挺實惠，房間佈置也不錯。樓下是很熱鬧的商圈，吃的很多。公寓訊息不明確，辦理入住的話得到11號樓207，客服小姐姐人還不錯，也給安排了帶冰箱的房間，就是有點不好聯繫。我入住時在樓下打了十分鐘才接通，早上退房時人也不在。房間沒有乾濕分離是最大的缺點，然後走廊有聲響不隔音，幸好晚上沒什麼走動。床比較硬，就衹一張床墊沒有鋪墊被。衞生我覺得勉強可以接受的程度，衞生間還比較乾淨。總體來説對於沒什麼太大要求的來説還可以。這裏公交我感覺還不太發達，去哪都得打車。

很滿意哦，房價便宜，住兩晚不到200塊，但真的很好。帶娃來廈門住起來不錯，房間有洗衣機冰箱，最滿意的是對着空調的地方居然還有一個可以晾衣服的架子，這是我在別的地方沒有遇到過的，這裏要點個大讚！衣服晚上放洗衣機一洗，晾起來第二天早上起來都幹了。

PPengguna Tetamu寶藏酒店。出來廈門開會，會議指定酒店一晚800，交通不便。於是尋附近的寶藏酒店，樓下就是便利店，周圍應有盡有，交通便利。
關鍵是不到一半的價格雙層套間，100平米，小米電視，各類會員，有洗衣機、灶台等可滿足日常各種需要，而且室內相當乾淨衞生。
更重要的是客房服務隨叫隨到，服務態度超好，滿足各類需要，真有一種make yourself at home之感。
不禁感歎廈門的酒店住宿居然已經到了這個level，本次出差體驗極佳，極大部分是酒店的功勞，果然住宿環境十分能決定人的心情的。

FFreebird_GraceA comfortable stay. Since this is a fairly new property, the beds, the amenities and common areas are in good condition. One still can't have any control on the quality of the guests. But Xiamen does attract longer staying guests, or unemployed ones. While this is no Chengdu, but hey what's with so many *** women! Back to the topic, it's a well located hostel. And the service staff is hardworking and friendly. The volunteer staff as expected are friendlier and smile when they see you.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe place is very conveniently located right next to xiamen north train station. Walking distance. Tho the walking entrance to the station itself is vague at best. The room looks clean at first glance. Small but tidy. Unfortunately my biggest annoyance is the smoke lingering in the room. And even more annoying is that the room was stated as 'non-smoking' as offered by the 'hotel'. I called the recept and they told me they actually DO NOT have any rooms that are non-smoking... since we are only staying one night we decided to bear with it but as non-smokers it was quite bad. The hotel is btw not a hotel but a series of apartments for rent. The apartments are managed by a few different companies whose offices are on the ground floor. The room also was not really that clean as i realised later this long crack along the walls. The spalling cement seems to be from bad workmanship after installing the socket wiring. But the recept told me 'this is not the worse one... and that this is likely from water damage...' Perhaps there are better rooms but i wouldn't choose this again.

YYvonneThis place is all about location! Out of lobby, road junction turn left and you are at Ba Shi (八市) and turning right you are heading towards Zhongshan Road pedestrian walk (中山路步行街）. It was easy to hail a taxi in front of the hotel too. Airport is around 20-40mins away to the hotel. Once out of the hotel, there is food aplenty and a 7-11 just across the junction. The front desk staffs are all friendly and willing to help and a pleasure to chat with. Rooms are small but clean and the cleaning lady is a delight as well. Always with a smile when I see her.
I enjoyed the washer and dryer amenity as I was there for a week and washing powder / detergent is provided. Open from 9am - 10pm.
I do find the window view not much of a view. This is the old district, so buildings are looking their age. The toilet flushing is quite loud and if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.
My mom enjoyed the firm bed whilst I would have preferred a softer one.
Photos on website are the same as what you see. I attach photo of washer, my window view （I see another window) and view from rooftop access.
Will return if I visit Xiamen again. 谢谢大家殷勤招待！

PPK WGreat location. Really good views from 53rd floor overlooking the water and the island. The apartment had 4 bedrooms, one which had no windows. For a family the layout was not really user friendly with how things were split up. The living room was not really cosy. There were no bedside lamps with only stark lighting in the bedrooms, no homey feeling. No real towels on offer only paper like towels to use. The kitchen is not really user-friendly. The whole place needs some TLC to make it more inviting. Good location with the mall and restaurants just nearby.

JJune hueJust wanted to give a shoutout for hooking us up with that sweet balcony room upgrade—much appreciated! The room was pretty fancy, loved having that cozy sofa and coffee table to chill out on. And big props to the staff, they were super friendly and even hooked us up with extra mineral water when we asked.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hand wash provided, surpassing the typical soap.
The hotel's location is fantastic, within walking distance to the railway station and two METRO stations, as well as close to a bus stop. Additionally, there is an Underground Shopping Center at the MRT station, where you can purchase groceries, including fresh cut fruits, snacks, and daily essentials at a more affordable price compared to convenience stores.
However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The cleanliness of the room could be better—I encountered an insect (possibly a cockroach) on my bed on the third day of my stay, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, I found the bed to be extremely firm, making it SUPERB difficult to fall asleep comfortably.
Overall, despite a few minor issues, my experience at your hotel was enjoyable, thanks to the welcoming staff, convenient location, and thoughtful amenities.

Not like described. I asked non smoking room but got room with smoke smell and ashtray was included. Bed was hard like stone and cinema asked for administrator. Check in needed calling for landlord and without any Chinese skills it may be difficult. As well landlord asked us to register ourselves thru app and it was as well only Chinese. Not easy for foreigners. After my complaint landlord gave another apartment what was in 50th floor and bed was much more softer. Thank you for that. Strange was that normal towels were not included. Instead of normal towels there were some strange disposable towel. Building himself is almost new but some mouldering is visible and that is not nice. As well the windows were a bit dirty.

PPengguna TetamuReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.

PPengguna TetamuNear airport so no complaints. Took a DiDi cos it's damn affordable. Bus is even more affordable but have to walk slightly further. Either free pickup or drop off only. I choose drop off cos I had a early morning flight. Anyway there was a sign saying no drop offs after 8am. Dunno why.
I reached early and the corridor was like a battlefield, linens all over the floor. At least it showed they really changed the linens in every room.
My room has this frosted window pane and another clear transparent pane on top just outside the toilet. There were no curtains at the window but there is one nearer the bed so I suggest not walking naked from the bed to the toilet.
Receptionist/?boss/driver is the same man. I'm not too sure if I should complain that he was without a smile throughout my check-in process.
Oh and no elevator, for those carrying luggage. The reception is on the 2nd floor.
But lots of nice food in the vicinity!
