The check-in/check-out process was very smooth,I got a full house dorm.but all fo the guests were mindful to keep the cleanliness. I requested for lower bunk,but got the upper bunk. It's okay though,because the bed was clean and comfortable. The storage luggage was spacious,only the room size+the bathroom that was smaller compared to the other Maverick hostel that I ever stayed near Astoria. The bus stop was really really closed to this hoster and walking distance to Metro 4. Overall it's a nice stay in Maverick!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hostel. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, shops, and major attractions, making it very convenient for travelers. The hostel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The rooms and common areas were spotless, which made the environment comfortable and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The atmosphere was relaxed and suitable for both solo travelers and groups. Overall, this hostel offers great value for money with its outstanding location, high standards of cleanliness, and excellent service. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

24-hour reception. Before check-in, you can drop your bag in lockers for free and enjoy the common area (kitchen and bathroom/shower room) while waiting . They provide a free lock (return upon check-out) during your stay. At check-out, you can leave the bag in the reception area for free, or pay HUF2,000 if you want to store in a locker.

I stayed at Avenue for a month. Overall a value for money option with smart design, ready-to-assist employees at a very nice central location where you can get the Budapest vibes in an affordable economically - and more sociable - way. It is very convenient also that it has box locks inside the bed cabin. It is particular useful for professionals with devices n paperwork so as not to stress over the security of your personal items. The common toilet was surprisingly spotless and clean. There was also good privacy with the black out curtains. Unfortunately my roommate was speaking on the phone through the night and the morning as well but that’s not on the hostel, just people. I’m also unsure how well they cleaned the bed because the previous owner left her room card on the ledge by the bed and it was still there. There was also a piece of long hair when i opened the blanket (i have short hair) but free luggage storage and all its cool

Great Spot for Travelers — Just Be Mindful of Dorm Life I stayed here during my trip and really loved the location — super central and easy to get around. The staff were welcoming and the place was clean, which I really appreciated after long days of exploring. The only downside was the shared dorm experience. One guest came back very late, turned on the lights, talked loudly on the phone, and unfortunately got sick in the bathroom. It made it a bit hard to get proper rest. Still, the hostel itself is great. If you’re a light sleeper or prefer quiet nights, a private room might be worth considering!

The location is very good and convenient. There are many restaurants, fast food and Lidl is just round the corner. Metro and bus stops are in front of the hostel. On the contrary to the good things, the hostel doesn't provide any toiletries. Not even a small piece of soap. The most inconvenient is that the bathroom is outside the room, and there's only one toilet! When checkout, the visitor has to clear the bedsheet and bring it down to the reception. With all the pros and cons, it really depends on what one needs. If it's just to have a place for a short stay, it's not bad at all.

Stayed here many times. Good choice if you need Keleti station. The doors lock. Friendly staff for check in & out. Bed is fine. Pillows are dreadful. Unreliable wifi. Good showers. Overall it's worth the price and value for money

Not a hostel to get any sleep in. But excellent for the airport bus. Hostel is on a busy main road, lots of traffic noise. Privacy curtains aren't well attached and don't block enough light. The beds are incredibly noisy and the room was hot and stuffy. Sheets not cleaned Service was excellent. The man was so so friendly and kind. Kitchen well equipped. Free tea & coffee. Shower very basic and toilet was good. Just 2 showers and toilets for many people. ... 100E bus is 2 mins away. Metro, tram and bus all nearby. Tone of food options. Wifi was ok Towel is 3 euros to rent. Bring your own padlock
