Cari Hotel 3-Star di Bayan Lepas

The hotel is nice and has convient store like 7e and mcd which easier for people who hungry in the middle night. The room has spectacular view facing bayan lepas city. The room is clean and comfort to stay.

The suite is wonderful and very convinient for us. Very relax suite. Juz oni 1 issue is the toilet smell but understd ths isn't easy to fix. Thank you very much for the wonderful place for us to sty.

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant, and the owner was very responsive. The view from the balcony was excellent. However, there are several issues I would like to highlight regarding my stay. Pros: There are several kopitiams nearby, and the food was quite delicious, such as Sri Nibong Cafe, Wo Lai Yeh Cafe, and Dhoby Ghaut Cafe. Cons: On the first night, I found a small cockroach hiding near the bed headboard. On the second day and again on the day of check-out, I encountered a rove beetle, which is considered a harmful insect as its toxin can cause skin irritation upon contact with human skin. I also noticed that the dustbin inside the toilet had not been fully cleared, as there was still rubbish left behind by the previous guest. Please ensure that hygiene standards and pest control measures are properly maintained for future guests. In addition, the water dispenser did not provide cold water and only had hot and warm water available, which was quite inconvenient.

This accommodation is located right in front of Nasi Kandar Penang Kayu which opens 24 hours. Queensbay mall is nearby and only takes around 15 mins to the airport (subject to traffic) so as we only stayed 1 night to catch an early flight, it was convenient - location wise. No wifi provided though. Really have table tennis/ping pong table, dart games and movie (we didnt watch any) as seen on the pictures. The building is a bit outdated though. The tenant contacted us directly via Whatsapp and the explanation about the facility was very very clear and helpful.

Positive; value for money. easy self-check in with clear and proper guideline good response from the CEO suite SY CS and team who guided me for check in & check out good that its equipped with an iron and hair dryer easy access to Convenience store, food stall and restaurant good location for me to do my assignment nearby complimentary car park make more easier for me Negative; The towel is bad

one of the airconds isn’t working, it’s only blowing hot air. I informed the host and he sent someone to check it, but it’s still not functioning properly. With this Penang weather (super hot!), it’s really uncomfortable. Should’ve checked everything beforehand.

Tempat yang selesa kerana ia sangat dekat dengan Bayan Lepas tetapi bilik tidak mempunyai tingkap dan berhampiran dengan penerimaan tetamu di tingkat bawah - banyak bunyi bising pada larut malam!

The location is very convenient to access to convenience stores and eaters. However the cleanliness and exhaust ventilation of the hotel need to be improved and at least one receptionist should be around and not ask customer to call upon check-in or check-out

Awesome… Good Conversation Nice View Nice location Feel like home
