Just finishing up our 10days away, hotel has been great, pool is beautiful and there’s plenty of sun loungers, staff super friendly. We were upgraded from garden view to sea view the only downside of this was being right at the top of the hill! The views were beautiful but the hill is a killer if you’re unfit! Luckily if you’re sensible you only have to go up it twice a day. The booze isn’t watered down and the cocktails are strong! The beer is pretty decent as are the mocktails. The only down side of this hotel is the food, I’m veggie and have pretty much eaten the same thing lunch and dinner for 10days. The meat selection is a bit better but it’s all much of a muchness.

Very nice Hotel located in nice area within walking distance from Ouranoupoli. Food is good although meat quality could be better. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful, they will assist you with taxi ordering or any other tasks. Room was nice and tidy , air condition was efficent and kept room temperature nice and low. Pool is nice. Hotel beach is very nice. The only problem is despite the note to not reserve the sunbeds with your towelles people wake up early in the morning and still do so. Bar is really nice. Bar staff is helpful and they don`t hesitate to take an extra step to meet your needs. Bartender Til in particular was rally chatty and nice. Overall I am recommending this place for a nice family holiday

First, we were greeted by annoyed stuff at reception, and ewe were told to wait for a bit, even though we came after check in time first room we got was on a lower floor even though we paid extra for upper flow near reception building, we got rooms on the highest building, to which we couldn’t even drive up to We asked for a second room right away, and got in the same building, but it was said it was on a first floor Second room was not cleaned at all, stains on everything When we requested another room, stuff became angry ( like it was our mistake for a bed sheets having a red stain) Final room we stayed in was on a ground floor, at least clean. Room was cleaned everyday by stuff and they did an okay job. Food was okay, something for everyone. A bit lacking on a desserts. Hotel itself is very pretty, lots of trees, nice sitting aeras, nice entertainment center , only downside is it being on a very high hill Pool is very nice, we liked it a lot, lacking a “snack” that was promised but whatever Beach is terrible. Its not sand, rather smaller rocks that really hurt your feet, and if rocks aren’t s problem, so much trash, cigarettes leftovers, cups etc probably are. It looks like it hadn’t been cleaned ever. Water is warm and clear. Big problem is also parking, be aware that you have small chance to parking near your building. At beach you can rent a boat and go to Islands across. Please, for your safety , don’t n pick a smaller if its only 2 persons. We almost ended in the middle of sea due to strong winds and a small, weak boat which was falling apart. But I still recommend to visit islands

The hotel is good, we went with TUI so the first thing to say is there is no children's pool! The pool that is there has a sloping beach ramp type feel but it made it that one of us always needed to be in the pool. However the pool was clean, and the pool staff very friendly and helpful. Entertainment: very little, no children's entertainment, and very little adult entertainment one night a sax player, one night greek dancers but the rest just music on speakers. The all inclusive pool side snacks are terrible, it's sandwiches, I was expecting crisps, ice cream, chips, burgers etc but just stale sandwiches. We ended up buying snacks for the minimart in the hotel around 3.50 eur for a sharing crisps. Beach, was very very crowded and not very clean lots of rubbish, stained parasols, dirty tables.. The sea however was beautiful, crystal clear and you just float. The rooms are lovely, very clean, attentive staff, comfy beds and great Aircon. We had a family room but essentially it was 2 rooms with a bathroom in the middle which was great. Food was it was ok, not a great vegetarian selection but as long as there were chips we got by. I liked the they had a children's dinner area too, it can be a bit of a Scrabble as people really full their plates and take lots to put in the middle of they tables (not sure if this is a cultural thing?). The wine with the meal was terrible though! Overall, the hotel was ok, improvements could be made. I wouldn't come here again on an all inclusive because of the food but we had a really enjoyable holiday and made lots of lovely memories as a family. And as a last point take lots of mosquito repellent, we were eaten every night at the pool or on our balcony.

