The directions given are for taking taxi and if you’re driving, you have to park near the residence lift lobby. Parking is on the expensive side. Location and view of the residence is good. But the registration procedure for foreigners is tedious especially for huge group. I hope the owner can make things easier by just taking photo of our documents instead of filling the complicated form with facial recognition required. Condition of the residence is acceptable and the operator has helped to topup the towel and slippers as they did not give sufficient amount initially.

Great location close to metro, convenient laundry machines, and friendly staff. My room was on the small side with the shower, sink, and toilet all in one little area. Also, no windows and some residual smoking smell, but okay. It was a positive comfortable stay! Thank you!

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

AaimeswongNew hostel, opened only in July so everything was super new and clean. Ladies bathroom had 7 toilets (not the squat type, the seat types!), 5 showers, 6 sinks and a small makeup area. Given the hostel is kinda huge, I was surprised I never had to wait which is so good! The bunk beds are really spacious, nice mattress, hook/rail to put clothes, a small shelf and has power outlets with USB and type c plugs catered for all of us that is hooked with digital gadgets! Has fast wifi throughout the hostel and has a nice lounge area (with a bar and music stage) plus two smaller rooms good for a more quieter or work area. Also has laundry room with washers and dryers. Hostel is also close to bus station (which can get you everywhere in Xiamen) and had many eateries downstairs. The famous Zhongshan Road is walkable too, takes around 20 mins. So basically this is a dream place for backpackers or tourists looking for a cheap, lively place to stay whilst in Xiamen. What also stands out are the staff. The cleaning aunties were super friendly. And all the young energetic staffers in reception and bar are willing to help at anything you asked no matter how bad our language barriers were! Like to especially thank Xiao Wang who checked me in, extended my stay and also fixed my fingerprint locker. Damn want to thank all the staff in this place, really made a difference during my stay :-)
Note: they also give you a free bottle of water everyday which is a nice touch!

Ttracy在2024/11月中訂房，整體感到很滿意 ! 首先因覺得布置裝潢得很好看，現場訂房照片與實際沒有什麼落差，床很大很舒適，也試了房間內的投影機很有趣，可看一些特定平台上的劇。入住前飯店人員還特別打電話詢問預計幾點會入住，重點是我只有留台灣的手機號，所以是還特地打了國際電話給我，入住時發現已經把空調先開啟了，真的非常貼心~
這邊地理位置非常方便，附近是中山路步行街的鬧區，很好逛，離八市也大概只要走2-5分鐘，走路至公車站坐到沙坡尾一帶逛逛，大概25-30分鐘左右，都是鄰近的區域。以旅行來說，能安排得很順暢，住的近又可以省到時間。
這次第一次來，因文化的差異，會有很多不熟悉的地方，和店員簡單寒暄有更了解到這裡的文化，感覺充滿人情溫暖，很感謝貴飯店的服務 !

MMiaw GWe booked the 4 bedrooms apartment, if you are here for the view you won’t be disappointed. Otherwise the place is like a hostel, whole building is used for room rental, and cafes, spa are on the same building. We were on 53rd floor and there is a cafe a few unit away. It seems that they can run any kind of business as they pleased. Mostly young adults and the place is very very busy, I guess it’s because it’s next to the university.
They make you register for check in on an app but all the gate and lift access system are broken. We came from B1 carpark and we can take the lift right up to the room without any security check, I was worried about security but it seems that there are cameras everywhere.
The apartment was disappointing as it was old and run down. The mahjong table was broken, the sofa are not comfortable, the shower room is mouldy and if you use the rain shower it will flood as the drainage is not efficient. The kitchen was fitted with Miele oven/washer/hood but they don’t seems to allow you to use it as they keep bedsheets and miscellaneous thing in all the drawers and oven. No utensils of any kind. We did make use of the big fridge though.
I do have to say the owner/housekeeper and cleaner are very responsive to all the requests, my aircon was broken and they send someone to fix it at 10pm, but can only be fixed the next day, luckily I have the spare room to sleep in for the 1st night. (Aircon is loud in the small room too, had to wear earplugs)
The view from the apartment is magnificent, period.

JJune hueJust wanted to give a shoutout for hooking us up with that sweet balcony room upgrade—much appreciated! The room was pretty fancy, loved having that cozy sofa and coffee table to chill out on. And big props to the staff, they were super friendly and even hooked us up with extra mineral water when we asked.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hand wash provided, surpassing the typical soap.
The hotel's location is fantastic, within walking distance to the railway station and two METRO stations, as well as close to a bus stop. Additionally, there is an Underground Shopping Center at the MRT station, where you can purchase groceries, including fresh cut fruits, snacks, and daily essentials at a more affordable price compared to convenience stores.
However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The cleanliness of the room could be better—I encountered an insect (possibly a cockroach) on my bed on the third day of my stay, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, I found the bed to be extremely firm, making it SUPERB difficult to fall asleep comfortably.
Overall, despite a few minor issues, my experience at your hotel was enjoyable, thanks to the welcoming staff, convenient location, and thoughtful amenities.

PPengguna TetamuNear airport so no complaints. Took a DiDi cos it's damn affordable. Bus is even more affordable but have to walk slightly further. Either free pickup or drop off only. I choose drop off cos I had a early morning flight. Anyway there was a sign saying no drop offs after 8am. Dunno why.
I reached early and the corridor was like a battlefield, linens all over the floor. At least it showed they really changed the linens in every room.
My room has this frosted window pane and another clear transparent pane on top just outside the toilet. There were no curtains at the window but there is one nearer the bed so I suggest not walking naked from the bed to the toilet.
Receptionist/?boss/driver is the same man. I'm not too sure if I should complain that he was without a smile throughout my check-in process.
Oh and no elevator, for those carrying luggage. The reception is on the 2nd floor.
But lots of nice food in the vicinity!

PPengguna TetamuReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
