Amazing
GGuest UserNicely and conveniently located in neighborhood San Telmo with some small shops (one cute empanada shop that is worth trying!) in the street. The people at the reception are very friendly and helpful - if you need a local sim card for your stay you can ask them to help you fix it in 5 minutes.
We were a bit less enthusiastic about the rooms - they are quite small (we couldn't fit our two suitcases, but if you're traveling with backpack it should be okay) and a bit outdated and the sheets/pillow smelled musty.. For the same price that we paid, we had a much nicer/cleaner stay in another hotel down the road. The vibe in the hostel was really good though, it seemed like a lot of guests knew each other, so it's a great place to meet people.

ブエノスアイレスのオベリスクや地下鉄の駅、バスターミナルから徒歩5分以内でアクセスできます。
ホテル前は7月9日通りに面しており、治安面でも安心でした。
両替所も隣にあるので、すぐ現金も用意できます。
・部屋紹介
スーペリアツインルームに泊まりました。
部屋内には冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ポット、簡易キッチン、デスクと椅子、テレビなどがありました。
エアコンも自分で調節できます。
シャワーの温度調節がかなり難しかったのと、洗面台からお湯しか出てこなかったです。
・朝食
ホテル横のレストランで朝食のセットをどれか1つを選ぶ方式でした。（私のときは5種類ありました）
・宿泊感想
一番は立地がすごくいいことです！
目の前は大通りに面していますし、ホテル内からは外が見えますが、外からはホテル内が見えない構造になっているので、治安面でも安心です。
1つ不満点はシャワーの温度調節が難しいこと、洗面台からはお湯しか出なかったことです。
従業員の人の対応はすごく良く、スペイン語も英語も分からない私に丁寧に対応してくれました。

GGuest Useri stayed in a room with private bathroom for only one night. the location of the hotel is very good, i can travel to most of the places on foot. bed is comfortable, room is big, nice and clean, the receptionist is extremely nice and helpful, wifi is strong also. however there is a lot of noise coming from the hotel guests and with all the smell of cigarette which make me difficult to sleep, but this is not the fault of the hotel, I hope the travelers can be more considerable. I didn't have chance to try the breakfast because my flight is in the early morning.

LLady Kwenadi🚫 SCAM ALERT at Art Factory Soho, Buenos Aires 🚫
While staying at Art Factory Soho in Buenos Aires, a man contacted me via WhatsApp and told me I had to pay $50 before he would give me the code to my room.
I asked other people who had stayed there, and they all confirmed: no one else had to pay any $50. That’s when I realized — this man was trying to scam me.
This kind of thing should never happen at a hotel. There was no warning, no protection, and no accountability. I would not recommend staying here. You should feel safe when you travel — not targeted.

BBem08The hotel is both morally and physically outdated, the floor is creaky, the doors are also on their last legs :) but there is warm water and a bed, enough to spend the night. There is almost no soundproofing from the street, however, everything that happens outside the window can be heard all night. The pillows are high, for me they were uncomfortable. There is Internet, good coverage, a simple breakfast (coffee and croissants with jam). The hotel took a small local fee, asked for cash, had to go and change, they do not accept cards. Very little space in the shower, you can't turn around. I do not recommend for a long time, except for a night.