Just spent 2 weeks at this hotel and have to say there's little to dislike Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help improve your stay, rooms are clean and tidy maybe a little basic but more than adequate Pool and beach are by far the selling point absolutely outstanding, infact the only negative I would make is the food is very repetitive in saying that we never went hungry I personally would highly recommend the resort

Wow where to start hotel Amazing and so clean we had been upgraded to sea view room and although the hill was a killer for first few days the view from our balcony was beautiful and worth every step, Food was amazing found something different for each day salads so good meats amazing had a wide range to suit all, Staff were all so lovely and made our holiday so much more at ease anything we needed they went out of there way to help all the pool staff were amazing tilemachos, gogo, dimos really made our holiday maria at reception was lovely so caring helped us so much the staff work so hard in the heat and should be appreciated so much. Boat trips from beach are a must do 185euros for day you drive yourself around some beautiful beaches. Taxis to town are 8 euros there and 8 euros back and restaurants are amazing. Hotel is nice and rooms with sea view have nice view from the hill. People with mobility issues should consider notifying reception in advance on room preferencies. Pros: - clean sea, - polite personell, - nice pool - location of hotel in nice sorroundings Cons: - work hours of pool and beach bar should be extended until 19h al least in peak seson. - no bottled water only on mashine tap filtered which is a problem due to work hours of pool bar ( until 23h) and beach bar ( until 18h) no water afterwards - food is same every 3 days, meat should be more quality and variety as well as sea fish ( not only sardins, trout and pangasius) - small beach for hotel capacity you must wake up at 7-8 latest to set a towel and have lounge at the beach

There are no animators in playground like last year. Generally, the animators had a weak engagement and shortened the time for the children's entertainment. Some days, the food was not so tasty, with no choices, they probably change a chef. There is better selection of coffee than last year. A lot of sun umbrellas on the beach are broken, and the tables are often dirty. Reception staff is very very polite. Last year a lot of things were better organised and cleaner.

We had a great family vacation end of June - beginning of July 2024. Hotel is nice, with green areas, surrounded by woods and with a beautiful beach. The staff is very kind, polite and friendly. They are focused on making guests happy and satisfied. Everyone are working hard, however always greeting guests with a smile. Restaurant - the best thing (that I saw for the first time) is the organization in the restaurant. There are several spots with plates, which is the main reason why there are no queues and waiting to get the food, even when the restaurant is full. What a great solution to make no queues in the restaurant! And the hotel was full when we stayed there. The manager Eleni is doing a great job, everything in the restaurant is very well organized. Restaurant personnel clean all the time and refill the food. Even if you come before the end of the meal, there is food and they are refilling it until the end of the meal. There is enough space in the restaurant, no waiting for a free table. We were satisfied with the food. The variety of dishes was good. The only thing that could be better in the restaurant is air conditioning. It was hot during lunchtime and sometimes the air conditioning was completely off in some parts of the restaurant. Even if it worked, it was too warm inside. Reception - kind and polite personnel, willing to help. We had an unpleasant situation at the beginning of our vacation, they reacted quickly, solved the problem and approached us with the solution. They are focused on guests, trying to make them satisfied. At the end, we were satisfied which was the most important. If there is any problem in the room, they will repair it asap, which is also a way of taking care of guests and trying to make their stay at the hotel pleasant. Pool - we didn’t use it, so I can’t tell anything about it. Beach - nice, clean, sandy, with some stones. Towels provided with deposit. Beach bar - very kind and polite elderly gentleman working in the beach bar. And always with a smile. Beach and pool bar - some solution for plastic cups (that are not placed in the right way) should be found. There is no cup holder and guests are taking cups, touch not only the cup they will take (it's almost impossible to take only 1 plastic cup without touching others, they are stuck together). It would be good to have something that will hold cups so that everyone could easily take one by one, without touching other cups. Not only adults but also children. This is for hygienic reasons. There is no real Coca-Cola or Pepsi, but some concentrate mixed with carbonated water. In my opinion, this should be much better, at least to have a real Coca Cola or Pepsi. Rooms are nice. Our second room was very clean and the lady who cleaned the room (a lady from Corfu) was so nice and polite. Our overall impression is very positive, we felt like at home and we would definitely like to come back again.
