Cari Hotel 2-Star di Melaka

I was there with 13 of my friends. To our surprise, the whole unit is very clean, much higher than our expectation. The beds are clean, the toilets are clean, the karaoke system is very good (according to one of my friends who sings a lot), the TV comes with different channels catering to young and old, the kitchen is in tip top with all the cutlery. Can park 3 cars inside the porch and 1 car outside, suits groups with a few cars. Service from the Management Team is responsive, even when I messaged them in the middle of the night on the day when we were supposed to check in. Location is around 20 minutes drive to Jonker Street or surrounding ”famous” eateries. 5 minutes walk to a nearby Chinese coffee shop selling Chinese food and a Muslim eatery selling Muslim food. Convenient for those who just want to have a simple coffee and food for breakfast. Will definitely book this place again if I were to go to Malacca again with a big group of friends or family. Highly recommended.

Very nice and new hotel at this price, toilets and beds are clean. Best hostel I have ever stayed. There are 3 cats here and they are super cute. There’s night activity during my stay on a Friday night, we played beer pong with staffs and other guests here, everyone here is friendly, very good social places if you are open to make friends. I will stay here again if I visit malacca again.

Ada pengalaman buruk di sini. Kalis bunyi dinding sangat teruk, bilik sebelah saya menangis sepanjang malam dan bunyi mesej dan panggilan telefon juga boleh didengari dengan jelas. Penghawa dingin meletup pada tengah malam... Tetapi dengan harga ini, tiada apa yang boleh dirungutkan lagi. Anda bayar apa yang anda dapat.

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.

Pengalaman daftar masuk kami agak tertekan. Kami tiba pada pukul 17:00 dan pintunya terkunci. Apabila seorang kakitangan tiba kemudian, mereka tidak dapat mendaftar masuk kami dengan segera dan terus menghubungi seseorang tanpa menjelaskan apa yang berlaku. Adalah lebih baik jika seseorang sentiasa ada semasa waktu daftar masuk untuk mengalu-alukan tetamu. Bilik pertama yang diberikan kepada kami mempunyai banyak kulat di dinding, dan bilik mandi serta pancuran mandian berkongsi sangat kotor. Ia tidak dibersihkan semasa penginapan tiga hari kami. Walau bagaimanapun, kami ingin menonjolkan profesionalisme Navira, yang dengan cepat datang membantu kami. Dia sopan, baik hati dan benar-benar bersedia memberikan perkhidmatan yang sangat baik. Apabila kami meminta pertukaran bilik kerana kulat, dia segera mengatur bilik yang lebih baik untuk kami. Ini benar-benar mengubah tanggapan pertama kami tentang hostel ini. Bilik baharu itu luas, bersih dan selesa, dengan kipas dan penghawa dingin. Kami sangat menghargai bantuan dan keramahan Navira, yang menjadikan penginapan kami lebih menyeronokkan.

Budget hotel which meet your expectations. Before checking in, please set your expectations. This is not Shangrila or Grand Hyatt level. If your expectation is correct, then money well spent. 2 big queen size bed, decent shower, probably is best value point relative ro other budget hotel in Malacca. Location in Semabok, outskirts from main tourist spot but who cares if you know what you want. Obviously need transport to move around.

Agak jauh dari jalan utama Jonker Street. Terdapat bau yang kurang menyenangkan. Tiada kakitangan di kaunter hadapan, semuanya automatik. Kemudahan juga sudah usang. Mungkin ini yang boleh dijangka untuk harga 50 yuan semalam.

Persekitaran sangat baik Saya tinggal di bilik yang paling ringkas, tetapi ia mempunyai kemudahan yang lengkap. Berbaloi mengutip cukai warisan budaya. Meja penyambut tetamu hotel dihoskan oleh Corner Coffee, dan pada asasnya terdapat orang di sana. Saya pulang lewat petang dan bertanya kepada Pakcik bagaimana untuk membuka pintu Dia menjawab semua soalan saya.
