Il rapporto qualità prezzo è super. La posizione è ottima, comodissimo per uscire al centro di Paceville. L'albergo è molto pulito, il personale gentilissimo. La stanza era nuovissima e lo stesso il bagno. Lo risceglierò sicuramente la prossima volta che torno a Malta

Modern hotel in a great central spot. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were spacious and many of the facilities e.g. television and wifi were good. Shower being situated in the room for a twin birth was impractical, meaning one of us had to leave the room whilst they other showered. Shower curtain provided for privacy but see through. Our shower also leaked all over the bedroom floor every-time it was used.

Il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Onyx a San Julian, Malta, è stato semplicemente stupendo. Sin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con un calore e una disponibilità eccezionali da parte del personale, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza con professionalità e cortesia. La pulizia dell'hotel è impeccabile, con stanze sempre ordinate e perfettamente igienizzate, un dettaglio che abbiamo molto apprezzato e che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole e rilassante. La colazione merita un 10 pieno: ricca, variegata e di alta qualità, è il modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata. Ogni mattina siamo stati deliziati da una vasta scelta di prodotti freschi e gustosi che hanno soddisfatto appieno le nostre aspettative. Quando torneremo a Malta, l'Hotel Onyx sarà senza dubbio il nostro punto di riferimento. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel a chiunque desideri un soggiorno all'insegna del comfort, della pulizia e dell'ospitalità eccellente.

Stayed at this hotel for a week in September as a couple, the location is very good and you can’t hear anything from the streets outside at night. A few issues- The smell from the drain in the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, it would knock you out. We put the bin over it and it worked slightly but the entire room smelled, as did all our clothing which had to be washed twice when we got home. Also there were woodlouse on the floor in the bathroom. The ‘cleaning’ of the room- all they do is make the bed and give you new towels and some toilet roll, and this is done at 8:30 in the morning- we ended up just putting up the do not disturb sign all week so we didn’t get wakened up at the crack of dawn. You only get one room key, which controls the electricity in the room… therefore you can’t really keep anything cold in the fridge when you are out for the day. Finally- on our last night at 11:45pm a hotel worker entered our room while we were asleep told us that someone was out on our balcony and others were complaining about the noise as someone was stuck out on our balcony shouting to be let in!?? We had to be up at 2:45am for our flight so had been sleeping from 9pm. This was quite scary at the time and meant I didn’t get back to sleep at all before the flight. The man who entered was apologetic but it’s not really good enough- if I were on my own it would have been scarier, thankfully my partner was there. In hindsight id rather have spent more money on a better hotel :)

This was my first time at Antoniel Suites. I arrived late at night after midnight from the airport. Once I arrived I found the door locked and nobody was at the reception. Initially, I was anxious and worried, not sure of what to do but then luckily I found a big note mentioning the working times of the reception and the numbers to contact in case we needed help. I called the number and I received assistance directly. It was my mistake because I did not inform the reception of my arrival time even though they had sent me a message but due to my busy schedule, I missed the opportunity to check the message and reply on time. In this context, while this is a negative point that a reception must be available 24/7 since standard hotels will have this in place, however, I am thankful to the hotel for the fact they accommodated my need immediately when I arrived despite the odd hour. Also, they were accessible via WhatsApp number/call. However, I do strongly recommend the hotel administration change this and instead have a 24/7 receptionist since it can be intimidating for people at the first instance to not find anyone at the counter and a door locked. In terms of the room's cleanliness, it was reasonably clean and the bed was comfortable. Also, the balcony view was the best part because I could keep it open at night and sleep instead of using air conditioning. In terms of the basic amenities, i.e., there was no toothpaste or tooth brush or water bottle or kettle so do not expect anything luxury. Whether I would stay here again, I am not sure because it did not fulfil all my requirements and from a value for money perspective no it does not deserve that much because there were minimal requirements in place, however I would like to thank you the staff because they were friendly, helpful to the best of their ability and dealt with guests with respect and utmost professionalism.
