Hotel Buenos Aires dengan Sarapan

Fierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though. The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room. We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious. The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines. The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great! We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm. I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout. I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!

Good location. Older building complex, does tje job well, and meets the price requirements. The staff is very helpful and thus staying here was comfortable and worked well. Overall a descent hotel and comfortable rooms. Didn't try the food.

the room is very tired very old, design is not great, its only for the picture and the actual unit is not well maintained, especially the lighting of the room is very blue its not even cozy, need to chnage all the 5000k light bulbs to 2700k

The room is equipped with kitchen appliances and all necessary tools for cooking. Overall the stay is wonderful, the location is perfect, easy access to tour buses, uber, train station and walking distance to few local attractions. The area is touristy with numbers of restaurants and bars nearby. You can also find many groceries stores nearby if you plan to cook. The check in and check out was easy with codes. The room also equipped with bathtub and bidet. I could say the best if you are travelling in group or looking for the best of value. They don’t have room clean up daily but they do come daily to check on you if you need anything such as toilet paper etc, alternatively it is quite easy to ask them for it if you need anything. Highly recommended hotel here. They don’t speak fluent English but overall I am able to communicate with them. Also to mention, the view from balcony is excellent. However, it is very important to ask in advance the requirements and your expectations because it is not considered a hotel, but more on apartment style.

Despite on my booking request for a quiet room, especially no low frequency noise, first I got a room with a very loud outside part of the Aircon. I asked to change, they called the floor staff, and she knew exactly which rooms are not noisy and she confirmed the problem in my first room. I'd be happy if they were more considerate from the beginning. The staff is very nice and helpful though. The curtains are not blackout. The bed is comfortable even for a person with back issues. Clean. I needed this particular location close to the port, but San Nicolas, which is in a walking distance, is nicer and a bit less touristy. Porto Madeira barrio is still not noisy at all during the night, at least you can't hear anything from the hotel room. Just the streets are much more crowded and less clean than in San Nicolas. Good security at the lobby. The elevators which close the inner door automatically. Generally, take your own shower cup etc with you when travelling in Argentina and Brazil.

The hotel is located in a very good location, very close to the obelisk, one of the famous landmarks of Buenos Aires. It’s also next to a tango show. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, including minimarts. But the staff service is normal. The receptionists were not so friendly. They talked with guests with their ignorance attitudes, not showing any friendliness or welcoming manner at all. I think this should be improved for all who would want to work in this tourism service industry. The worse thing for this hotel is rooms’ dirtiness. It was really dusty and dirty. On the floor, I found many blonde hairs and dust. And no cleaning was done on the second day, although we didn’t hang any sign  at the door. Just only 2 new bottles of water were placed on the table. So that we knew the housekeeper came inside without cleaning or touching anything including making up beds or collecting trash. So I think the service here in general is not good. The rooms are also a bit decent and old.

I liked the location a lot - the center of the center, 5 min to Florida, many places were reached by us on foot. Good service, 24/7 reception, mobile app for room and building keys, whatsapp with reception on all the matters. The apartment is very good, we asked for upper floor and city view from the 35th floor was amazing! Good swimming pool, and i would prefer it heated, but sauna helped a lot. I would only dream of dishwasher just not to waste time on this exercise by myself. Anyway, for sure i recommend this apartment.

A localização do hotel perfeita, organização na chegada um pouco confusa, mas foi resolvido. Porém, o banheiro não havia tampa para saída de água da banheira, pedimos e ninguém resolveu. Ar condicionado de difícil regulagem. Muito frio. O café da manhã excelente. Ainda assim, indico.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже не в первый раз, но в этот приезд впечатления оказались заметно слабее. Возможно, многое зависит от номера или этажа. В прошлый раз у меня был номер на шестом этаже — он казался более просторным и в целом в лучшем состоянии. Сейчас же дали номер на седьмом этаже, и он оказался значительно более уставшим: мебель старая, в ванной комнате ручка на двери едва держалась. Также сложилось ощущение, что номер меньше по размеру, чем в прошлый раз. Из плюсов — в этот раз появились завтраки (или, по крайней мере, раньше я их не замечала). Их можно включить в стоимость проживания или оплатить отдельно — около 18 000 песо. Завтраки приятно удивили: для отеля такого уровня выбор действительно хороший. Шведский стол, есть омлет, выпечка, фрукты — что выгодно отличает этот отель от многих других, где обычно всё ограничивается тостами и булочками. В целом впечатление осталось неоднозначным: завтрак порадовал, но состояние номера немного разочаровало по сравнению с прошлым визитом.

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall I had a comfortable experience. The location is excellent, very convenient for travelers. It was easy to reach nearby attractions and transport, which made my trip smoother. However, I did face some confusion when I first arrived. The name on the building was not the same as the hotel name I booked online. This caused a little worry at the beginning, because I was not sure if I had found the right place. Another challenge was communication. The staff were polite and tried their best to help, but their English was not very strong. Sometimes it was difficult to explain my questions or understand their answers. With patience, things worked out, but it did take extra effort. On the positive side, the room was very spacious and extremely clean. The furniture and facilities were well maintained, and I felt very comfortable staying there. The bed was large, the bathroom was tidy, and everything looked fresh. After a long day of travel, it was nice to relax in such a clean and quiet environment. In summary, the hotel offers a great location and comfortable rooms, but communication and signage could be improved.
