Hotel St. Julian＇s dengan Spa

Very nice hotel with great customer service. Dealt with Malcolm and other than speaking 3 to 4 languages he’s capable and pleasant to deal with. I suggest getting into the club since it has a nice breakfast selection and aperitif. I imagined a better experience in the rooftop restaurant but the best thing they have is the view.

Myself and my fiancé stayed at this gorgeous boutique hotel for 5 nights and we fell in love with the place! Firstly, the view from the rooftop pool is stunning! We had to check it out as soon as we got there after following the hotel on Instagram for weeks. We were not disappointed! Pool was gorgeous and it's a very relaxing area. For us the most important thing on this trip was finding a hotel that wasn't noisy at nighttime and thankfully we couldn't hear a thing! Bed was extremely comfortable and shower was very good. But can I just say a massive well done to the housekeeping team because they done an excellent job every single day! The whole hotel was spotless. We will never stay in another hotel in Malta we were that impressed so thank you Juliani Hotel staff for making our trip a wonderful one! Lastly, we went for a couples massage in The Royale Spa. I am a spa therapist myself and I can tell you that our massages were one of the best we've ever had so if anyone is staying in this hotel then do yourselves a favour and visit the spa. The therapists are absolutely AMAZING! We look forward to our return!

The service was good. We had an early flight on our last day and the staff at the reception kindly arranged breakfast takeaway for us. However, the hotel location is only good for people that like to party since there are a lot of bars and club’s downstairs and therefore during the night it’s pretty loud also due to the bad sound isolation of the hotel. If you want to explore the city or the harbour more I suggest stay in Sliema or Valletta instead. The breakfast is ok. The steam bath in IHG doesn’t work which is quite a shame.

I was very happy that they treated me kindly and courteously without showing any dislike at all, even though my understanding of English was not good at all.

When we arrived for check in we had problems with the booking as we was given the wrong room type by the supplier as we booked partial sea view room and we was checked into elegant non balcony room. The room was not what was expecting and we was disappointed and it ruined our stay at the hotel and the hotel was fully booked so we couldnt switch to the room we payed for. But we did get alot of help from Theo who worked in the reservations department. He tryed his best to accommodate us to the right room he was very friendly and polite and kept us updated all the time on the process, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked, Though it wasent the hotels fault it was trip.com/expedia he offered breakfast for free during our whole stay at the hotel as a consultation for all the hassle during the stay. Trip.com did offer to reimburse the money we had lost paying for the pricer room type while we was staying in a lower cost room, but we was disappointed in the compensation trip.com offered us and this ruined our whole holiday. And apparently this has happened on many occasions to other guests so my suggestion is the definately call the hotel of your booking agency to confirm your room. Hotel is lovely and clean. Deluxe marina view was well worth the upgrade. Lovely views on an evening. It is a little outside the main town which we were glad of, but means there's not much local in the way of shops to be able to grab water/general supplies. Dining staff were lovely as we're cleaning staff. Reception staff were efficient but not overly welcoming. There is a bit of building working going on but haedly noticeable. I would definitely retun and will recommend to others.

My wife and I stayed here for a week. We knew by the price we paid it was more likely to be a UK 4 star than the 5 star rating it had received and so it proved. There are plenty of positives: 1) the decor is lovely, there is some great art work and it is very pleasant surroundings. 2) The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities, the spa is great the rooftop swimming pool whilst small is a delight when using the sunloungers. 3) the room sizes, we were in one of the smallest rooms (1110) and it was still very generously proportioned. The in room amenities, the TV is big, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom nice (we did not have any of the shower issues others have had). 4) the breakfast bar was good with a mix of local dishes and standard food. It is not great as some times food got cold but still enjoyable all the same. There are though some things holding this place back. 1) the location is at the top of a hill from the coastline, to be honest this should be expected for the whole of Malta but taxi and mini bus drivers find it difficult to find and it is taxing on your legs particularly as my wife has mobility difficulties. 2) the service - everything was reactive, tea/coffee at breakfast took to long, we had an issue with air con that took two days to fix and it was only the second night we were offered a different room for the nights stay. Check in took to long. For a 4 or 5 star we would expect there to be more proactive service than this. Cleaning trollies are left in the hallway all day. 3) the air con and mosquitos, when the air con was not working mosquito’s seemed to love entering our room and that was not pleasant. 4) The rooms are not sound proofed so you do get to hear plenty of noise and just general chat from other rooms etc. 4)

Excellent hotel and facilities. Food and drink choices excellent. Special thanks to Brian on concierge who was outstanding help making arrangements for trips and local knowledge. Overall 10/10 and we will definitely come back again soon.

I was a little worried after reading reviews, however the hotel was clean and acceptable. The room could do with updating but had everything we needed. Staff were really friendly and on hand to help. There was a good selection at breakfast however, the hot food could do with being kept hotter. The hotel is currently surrounded by building sites so it’s not overly quiet during the day which does effect the rooftop pool experience. The pool bar tender was lovely and worked really hard, he could do with a extra pair of hands! I was worried that we were too close to the party part of the island but there was good sound proofing and we were a few streets away from the main *****. St Julian’s is lovely, Paceville is where you go if you want to party. Overall a good experience, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

At the Marriott, Atrio Bistro we met for the Summer Sunday Lunch Roast. An awesome experience thanks to Marta's help and her team. We have been suggested the private room and have been very pleased with the hospitality. There's a vast selection of wines, their anti-pasto is exquisite and the pasta is delicious. The selection of meat from the Carvery table served by the helpful Chef is mouth watering and we hardly had space for our desert. Excellent value for money and service with a smile throughout. Would surely recommend this restaurant for special occasions or group gathering, enjoying the beautiful Balluta Bay views, the exquisite food and the service with a smile.
