Cari Hotel 4-Star di Mudanjiang

It was a nice stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we were sick during our trip and they helped us got medicines. The room has an amazing view and we saw the fireworks from the room. The location of the hotel is very close to all things, and especially perfect for those ski lovers as the ski ground is right behind the hotel.

Great service at Snow Town Frost Resort Hotel. The hotel contacted me in advance via WeChat and arranged staff to pick up my luggage before I arrived. The hotel was clean, and the reception staff were very kind and helpful. Highly recommended, especially for solo travelers. Thank you for the excellent service.

Great location to stay at... close to the scenic site, just a walk over. There are plenty of restaurants around as well as there's one in the hotel. Reception was super helpful and warm, offering to book rides for us, as well as telling us of the complimentary breakfast, which we only tried on the second day as we headed out on the first early in the morning before breakfast was ready. Great spread of breakfast, too, when we tried the 2nd day. The room was very spacious, and we enjoyed the Mahjong table... hand a game or two during the late night. The room was clean and comfortable. It is likely one of the best hotels to stay near the north gate of JinPoHu.

So, from the day that I booked, this, I was issued a concierge who contacted me through the application called WeChat. We communicated quite a bit he checked on me daily all the way up to the day of our trip and he actually took the bus to meet us at the gate. This gentleman took care of us the whole time we were there in the service was excellent. If I had to complain about something, it would be the language barrier.  Prepare yourself to spend some extra money because all the rides and everything inside of Snowtown cost additional money but your concierge that’s provided by the hotel can help you choose what activities you want to do.  So this hotel is located inside China Snowtown. The best way to get there from Harbin is to take the train to Yabuli and then hire a driver to the snowtown. From there you will have to buy a ticket to snowtown and get on a very short bus ride to the main area.

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the amazing support from the hotel staff. From the very beginning, they arranged all our travel needs, including car rentals and a wonderful driver who also acted as our guide. Wang Jingyu was our primary contact at the hotel, and his excellent communication skills in English made everything even smoother. They also accommodated my food preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our family vacation one of the best we've ever had. We’re filled with beautiful moments and cherished memories thanks to the care, support, and guidance provided by the team here. You all showed remarkable patience and kindness towards my family and me, making our stay truly special. I highly recommend anyone planning to travel to Harbin to contact Snow Mushroom Hotel for all your travel arrangements, not only in Snow Town but also in Harbin, Yabuli, and other places in the region. We would recommend this hotel. The staffs are friendly and helped us with the luggages from the shuttle bus to our rooms on the third floor. They also helped take our luggages down when we check out and moved them to the shuttle bus. It was great and save us a lot of trouble! Thank you very much! The rooms are new and clean.

We stayed at Mountain Talk for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is strategically located inside Snow Village, making it easy to explore the area, especially during winter. The room was clean, well maintained, and offered a beautiful view of the snow-covered landscape, which made the stay feel extra special. The environment is very peaceful, perfect for families and travelers who want to relax after a full day in the snow. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff, especially Mr. Haizi, was extremely accommodating and helpful. He assisted us many times and made sure our stay was comfortable and smooth from start to finish. Tips for future guests: • Choose a room with a window view for the full snow village experience. • Winter nights can be very cold, so bring proper thermal wear even indoors. • The location is ideal if you want to enjoy night walks and early morning views without rushing. • If you need help with transport, schedules, or basic arrangements, do not hesitate to ask the staff. They are very willing to assist. Overall, Mountain Talk is a cozy and welcoming place to stay, with excellent service and a calm atmosphere. Highly recommended for those visiting Snow Village in winter, especially families.

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

Sudah pasti tempat yang sesuai untuk menginap! Lokasinya sangat baik. Hotel ini hanya beberapa langkah dari perhentian bas. Ia terletak betul-betul di tengah-tengah Snow Town, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk meneroka dan bersiar-siar. Hotel ini nampaknya baru-baru ini diubah suai, memberikannya suasana yang bersih, moden dan selesa. Berkomunikasi dengan kakitangan adalah mudah melalui WeChat, aplikasi yang digunakan secara meluas di China yang juga menyediakan keupayaan terjemahan. Kali ini kami menginap selama dua malam, tetapi lain kali kami merancang untuk menginap sekurang-kurangnya tujuh malam. Kami sangat kagum!
