"05Jun2025...I accidentally ended up sleeping here. But it was a beautiful coincidence because...I booked a hotel named James Joice as well. But when the taxi dropped me off and I checked in, the officer checked and there was no name on my name. He asked to see the booking document and said it was not this hotel but had the same name...but it had the word *walking street* attached. What should I do? I came here already. So I booked to sleep here and canceled the hotel I had booked earlier. This is the advantage of trip.com. If it is still in the conditions, you can cancel immediately...and book again right that minute. But what I call a good coincidence is that you can walk two hundred meters from the hotel to Mudanjiang Walking Street.👍👍👍👍"

Unexpectedly, there were some small surprises. When I encountered a small problem when checking in, the staff handled it perfectly. I would like to give it a thumbs up. The first impression I felt when I checked into the room was that it was very clean, especially there were no water stains on the hand basin, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry areas, and the bed was moderately soft and hard and very comfortable to sleep on. "This experience can only be described as terrible. I checked into the hotel to take my child to the hot springs. Ctrip's website advertised free tickets, but when I checked in at the front desk, they told me they were giving me a voucher, but I had to spend 48 yuan to get free admission. I put up with it, thinking I'd already come and couldn't let my child down. I then asked the front desk what the normal admission price was, and they told me it was 38 yuan. After the hot springs, they told me I had spent less than 48 yuan, but I needed to pay 68 yuan! This was completely inconsistent with what they had said. I called to complain to the bar staff, but they charged me 48 yuan, claiming it was based on the voucher, and didn't offer me any products or services. My child was too cold, so I didn't want to waste any time with them and just paid and left. It was completely false advertising. The internet in the room was also bad; the child kept freezing while watching cartoons."
