PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was in a great location near Parque Kennedy. The room was exceptionally clean. A fridge and kettle provided, and the prices of the drinks in the mini bar extremely reasonable. There was plenty of hot water for the shower. Breakfast was fine, with a limited selection, the omelette however was probably the best I'd had whilst in Peru. The owners were friendly and happy to provide tips for restaurants.

Hotel had filtered water so I saved on buying bottled water.
Hotel had excellent wi-fi. Excellent A/C. Plenty of power outlets Elevator was quick. Breakfast is acceptable. Excellent lighting in the room. Nice hot shower. Quiet area. 10 minute walk to Airport Express bus. 15 minute walk to Malecon or Kennedy park. The area feels safe. Oxxo about a 4 minute walk. Safe in the room.

EElisha92Location is good. Breakfast is perfect, there are plenty of choices. However, the downside is the bathroom design, which feels a bit awkward and not very safe for woman. There were 2 bathrooms in the dorm i stayed in, but neither had a place to hang clothes inside, and one of the locks was broke. I had to hang my clothes outside the bathroom, in the space between the two bathrooms.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is very centrally located, the staff were very helpful and the room was very comfortable and clean. We only had breakfast in the restaurant but there was an excellent selection of different foods available. The only slight downside was that the TV in the bedroom was not a smart TV, so we could not access Netflix.

PPengguna TetamuThe housekeeping mad mostly a very good job, the cleaning in my room was good.
Shower was also quite good.
They had also a massage chair in the lobby, which I really enjoyed.
But sometimes they put to much cleanser (chemicals)on that device, so that my shirt and my neck smelled after using, very strong like chemicals.
That was bad.
Breakfast was tasty.

PPengguna TetamuI always stay at Tierra Viva in Lima, but I didn't know there were 3! I mistakenly thought this was Tierra Viva Larco. I always stay in Tierra Viva no matter which city I am in, Peru, because you always know what to expect. Clean, convenient, helpful staff. But this location is not convenient at all! To get to Miraflores, it takes a minimum of 20 minutes in taxi. Costs add up going to and forth twice a day!

CCasalisthe hotel is located right in the historical city center at walking distance to main attractions, the staff is very supportive, we have to leave our suitcases for 3 days and they kept it at the reception without extra charge.
