reading previous reviews, but it wasn’t the case for us at all! We had a nice room with air conditioning. The room and the bathroom were clean. Towels were provided. If you habe trouble sleeping with noise, do bring ear plugs as some rooms are directly near the street. We weren’t too bothered with the noise. The only downside of the room was the water pressure of the shower, which is quite a minor complaint. The location of the hotel is great, many clubs, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Staff was super friendly and helpful, we were able to leave our luggage and go to the pool prior to check-in. All in all, we would recommend and stay again!

Reception staff helped with early check in and responded to email enquiry promptly out of hours  Room was serviced properly every day Quiet ant night and very location a short walk from Spinola Bay/St Julian’s- safe at night  WiFi in room only downside. Very poor signal and hard to connect too all week

Stayed at this hotel for a week in September as a couple, the location is very good and you can’t hear anything from the streets outside at night. A few issues- The smell from the drain in the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, it would knock you out. We put the bin over it and it worked slightly but the entire room smelled, as did all our clothing which had to be washed twice when we got home. Also there were woodlouse on the floor in the bathroom. The ‘cleaning’ of the room- all they do is make the bed and give you new towels and some toilet roll, and this is done at 8:30 in the morning- we ended up just putting up the do not disturb sign all week so we didn’t get wakened up at the crack of dawn. You only get one room key, which controls the electricity in the room… therefore you can’t really keep anything cold in the fridge when you are out for the day. Finally- on our last night at 11:45pm a hotel worker entered our room while we were asleep told us that someone was out on our balcony and others were complaining about the noise as someone was stuck out on our balcony shouting to be let in!?? We had to be up at 2:45am for our flight so had been sleeping from 9pm. This was quite scary at the time and meant I didn’t get back to sleep at all before the flight. The man who entered was apologetic but it’s not really good enough- if I were on my own it would have been scarier, thankfully my partner was there. In hindsight id rather have spent more money on a better hotel :)

Staff was willing to help, but did not fullfill their promises. The location is good, very close to the centre of Paceville. However, the gym and indoor pool are closed, which was not reported on their site, so it was a bummer that those were not available. We had counted on it.

Il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Onyx a San Julian, Malta, è stato semplicemente stupendo. Sin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con un calore e una disponibilità eccezionali da parte del personale, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza con professionalità e cortesia. La pulizia dell'hotel è impeccabile, con stanze sempre ordinate e perfettamente igienizzate, un dettaglio che abbiamo molto apprezzato e che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole e rilassante. La colazione merita un 10 pieno: ricca, variegata e di alta qualità, è il modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata. Ogni mattina siamo stati deliziati da una vasta scelta di prodotti freschi e gustosi che hanno soddisfatto appieno le nostre aspettative. Quando torneremo a Malta, l'Hotel Onyx sarà senza dubbio il nostro punto di riferimento. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel a chiunque desideri un soggiorno all'insegna del comfort, della pulizia e dell'ospitalità eccellente.
