Hotel St. Julian＇s dengan Spa

It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel. It’s old and grey. Breakfast is a mess, swimming pool is full of people and difficult to get sun beds there. The beach is way to small for the capacity of the hotel. The hotel itself is quite old and it’s located on a busy street, but that’s all. No sea view and the construction ne t door is very loud. The reception desk was fine and we got 2h additional before we check in, because we got to the hotel earlier - that’s a plus. Besides, I would not recommend it.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel . 5 star stay. Rooms beautiful clean and luxurious. Views absolutely stunning. We had the best time. Buses take you all over the island and taxis are easy and cheap. Lots of wonderful restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Staff at this hotel are all amazing polite and welcoming. Rooms spotless and comfortable. Rooftop bar and pool excellent. Breakfast with lots of choice. Would recommend to everyone and will definitely be staying again very soon. It is a hidden gem thank you for our wonderful 10 day stay xx

The location is in the midst of the nightlife in St Julian's, so expect some noise flowing over to the rooms. You can mitigate this by asking for a room that faces away from the hustle and bustle, but just that this will then not have any views. Service wise was good but could be better - I was going to move over to the Intercontinental after my stay here and considering that both hotels are under the IHG group, I had expected them to help with the move. However they asked me to reach out to Intercontinental on my own.

The best place to be with the best check in made by Ms. Chiamaka No other place are do good as this one in Malta Best best locations with Cinema, bowling, bars and restaurants night clubs and shoppings all around the hotel 24 hours life. Best experience in the Malta lifestyle

When we arrived for check in we had problems with the booking as we was given the wrong room type by the supplier as we booked partial sea view room and we was checked into elegant non balcony room. The room was not what was expecting and we was disappointed and it ruined our stay at the hotel and the hotel was fully booked so we couldnt switch to the room we payed for. But we did get alot of help from Theo who worked in the reservations department. He tryed his best to accommodate us to the right room he was very friendly and polite and kept us updated all the time on the process, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked, Though it wasent the hotels fault it was trip.com/expedia he offered breakfast for free during our whole stay at the hotel as a consultation for all the hassle during the stay. Trip.com did offer to reimburse the money we had lost paying for the pricer room type while we was staying in a lower cost room, but we was disappointed in the compensation trip.com offered us and this ruined our whole holiday. And apparently this has happened on many occasions to other guests so my suggestion is the definately call the hotel of your booking agency to confirm your room. Staying at Cavalieri Art Hotel in Malta was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was greeted with warmth and sophistication. The room boasted stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, and its modern amenities ensured a comfortable stay. The hotel's location, nestled along the coast of St. Julian's Bay, provided easy access to both cultural attractions and vibrant nightlife. The staff's hospitality surpassed expectations, catering to every need with a smile. My first experience in Malta was made unforgettable by Cavalieri Art Hotel – a true gem!!

This is the best hotel that we’ve ever stayed at. We booked the Cirque de Malta room. The staff here are incredible, consistently going the extra mile to make your stay luxurious. Everything we asked for, within a few minutes it was delivered to our room, if we had an issue someone was there to sort it out. The room was spotlessly clean. The spa facilities are fantastic, the masseuses deliver an expert, relaxing experience. I loved the shower walk experience. There’s lots of choice for breakfast. Location is great, a few minutes down to the ferry crossing to Valletta and some of the main bus stops. Hot tub on our private terrace was great. It was difficult to make ourselves leave the hotel to explore the island! Decor is quirky and well conceived. I cannot stress enough how brilliant all the staff were, from housekeeping to maintenance to the spa team to the front of house staff, everyone we spoke to just delivered fantastic hospitality and customer service. Would definitely recommend and if we come back to Malta we will be staying here.

We visited the hotel and Malta for the first time in May. Following a late arrival we ordered a room service meal which was prompt and tasty. The breakfasts were excellent. The food is laid out in bays so you can help yourself to a wide selection including some local items. Hardworking and polite staff serving coffee/ tea. Concierge were always helpful and attentive room service ensured a comfortable stay. There are multiple terraces and pools and an indoor pool, gym, spa etc everything for a relaxing break. A local bus (No 14) service to Valetta leaves nearby.

Ok but DARK. I stayed here as part of a Gate 1 trip. Pros: Clean room and nice lobby. Bring a reusable water bottle and fill up daily from their source. It’s very good water. The location is very good. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. There are grocery stores that are close as well. Rooftop pool ok. Staff very nice. The daily breakfast is fine. Something for everyone. Cons: I found my room to be very dark even with the curtains open and all the lights on. The elevator is dark too. If your eyesight isn’t what it used to be, you may not like it here. My mattress has seen better days. I was quite shocked when I got in bed the first night and fell into a gully, but I did sleep well after 2 nights when I started taking Advil PM. If I could do it over, I would stay at the Hilton.

I visit Malta frequently but this is my fist time at the Marriott and I am staying here as I write this. I don’t normally write such lengthy reviews! Serious investment has been put into the hotel building and facilities and the quality clearly reflects this, but it is the staff who clearly stand out and make the stay for guests so enjoyable. It’s not perfect, but the bar is set very high here. At a time where the hospitality Industry is having recruitment issues it makes the level of service even more impressive. The staff everywhere are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. Their recruitment and staff development/ training and retention model obviously works extremely well. The only negative issue I had in the whole visit was not caused by the hotel, but by a ‘chocolate ice cream’ incident late one night on the main terrace. I felt for the staff as they clearly aim for the highest of standards and when things are beyond their control and spoil things, it must be so frustrating. I do thank Alex his team for trying to resolve the issue. They were first rate. Reception An area I feel can spoil a hotel. It certainly did for me at a recent stay in a Meliá hotel where staff were too corporate, too unhelpful and too impersonal. Not here! The welcome and care were exemplary. Bars Excellent service and quality. Lovely settings. Again, staff could not be better. Pool The 12th floor pool is the only negative as it is too small for a hotel of this size. The new pool area. which looks almost complete and extremely impressive, will make a huge and positive difference to the hotel. However we still enjoyed the pool area and the drinks and meals were very good. Staff extremely helpful Rooms We stayed in a suite and it was immaculate, comfortable and very relaxing. Room service and cleaning were first class. Lovely staff once again. M Lounge/Room I’m not sure what I’ve paid to have access so cavy Comment on whether it’s worth it or not ,but it’s been a very very pleasant experience. Breakfast in there is perfect for me. Quiet, peaceful, lovely views and amazing staff. Being able to call in during the day to cool off and enjoy some evening drinks is very enjoyable. Staff could not be better. Snacks on an evening are varied, delicious and really well presented. In comparison I usually stay at IHG due to points etc but have been lucky to now receive corporate rates at Marriott. I visit Malta regularly and would usually stay at the Palace - I am due to stay there again shortly so it will be interesting to compare. I have visited the Phoenecian and it’s beautiful and is a similar price range really . It’s stunning but I think I prefer the atmosphere here. I think the Marriott is the stand out hotel for me and I will be switching loyalty programmes I think because of this hotel. I do love the Palace because of it’s location and overall quality, but think I will probably by choosing the Marriott in future
