Hotel un peu excentré et éloigné de la mer. Très grand complexe. La c était très agréable car il y avait peu de monde. Le personnel est très disponible et agréable. Les buffets ont une offre importantes pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner mais c est surtout de la cuisine internationale et c est pas très bon. Vraiment le point négatif ce sont les lits qui sont très durs et inconfortables. Vraiment pas un 5 étoiles . Un très bon 3 étoiles c'est tout.

The Alexandros Palace advertises itself as a 5* hotel. It certainly isn't. First impressions are good from an imposing reception area but from there on it is not a 5* experience. The biggest problem with this hotel is the food. It is AWFUL! Poor quality ingredients, cooked badly, and served stone cold all the time! We did not have one hot meal here. There are grandiose gestures towards finer dining, a dress code for male guests, a Maitre D' and a " Wait to be seated " sign but this is no better than a poor quality canteen. One night Chicken nuggets were served, cold, and with no children on site. 5* fayre? We complained to the Maitre D' regarding the temperature of the food and his response was that if we had told him earlier he would have put our food in the Microwave!! One morning I was trying to decide if I could stomach another stone cold fried egg when a chef appeared from the kitchen with a new batch. Thinking that I would have a hot egg at last I selected one from the new batch it was stone cold directly from the Kitchen! Overall our experience in The Alexandros Palace was a huge disappointment

I needed a place to relax and stay away from the city for a few days. Alexandros Palace was the right place for me. I looked for a place close to nature, Mount Athos and one of the most important things to me "silence". Facility: The facility was clean, and the staff was extremely kind. The Beach: I read some reviews mentioning the beach being far. The beach is literally 40 metres away. I did not measure :) (just saying it was close) There's a walking path and it is safe. There's a beach bar providing drinks and anything you need and a professional kitchen bar grilling amazing meat, burgers and whatever. The Hotel's Restaurant: The food was nice, sometimes it can be crowded, I advise going there a bit later. Breakfast: I live in the UK, therefore finding eggs bacon and whatnot is really tops. However, they really have everything. The Facility: Wifi - Great Transportation from the Airport to the HOtel - Ask, if they could help if paid in advance. Rooms - Very clean What is the right audience? Families, groups of friends, couples in general whoever seeks silence (like me), relaxation, and a moment where you can really sit with yourself and breathe.

It's my second time visiting and this time we decided to get married in this location. In the beginning, I was a bit worried but the management was so detailed and took care of every need. My wife and I were extremely happy. They over-delivered in every aspect. I really loved the way the hotel was structured ( company values/culture). You could feel the warm Mediterranean hospitality where everybody was kind. As mentioned above, we had already come. It is a great hotel! Furthermore, if you need to organise a wedding, or something similar I recommend Alexandros Palace. They organised our wedding and I now have the best memories of my life. You won't regret it.

This hotel is awesome! I was there whit my family for 2 nights and we found it very clean. The food is very good and you have much choose but my favorite part is the beautiful sea-view and the very kind staff.

Not a 5* hotel. Grounds were looking very tired in areas. We were “upgraded” to a sea view room which needed a LOT of modernisation. Paid extra for a junior suite which was lovely. The beach is lovely and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Food was ok but very repetitive, we chose to eat out for breakfast and evening meal for the last 3 days as couldn’t face the same food again. 10 euros for pool towels!!! I’ve never had to pay for pool towels before at any hotel I’ve stayed at. We did go out of season but it would have been nice to have some entertainment on an evening. Extremely quiet area and definitely need a car if you’re wanting to get out and about.
