Cari Hotel 3-Star di Edmonton

The hotel is quite new and room is big and clean. Staff is not very helpful or proactive although they are courteous. They did not proactively sent someone to make the sofa bed at night but rather ask me to do it myself. The body wash was not refilled and I have to use shampoo to take bath.

We had a great time staying at this Best Western Plus. We would definitely stay here again. The room was great, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, except for a few spots missed in the tub, which wouldn't have been noticed except that I had a bath and could see the lower part of the faucet and under the tub handle. Other than that, it was perfect and we were very happy with our stay. The pool and hot tub being open until midnight was a bonus.

Opened in July 2024. Excellent location, easy access to West Edmonton Mall. Free parking and free breakfast is a bonus. Will stay in this hotel when visiting Edmonton again

The  room and the staff were all good. A few minor issues such as the light beside the bed did not work and the air conditioning was set  for a bit too cold. I had to find a hotel staff member to find a  hand held remote control to turn it down. Was out a lot during the  2 day stay so over all was fine, the bed was comfortable, tv worked, room was clean, bathroom, etc.

The hotel is ideally located to locations for downtown Edmonton and West Edmonton. The breakfast choice is very good for this standard of hotel. The rooms are spacious and general facilities are good such as gym and pool. There is no bar or food lounge but there are lots of restaurants nearby. What lets it down is that it is quite dated and looking a little wornout/tired. To some degree it is starting to look more Motel than Hotel and impressions are really important. In my view the rooms are in need of a modern renovation. Despite that I would stay again. I dont think it deserves the rating that it has on Trip.com and would put it at 7.5/10.

Location is good, restaurant service is great  ,and the front desk is good. The interior of the hotels, hallways,and entrances to the rooms are  very dirty and  unvacuumed . THE WORSE are the towels ,I went and bought my own towels as I would not dare use the hotel towel, old, some had stains, extremely smalll and worn out,I would be embarrassed receiving a guest with those towels, I have been in many hotels and this one was not one of my favourite.This hotel has great business facilities, but internally it needs some attention in terms of cleanliness.  I saw the same garbage at the entrance to my room and in some of the hallways, and 3 days later, it was still there.

We booked the Argyll because of its proximity to the Saville center. We were attending a Curling camp that started early in the mornings. It was an eight minute drive to get there. The beds were awesome and comfortable, but the rooms were older and beaten up a little bit. The stay probably would’ve been fine except there was a rave at the bar attached to the mall that was half outside and it went until about 10:30 PM. It was super loud in the rooms. We also had a next-door neighbour that started his parties at one or two in the morning. Even after complaining the first night, they still left him in the room next to us for the next night. I got very little sleep for two nights in a row. The breakfast wasn’t much but fine anyway. There’s lots of free parking. And a few restaurants in the ***** mall that the hotel is attached to. Some interesting clientele around, but it wasn’t scary or anything. Just not a good hotel for kids to be at or if you need to be up early in the morning. 

We stayed here on Christmas Eve and had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean, cozy, and surprisingly quiet given the location. The environment felt safe and well-kept, and everything—from the lobby to the hallways—was tidy and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great place for a simple, comfortable night. Would happily come back.

地理位置好，在downtown河邊，離阿爾伯塔大學非常近，樓下有露天付費停車場，樓下餐飲咖啡店都很近，作為老牌經濟型連鎖酒店還是靠譜。

I am satisfied with the cleaness comparing with the hotel I stayed in Calgary, although it is only 2- star hotel. The front desk is friendly and gave my children toys to play when we checked in.
